区域空中交通流量控制研究

运用排队论思想，结合区域控制的特点建立了区域流量控制模型，分析了郑州区域管制中心实施流量控制的实际效果，研究结果表明，仅考虑单独区域流量控制，将使航班延误的不利影响逐级放大，理想的流量控制应该全面考虑所有受影响的区域，合理地选择控制时段和控制间隔，最大限度地利用空域资源，减少航班延误，保证空中交通的安全畅通。     

Statistical Relationships between Solar, Interplanetary, and Geomagnetospheric Disturbances, 1976–2000

Within the framework of the Space Weather program, 25-year data sets for solar X-ray observations, measurements of plasma and magnetic field parameters in the solar wind, and D _st index variations are analyzed to reveal the factors that have had the greatest influence on the development of magnetospheric storms. The correlation between solar flares and magnetic storms practically does not exceed a level of correlation for random processes. In particular, no relation was found between the importance of solar flares and the minimum of the D _st index for storms that could be connected with considered flares by their time delay. The coronal mass ejections (CME; data on these phenomena cover a small part of the interval) result in storms with D _st < –60 nT only in half of the cases. The most geoeffective interplanetary phenomena are the magnetic clouds (MC), which many believe to be interplanetary manifestations of CMEs, and compressions in the region of interaction of slow and fast streams in the solar wind (the so-called Corotating Interaction Region, CIR). They correspond to about two-thirds of all observed magnetic storms. For storms with –100 < D _st < –60 nT, the frequencies of storms from MC and CIR being approximately equal. For strong storms with D _st < – 100 nT, the fraction of storms from MC is considerably higher. The problems of reliable prediction of geomagnetic disturbances from observations of the Sun and conditions in interplanetary space are discussed.

本文对中层大气受迫Ｒｏｓｓｂｙ波包的非线性三波相互作用问题作了进一步的数值分析，结果表明，三个波包随时间演化达到的平衡态与文献［１］的理论结果完全一致，而且仅当系统中只有中等波长波包不受外源强迫时，系统运动有可能出现两个稳定平衡态，在一定外源强度范围内，平衡态会产生尖点突变，平衡态随外源的变化有滞后分岔的特征，系统运动最终达到的平衡态不仅与外源强度的变化方式有关，而且依赖于初始状态。     

Transition radio emission of mildly relativistic particles

We report new calculations of transition radiation spectra which are correct for arbitrary energy of a particle at all frequencies down to plasma frequency. The importance of the emission mechanism for solar flares are discussed.

计算机翼跨声速绕流的全速位积分方程数值解

本文利用格林定理将全速位方程转换为全速位积分方程，应用高斯定理对沿激波面的显式积分进行简化。将全速位积分方程的解表示成为面元项和场元项之和，然后离散进行数值求解。本文将激波捕捉方法和激波装配技术结合起来，对机翼跨声速绕流进行数值实验，计算结果令人满意。     

高校科研工作量考核中的抽样调查及统计分析方法

针对科研工作量考核中的考核标准确定及考核结果的分析等问题进行了研究，主要包括：根据分层抽样原理，采用Ｂｒｅｗｅｒ方法设计了制订考核标准值的抽样调查方案；确定科研工作量的分布情况以及有关特征值，掌握学校科研工作的现状；利用方差分析法，确定不同职称系列承担科研工作的差异例用回归分析预测法和干涉因子灰色预测法，掌握科研工作量的变化情况及和学校政策的相互关系。一实际应用结果表明，该方法能比较客观地确定科研工作量的考核标准，同时为学校制订相关政策提供了依据。     

Infrared spectrometer PFS for the Mars 94 orbiter

Thin films containing a mixture of aliphatic (glycine) and aromatic (tryptophan or tyrosine) amino acids were exposed to a vacuum ultraviolet radiation (VUV) with wavelenghts 100–200 nm. Dipeptides (glycyl-tryptophan and glycyl-tyrosine) were synthesized in these conditions. We compared the actions of VUV and γ-radiation. Polymerization is an essential step in prebiological evolution and we have shown that this stage probably occured over an early Solar system history.
