基于两维空变滤波的PFA波前弯曲误差补偿

极坐标格式算法(PFA)因受波前弯曲误差的影响,其有效成像场景范围受到一定的限制。采用图像域的空变滤波(SVPF)处理可以有效补偿波前弯曲误差,但为了简化分析,已有SVPF方法在补偿过程中都采取了一定的近似,在对大场景进行高分辨率成像时仍然不能满足聚焦精度要求。对PFA的极坐标格式转换给出了一种新的解析解释,利用该解释推导得到了精确的波前弯曲误差表达式;基于该波前弯曲误差模型,提出了一种基于两维SVPF处理的波前弯曲误差补偿方法。最后通过仿真数据处理验证了该算法的有效性。     

装配尺寸公差分配方法研究

为提高航空发动机初次装配成功率,以压气机轴向间隙作为研究对象,提出1种基于单级性能最优为目标,同时获得装配后间隙最少调整的航空发动机装配零部件公差选取方法,改善了目前通过垫片厚度的选择实现零部件选配的情况,为发动机的装配提供了确定性指导,实现了航空发动机的公差选取合理化,提高航空发动机的初次装配成功率,进一步保证了运行效率。     

Longitudinal differences in the equatorial spread F characteristics between Vietnam and Brazil

We present the results of a comparative study of the equatorial spread F (ESF) and the F layer critical parameter, the base height of the F layer bottomside (h′F) over the two equatorial sites, Ho Chi Minh City – HCM (dip latitude: 2.9°N) in Vietnam and Sao Luis – SL (dip latitude: ∼2°S) in Brazil. The study utilizes simultaneous data collected by a CADI at HCM and a digisonde at SL during the year 2002 with the monthly mean solar 10.7 cm flux (F10.7) varying from ∼120 to ∼185. This study focuses on the quiet time seasonal behavior of the F layer parameters in the two widely separated longitude sectors, and addresses the question as to what can we learn from such comparative studies with respect to the ambient ionospheric and thermospheric parameters that are believed to control the ESF generation and hence its longitudinal occurrence pattern. The observed differences/similarities in the diurnal and seasonal patterns of the F Layer height vis-à-vis the ESF occurrences are evaluated in terms of the known longitudinal differences in the F layer heights, thermospheric meridional winds and the geomagnetic peculiarities of the two sites.     

利用网络平台促进学习型党组织建设的路经研究

The gravitational field and brain function.

The frontal cortex is recognized as the highest adaptive control center of the human brain. The principle of the "frontalization" of human brain function offers new possibilities for brain research in space. There is evolutionary and experimental evidence indicating the validity of the principle, including it's role in nervous response to gravitational stimulation. The gravitational field is considered here as one of the more constant and comprehensive factors acting on brain evolution, which has undergone some successive crucial steps: "encephalization", "corticalization", "lateralization" and "frontalization". The dominating effects of electrical responses from the frontal cortex have been discovered 1) in experiments under gravitational stimulus; and 2) in processes potentially relating to gravitational adaptation, such as memory and learning, sensory information processing, motor programing, and brain state control. A brain research experiment during space flight is suggested to test the role of the frontal cortex in space adaptation and it's potentiality in brain control.

我国公务员绩效考核的AHP-Fuzzy综合评价法

提高政府绩效是公共管理追求的目标，但是我国的公务员绩效考核中存在着考核指标粗糙，考核等级少，难以量化等诸多问题。为了使公务员的考核工作更为客观、科学，对我国公务员绩效考核体系进行深入研究意义重大。文章运用模糊评价理论与AHP方法对绩效评估进行模糊化处理，可以对一些比较难定量化的指标进行定量化评价，以使评价结果更加客观、公正与有效。     

铝合金ZL114A的激光焊接工艺

主要研究了铝合金ZL114A的激光焊接工艺特性.首先对其可焊性进行了摸索,然后探讨了激光焊接工艺参数对焊缝熔深、焊缝宽度以及接头组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,选择适当的激光焊接工艺参数,如：激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量、保护气体流量等,可以获得高质量的焊缝.组织观察发现,焊缝组织致密、晶粒细小,接头强度可以满足使用要求.     

硬／软件综合系统可靠性研究进展

本文对计算机硬／软件综合系统的可靠性模型，以及ＦＭＥＣＡ，ＦＴＡ等故障分析技术的研究进展状况进行了一个概述。结合典型模型详细介绍了模型分类、教学处理方式和建模方法，探讨了在硬／软件综合系统可靠性建模中存在的一些特有的问题。     

巡航导弹地形跟踪的预见控制器设计

一种新的地形跟踪控制方法，即利用已知未来地形信号的预见控制算法设计巡航导弹地形跟踪控制器。针对巡航导弹这个复杂的高阶非最小相位系统，设计前馈与反馈控制器，反愤控制器保证了系统的稳定性与鲁棒性，而前馈控制器则使系统实现精确跟踪。采用上述方案设计的地形跟踪系统具有良好的跟踪特性，对各种千扰和噪声及系统的未建模特性均具有很好的抑制。
