简要介绍某型综合测试设备的总体设计,该测试设备能够满足原型和改型两种产品的测试需求。主要用于飞行前对某型产品的整体性能进行测试,并且对出现的故障进行故障诊断和定位。     

气动引力辅助的火星自由返回轨道设计方法

为更准确地描述大气飞行过程，提出一种三段式大气飞行模型，将大气飞行段分为下降段、平飞段和上升段，使用大气飞行角和航迹角描述飞行过程，并建立了相应的计算模型。对“地球-火星-地球”、“地球-火星-金星-地球”和“地球-金星-火星-地球”自由返回轨道序列的优化结果表明，三段式模型可以准确描述气动引力辅助过程，同时气动引力辅助技术可以有效提升自由返回轨道性能，如减少转移时间，降低燃料消耗等。     

应用跟踪微分器的高超声速飞行器的反演控制

针对存在参数摄动和外部干扰等不确定性的高超声速飞行器模型，提出一种基于新型跟踪微分器的鲁棒反演控制方法。利用正切sigmoid函数和终端吸引子函数设计跟踪微分器，通过扫频测试得到了参数整定规则，并进行了对比仿真试验。在此基础上，构造一种非线性干扰观测器对模型的不确定项进行估计，增强了控制器的鲁棒性；并利用所设计的跟踪微分器对虚拟控制量进行滤波处理，解决了传统反演控制的“微分项膨胀”问题。最后，通过仿真校验了所设计控制器的有效性。     

基于PID算法的磁选态铯束管C场的优化

介绍了磁选态铯束管的C场优化方法，通过自研的磁选态铯束管测试系统为铯束管提供必要的测试环境，设计不同的PID控制算法对铯束管的C场进行优化与分析，最终得到了合理的优化参数。通过对多只铯束管进行优化，将铯束管的（0~0）峰与±1峰的频率差控制在了42820kHz±20Hz范围之内，并与已有的铯束管测试平台优化结果进行比对，最优C场电流误差不超过002mA，验证了优化结果的正确性。     

基于拟合的吸收光谱反演算法研究*

可调谐半导体吸收光谱技术作为一种先进的光谱检测手段,已广泛应用于大气环境监测、工业过程控制等领域,实现不同领域组分浓度、温度、压力等参数的高精度探测。技术分为直接吸收光谱技术和波长调制光谱技术,通过选取不同的目标函数,验证拟合算法在吸收光谱技术中的可行性,两种技术均可通过构建合适的目标函数结合拟合算法实现吸收信息的精确反演,依据物理过程建立吸收模型,分别将直接吸收技术的光强、吸光度及透过率和波长调制光谱技术的光强及谐波信号作为拟合对象,实现了拟合参数的精确计算,从理论上验证了处理方法的准确性,扩展了拟合算法在检测仪器开发方面的应用,为各领域的发展提供了技术保障。     

Mechanical Behavior of Plastic Pipe Reinforced by Cross-Winding Steel Wire Subject to Foundation Settlement

Plastic pipe reinforced by cross helically wound steel wires(PSP)is a new plastic-matrix steel composite pipe developed in China.To investigate the stress of PSP under foundation settlement,a finite element model(FEM)is proposed.The stresses and strains of PSP are obtained by the FEM analysis.The mechanic behavior of PSP subject to a foundation settlement is analyzed.Finally,the influence factor analysis of settlement deformation,such as settlement depth,overlying soil depth,diameter of PSP and inner pressure of PSP,are discussed.     

Bifurcation analysis and stability design for aircraft longitudinal motion with high angle of attack

Bifurcation analysis and stability design for aircraft longitudinal motion are investigated when the nonlinearity in flight dynamics takes place severely at high angle of attack regime. To predict the special nonlinear flight phenomena, bifurcation theory and continuation method are employed to systematically analyze the nonlinear motions. With the refinement of the flight dynamics for F-8 Crusader longitudinal motion, a framework is derived to identify the stationary bifurcation and dynamic bifurcation for high-dimensional system. Case study shows that the F-8longitudinal motion undergoes saddle node bifurcation, Hopf bifurcation, Zero-Hopf bifurcation and branch point bifurcation under certain conditions. Moreover, the Hopf bifurcation renders series of multiple frequency pitch oscillation phenomena, which deteriorate the flight control stability severely. To relieve the adverse effects of these phenomena, a stabilization control based on gain scheduling and polynomial fitting for F-8 longitudinal motion is presented to enlarge the flight envelope. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.     

固体火箭发动机用大直径卡环结构及加工工艺方法

介绍了固体火箭发动机用大直径卡环的组成结构、卡环与发动机的连接形式、卡环的材料选用及技术要求。依据卡环的结构和工艺特点,对其加工工艺难点进行了分析,指出应采取的措施;并提出应用车削加工卡环的新方法,同时对卡环车削原理即螺纹成型法,和螺纹牙型、螺距、车削刀具、车削时刀具的起始与终始位置、磨削成型等工艺方法做了详细叙述。这一方法既省时省力,又保证卡环的加工精度。
