参数化装配方法研究(英文)

参数化零件的装配是一个很复杂的问题。本文论述了以辅助线法生成的参数化零件为基础,交互输入定位关系、装配关系,通过平移、旋转等编辑操作功能,拼成装配图,实现了装配图与零件图的同步参数化驱动。文中对装配图的数据结构、装配过程实现的图形消隐等关键技术作了详细描述,并应用于实际工程,取得了良好效果.     

加热圆管流动热阻力及熵产的数值分析

本文利用数值计算方法,对圆管加热流动的热阻力和熵产进行了综合分析研究。以空气加热圆管为例,通过联立求解流体力学基本方程和熵产方程,获得了热阻力、熵产及其随加热量、管长而变化的关系。数值分析结果表明,加热流动中的热阻力与熵产二者之间存在着对应相关的关系。     

PDM二期工程在中国燃气涡轮研究院的应用

一期工程的成功实施,使我院相关业务得到了很快的发展,有力地保障了科研生产工作的顺利进行.为了进一步推进数字化设计和数据管理平台建设,促进设计管理水平的不断提高,我院决定开展PDM二期工程实施,在一期的基础上进行系统深化的应用并将实施范围扩展到江油院区.     

Grindability and Surface Integrity of Cast Nickel-based Superalloy in Creep Feed Grinding with Brazed CBN Abrasive Wheels

The technique of creep feed grinding is most suitable for geometrical shaping, and therefore has been expected to improve effectively material removal rate and surface quality of components with complex profile. This article studies experimentally the effects of process parameters (i.e. wheel speed, workpiece speed and depth of cut) on the grindability and surface integrity of cast nickel-based superalloys, i.e. K424, during creep feed grinding with brazed cubic boron nitride (CBN) abrasive wheels. Some important factors, such as grinding force and temperature, specific grinding energy, size stability, surface topography, microhardness and microstructure alteration of the sub-surface, residual stresses, are investigated in detail. The results show that during creep feed grinding with brazed CBN wheels, low grinding temperature at about 100 °C is obtained though the specific grinding energy of nickel-based superalloys is high up to 200-300 J/mm³. A combination of wheel speed 22.5 m/s, workpiece speed 0.1 m/min, depth of cut 0.2 mm accomplishes the straight grooves with the expected dimensional accuracy. Moreover, the compressive residual stresses are formed in the burn-free and crack-free ground surface.     

A study on cycle slip detection and correction in case of ionospheric scintillation

This research is aiming for cycle slip detection and correction in case of ionospheric scintillation. Different from the normally discussed situation without ionospheric scintillation, ionospheric delay cannot be neglected due to abrupt ionosphere change. In this case, ionosphere-free testing quantities for cycle slip detection and correction have to be used.     

China Accomplished Its First Space Rendezvous and Docking

At 1:36 am on November 3, China’s Shenzhou 8 unmanned spaceship and Tiangong 1 space lab spacecraft accomplished the country’s first space docking procedure and coupling in space at more than 343km above Earth’s surface,marking a great leap in China’s space program.     

超塑成形技术研究及其在航空航天上的应用

从超塑成形技术的早期研究入手,综合分析了超塑成形技术的研究现状,包括合金材料、成形设备、陶瓷模具及模拟技术现状等,总结归纳了超塑成形技术在航空航天工业上的应用,重点介绍了EADS-CASA采用SPF或SPF/DB制造发动机零件及外壳零件,以及美国、欧空局、日本制造航天器贮箱的SPF技术,最后探讨了目前国际上超塑成形技术的几个主要研究方向,包括轻质镁合金的超塑成形、用于SPF的搅拌摩擦焊插件以及陶瓷、透明金属的超塑成形技术研究等。     

浅谈高级计划与排程

20世纪90年代初,美国先进制造研究机构(Advanced Mariufacturing Research,AMR)首次提出了"制造执行系统"(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)的概念,用以弥补ERP、JIT等系统对生产计划适应性差以及不适用于车间底层生产过程信息流管理的弱点.MES在提出之初定位就非常明确,它是"位于上层计划管理系统与底层工业控制之间的面向车间层的管理信息系统".     

3种转角下旋转U形方通道的局部换热

在旋转数为0~0.26内用实验方法研究了转角对旋转U形方截面通道换热特性的影响.3种通道转角分别为0°,22.5°,45°.通道转角的变化引起了通道内哥氏力二次流的变化,继而导致通道各表面换热的变化.结果表明:随通道转角的增大,前缘与后缘之间努塞尔数的差异减小,而内侧面与外侧面之间的努塞尔数差异增大;在低旋转数下,转角的变化对U形通道换热的影响较小,但高旋转数下,转角的变化对U形通道换热的影响变得明显.
