一种用于专利主题词抽取的模板自动生成方法

专利主题词是用以表述发明或实用新型名称的技术关键词,专利主题词的抽取是专利技术方案信息抽取的第一步,是填充信息抽取结果模板的有效依据和填充子之一。将信息抽取技术应用于中文专利摘要文本,在充分分析了专利摘要文本和专利标题特点的基础上,采用无指导的方法构建信息抽取模板,进而完成专利主题词的抽取。实验表明,该方法获得了较好的抽取效果。     

基于LabVIEW的快速往复朗缪尔探针诊断系统

使用朗缪尔探针诊断法获得电推力器喷口位置等离子体的状态参数时,探针在喷口位置停留时间过长造成探针被等离子体流烧坏.以LabVIEW为开发平台研制了一种精确定位的快速往复运动诊断系统.该系统能实现探针迅速推进到喷口位置,停留极短时间保证探针能正常完成电流电压数据采集,最后快速的退出到起始位置,避免探针烧坏.与传统的朗缪尔探针诊断系统测量霍尔推力器羽流区等离子体状态相比,该系统自动化程度高,探针采集喷口位置的数据更能反映等离子体的真实状态.     

Control of a Spherical Robot: Path Following Based on Nonholonomic Kinematics and Dynamics

This paper presents the controller design for the path following of a spherical mobile robot,BHQ-1.Firstly,a desired velocity for the reference path is deduced from the kinematic model,which cannot be transformed into the classic chained form.Secondly,a necessary torque for the desired velocity is obtained based on the dynamic model.As to the kinematics,a one-dimensional function is selected to measure the two-directional tracking error,and the velocity of rolling forward is reasonably assumed to be constant;therefore the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system is transformed into a single-input single-output (SISO) system.As to the dynamics,both exact dynamics and inexact dynamics with modeling error as well as bounded unknown disturbance are taken into account,based on which a proportional-derivative (PD) controller and a sliding mode controller with adaptive parameters are proposed respectively.Finally,convergence analysis and simulation results are provided to validate these controllers.

农村剩余劳动力的渐进城市化路径

农村剩余劳动力转移是解决"三农"问题的治本之策,通过城市化解决农村剩余劳动力转移已是一种共识。在城市化模式选择上,刘易斯通过对"二元经济"的分析提供了一个直接城市化的模式,这一模式在实践中使许多发展中国家的城市不堪重负。在我国城市化过程中,发展中小城镇一度成为共识,但随着乡镇企业的转型,小城镇在转移农村剩余劳动力中的作用已呈现下降趋势。通过对城市化历史的回顾,运用"灰色区域"理论,探索适合我国农村剩余劳动力转移的渐进城市化路径。     

飞机着陆导引中的随机最优控制问题

论述了应用随机最优控制理论的基本原理和方法，解决飞机在大气紊流中着陆的控制问题。用协方法分析法，推导出可直接计算机飞机着陆精度的线性离散随机系统的误差方差的传播方程，并进一步分析了滤波灵敏度对飞机着陆控制的影响。     

民用飞机甚高频通信系统测试

作为民用飞机进行空地、空空通信的重要手段,甚高频(very high frequency,以下简称VHF)通信系统提供飞机与地面塔台、飞机与飞机之间进行双向语音和数据通信。为保证VHF通信系统能在整个飞行过程中提供高可靠、清晰的语音和完整的数据,如何全面地对民用飞机VHF通信系统的测试对型号适航取证显得尤为重要。首先分析了民用飞机VHF通信系统在适航安全方面的重要性,然后介绍了VHF通信系统应符合的适航要求,最后总结了VHF通信系统的导线综合测试、天线驻波比(voltage standing wave ration,以下简称VSWR)测试、系统功能测试、天线方向图测试、机上地面试验和飞行试验等完整的测试方法。     

国外空间液体剩余量测量技术

掌握卫星运行期间剩余推进剂的贮量是掌握卫星活动的重要一环。为了精确测量空间液体，欧空局推出两种测量方法──定期容量激励法和外来质量注入法。介绍了这两种空间液体测量方法；描述了Ｇ－２２搭载实验；给出了实验结果。     

潜入喷管背壁区熔渣溢流沉积实验研究

利用X射线诊断系统，观察了固体火箭发动机热试车条件下潜入喷管壁区熔渣粒子的溢流过程。得到了实验条件下的潜入喷管背壁区熔渣生成沉积数据和图像，分析探讨了喷管潜入深度、喷管部面积对背壁熔渣生成和溢流过程的影响，为发动机的设计提供了实验依据。     

Sequential nonlinear tracking using UKF and raw range-rate measurements

The three-dimensional (3D) converted measurements filtering (CMF) with both converted position and raw range-rate measurement is proposed to solve the Doppler radar target tracking, where the error between radar-target range and range rate are correlated. Firstly, not using pseudomeasurement constructed by product of range and range rate to reduce the high nonlinearity, the raw range-rate measurements are utilized by unscented Kalman filter (UKF), where the converted errors of the position and the range rate are decorrelated, then linear part (position measurements) and nonlinear part (range-rate measurement) are sequentially processed by Kalman filter (KF) and UKF. Secondly, based on the assumption of small measurement error, the mean and covariance of converted measurement errors are derived by second-order Taylor series expansion. Finally, the influence of the correlated coefficient rho between the range and range rate, and the range-rate noise deviation sigma_r are taken into account and extreme values of rho and sigma_r are used in Monte Carlo simulations. The results show that the proposed method is, in a sense, effective and practical
