在并行工程的实施过程中,上下游阶段交叠形式的不合理安排将会给产品的开发带来不可预见的风险。如何决定各并行阶段的启动时间一直是困扰实施并行工程企业的问题。对于这方面的研究工作目前大多只限于概念模型分析的层面,而没有具体的数学模型。中应用Shannon信息熵量化了上下游阶段的交互信息和系统的有序度,建立了基于多层次模糊综合评判和BP神经网络的动态模型来实时确定下游阶段的启动时间。最后给出了基于PDM的实施框架和该模型的应用实例。 相似文献

An instrumentation tracker is described which provides real-time positional data on high-speed cooperative targets with precisions of ±1 m at ranges between 300 m and 10 km. Unambiguous range is determined by a precise digital FM-CW ranging technique at a rate of 15 per second. A target-mounted beacon and a narrow laser ranging beam permit measurement of target position to values much less than target dimension. Azimuth and elevation angles are read out by precision shaft angle encoders and recorded in binary form, along with range and time, on magnetic tape or directly into a real-time computer. 相似文献

This paper describes an aspect system flown on PIONEERS VI and VII2 which incorporates an extremely accurate adaptive digital computer in order to define rigorously equal time intervals which are submultiples of the spacecraft spin period. The several submultiples which compose the complete spin period exhibit equality to within 2.5 parts in 105. This system has potential applications in other experiments involving the study of the angular dependence of cosmic radiation and other physical phenomena being measured by a single directional detector mounted on spin-stabilized spacecraft. Included here are the scientific goals for this experiment, system restraints, and the generalized system operation. Electric field measurements are reported at 11 magnetopause crossings that occurred during a single in-bound ISEE-1 satellite pass near a local time of 1030. In combination with magnetic field data, these measurements show the existence of electric field components tangential to the actual magnetopause in the frame of rest of the magnetopause on every crossing of the current carrying layers associated with the 11 magnetopause traversals. These tangential electric field components were oriented with respect to the magnetopause sheet currents such that there was an electrical power dissipation of between 30 and 110 W km-2 on 10 of the 11 crossings. These results are in agreement with requirements of reconnection theories. Histograms of the normal electric field components and of the orientation, velocity, and thickness of the current carrying layer are presented. Suggestions of the existence of a parallel electric field in the magnetosheath near the magnetopause and of propagation of large amplitude waves along the magnetopause are also made. 相似文献
