基于理想不可压轴对称位流理论,求得一任意椭球在纵向加速流场中绕流的精确解。并以一根细长的棉球近似模拟风速管,求得均匀流中风速管系数理论值,以及在纵向加速流中它的相对偏差值。以两个长细比各为32和250的椭球为算例,得知在一般风洞实验段内存在的速度梯度下,风速管系数的相对偏差量很小。文中表1、表2所列不同加速下风速管系数的相对偏差值,可近似用来修正实际风速管,或根据流场加速程度选择合适的风速管外径的大小。  相似文献

For structural systems with both epistemic and aleatory uncertainties, research on quantifying the contribution of the epistemic and aleatory uncertainties to the failure probability of the systems is conducted. Based on the method of separating epistemic and aleatory uncertainties in a variable, the core idea of the research is firstly to establish a novel deterministic transition model for auxiliary variables, distribution parameters, random variables, failure probability, then to propose the improved importance sampling(IS) to solve the transition model. Furthermore,the distribution parameters and auxiliary variables are sampled simultaneously and independently;therefore, the inefficient sampling procedure with an ‘‘inner-loop' for epistemic uncertainty and an‘‘outer-loop' for aleatory uncertainty in traditional methods is avoided. Since the proposed method combines the fast convergence of the proper estimates and searches failure samples in the interesting regions with high efficiency, the proposed method is more efficient than traditional methods for the variance-based failure probability sensitivity measures in the presence of epistemic and aleatory uncertainties. Two numerical examples and one engineering example are introduced for demonstrating the efficiency and precision of the proposed method for structural systems with both epistemic and aleatory uncertainties.  相似文献

In order to overcome the shortcoming of space-borne rigid antenna reflector made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) skins with aluminum honeycomb sandwich (SAHS) structure, a new type of full CFRP skin plus rib (SPR) structure ring-focused parabolic surface antenna reflector with the size of 2.5 m 1.9 m is designed. Under the condition that the original caliber, surface type, and interface remain unchanged, the main influence factors are designed and controlled. First, from the perspective of high stiffness, lightweight, and easy to form, a finite element simulation software is used to analyze and optimize the layout of the rib, the cross-sectional shape of the rib, the size of the rib, and the matching of the size and the coefficients of thermal expansion (CTEs) of the rib and the skin. Second, two structures are prepared by the autoclave molding process. Third, the weight and the surface precision root mean square (RMS) value are measured. The results show that the fundamental frequency of the SPR structure is 142.2 Hz, which is 3.5 Hz higher;the number of the new structural parts is reduced by 40%, and the forming process is greatly simplified. The total weight of the new structure is 11.9 kg, lighter 42.5%, indicating that the weight loss is obvious. The RMS value is 0.15 mm, which is slightly lower 0.01 mm but satisfies the accuracy requirement not greater than 0.3 mm. It is proved that the SPR structure reflector is a superior structure of the lightweight spaceborne antenna reflector.  相似文献

针对空中运动目标的识别和跟踪,提出图像匹配算法和连通域算法相结合的方法。该方法主要用图像匹配算法获得目标的位置信息,当图像匹配算法失效时,则采用连通域算法重新捕获目标、获得图像模板。同时,为提高跟踪的实时性,采用最小二乘线性预测法来预测目标的运动轨迹。在实验室的目标跟踪系统平台上,该方法能够对运动目标进行稳定的识别和跟踪。  相似文献

The elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion (ECSEE) process is simulated by using Deform-3D finite element software. The ratio m of major-axis to minor-axis length for ellipse-cross-section, the torsion angle u, the round-ellipse cross-section transitional channel L1, the elliptical rotation cross-section transitional channel L2 and the ellipse-round cross-section transitional channel L3 are destined for the extrusion process parameters. The average effective strain eave on cross-section of blank, the deformation uniformity coefficient a and the value of maximum damage dmax are chosen to be the optimize indexes, and the virtual orthogonal experiment of L16 (45) is designed. The correlation degree of the process factors affecting eave, a and dmax is analyzed by the numerical simulation results using the weights and grey association model. The process parameters are optimized by introducing the grey situation decision theory and the ECSEE optimal combination of process parameters is obtained: u of 120 , m of 1.55, L1 of 7 mm, L2 of 10 mm, and L3 of 10 mm. Simulation and experimental results show that the material can be refined with the optimized structural parameters of die. Therefore, the optimization results are satisfactory.  相似文献

Approaching control is a key mission for the tethered space robot to perform the task of removing space debris. But the uncertainties of the TSR such as the change of model parameter have an important effect on the approaching mission. Considering the space tether and the attitude of the gripper, the dynamic model of the TSR is derived using Lagrange method. Then a disturbance observer is designed to estimate the uncertainty based on STW control method. Using the disturbance observer, a controller is designed, and the performance is compared with the dynamic inverse controller which turns out that the proposed controller performs better. Numerical simulation validates the feasibility of the proposed controller on the position and attitude tracking of the TSR.  相似文献
