基于BM3803的星载计算机标准化设计与实现

以国产BM3803为处理器,采用紧凑型外部组件互联cPCI（compact Peripheral Com-ponent Interconnect）总线作为内总线,通过研究爱特（Actel）公司的IP（Intellectual Property）核CorePCIF的网表级文件,用现场可编程门阵列（FPGA）实现了标准cPCI接口;考虑到空间应用的特点,结构上设计了专门的锁定机构,实现所有模块的统一锁定,同时减轻了结构质量。     

飞机液压泵源预测与健康管理系统

针对飞机液压泵源系统高可靠性和维修保障性要求,根据液压泵源系统故障特点提出了飞机液压泵源预测与健康管理系统的体系结构总体方案,描述了泵源预测与健康管理系统体系结构各层的功能,并对机载液压泵源健康监测系统和地面维护管理系统关键技术进行了研究.基于数字信号处理器设计了机载液压泵源健康监测系统和地面维护管理数据库,给出了鲁棒、快速和智能的故障诊断算法,为典型液压泵源系统故障预测和后勤保障提供了有效的方法,实现了液压泵源系统预测与健康管理的功能.     

低温传感器测量数据基于MATLAB的 处理与分析

文章介绍基于MATLAB的低温温度传感器测量数据的处理及分析方法,通过线性最小二乘法和无约束非线性优化法中的拟合模型工具对数据进行拟合,其中包括多项式、双曲线、幂函数、Steinhart-Hart经验公式等拟合模型工具,以低温温度传感器电阻与温度数据的曲线拟合为例,开展了各种模型的曲线拟合比较分析。最后通过剩余标准差和相关系数两项指标评价不同模型的拟合效果。     

Adaptive Nonlinear Optimal Compensation Control for Electro-hydraulic Load Simulator

 Directing to the strong position coupling problem of electro-hydraulic load simulator (EHLS), this article presents an adap-tive nonlinear optimal compensation control strategy based on two estimated nonlinear parameters, viz. the flow gain coeffi-cient of servo valve and total factors of flow-pressure coefficient. Taking trace error of torque control system to zero as control object, this article designs the adaptive nonlinear optimal compensation control strategy, which regards torque control output of closed-loop controller converging to zero as the control target, to optimize torque tracking performance. Electro-hydraulic load simulator is a typical case of the torque system which is strongly coupled with a hydraulic positioning system. This article firstly builds and analyzes the mathematical models of hydraulic torque and positioning system, then designs an adaptive nonlinear optimal compensation controller, proves the validity of parameters estimation, and shows the comparison data among three control structures with various typical operating conditions, including proportion-integral-derivative (PID) controller only, the velocity synchronizing controller plus PID controller and the proposed adaptive nonlinear optimal compensation controller plus PID controller. Experimental results show that systems’ nonlinear parameters are estimated exactly using the proposed method, and the trace accuracy of the torque system is greatly enhanced by adaptive nonlinear optimal compensation control, and the torque servo system capability against sudden disturbance can be greatly improved.     

基于解析梯度的微推进转移轨道优化方法

 研究基于离散脉冲策略的行星际微推进转移轨道优化问题,为改善收敛性和计算效率,提出了一种解析的梯度矩阵计算方法。首先,基于离散脉冲思想建立了行星际微推进转移轨道优化模型,通过对速度脉冲矢量进行参数变换,避免了传统优化模型初值猜测和搜索域难以界定的缺点;然后,基于变分原理分析了离散脉冲模型中轨道状态转移矩阵与状态变分之间的关系,并给出了多种轨道特征条件下状态变分的计算方法,该方法可扩展到多次状态不连续情况;在此基础上,推导了离散脉冲轨道优化模型中性能指标与轨道约束对寻优参数梯度矩阵的解析表达式。以地球-火星的燃料最省微推进转移为例对所提解析梯度方法进行了仿真验证。数值结果表明：本文推导的解析梯度矩阵是正确的,与传统数值梯度计算方法相比,解析梯度矩阵可有效改善寻优算法的收敛特性,并能够提高计算效率约47%。     

煅烧温度和原料粒度对抗水化CaO熟料烧结性的影响

本文通过实验得出了低温条件下制备抗水化CaO熟料煅烧温度的下限和石灰石粒度的上限。本文还提出.水化增重率与煅烧温度近似呈指数关系。原料粒度通过影响CaCo_3热解过程中Co_2的排放方式从而影响烧结熟料的致密性。     

Precision analysis of autonomous orbit determination using star sensor for Beidou MEO satellite

This paper focuses on the autonomous orbit determination accuracy of Beidou MEO satellite using the onboard observations of the star sensors and infrared horizon sensor. A polynomial fitting method is proposed to calibrate the periodic error in the observation of the infrared horizon sensor, which will greatly influence the accuracy of autonomous orbit determination. Test results show that the periodic error can be eliminated using the polynomial fitting method. The User Range Error (URE) of Beidou MEO satellite is less than 2?km using the observations of the star sensors and infrared horizon sensor for autonomous orbit determination. The error of the Right Ascension of Ascending Node (RAAN) is less than 60?$\mathrm{\mu }\text{rad}$ and the observations of star sensors can be used as a spatial basis for Beidou MEO navigation constellation.     

SiP陶瓷芯片水汽含量控制工艺方法研究

结合宇航级陶瓷封装芯片的特点和水汽控制要求,对SiP陶瓷封装工艺进行了研究,分析了陶瓷封装过程中产生水汽的各个因素,优化了封装生产工艺流程,增加了预烘转运过程下厂监制,保证了转运时间的工艺过程管控,通过试验验证了管控措施的有效性.     

碘工质霍尔推力器内部过程数值模拟

随着霍尔推力器的大力发展，碘工质霍尔推力器越来越受到研究人员的重视。深入了解碘工质霍尔推力器放电室内部过程，为优化推力器性能和拓展空间应用提供依据。建立了二维PIC/DSMC/MCC混合方法模型，结合鞘层和二次电子发射模型，根据碘工质特性，加入解离-电离过程，在定壁温条件下，针对200 W碘工质霍尔推力器放电室内部过程开展了数值模拟，考察其放电室内等离子体的多场耦合特性以及与壁面的相互作用过程。研究其放电通道内部的等离子体行为，分析放电室内的等离子体参数，获取其离子数密度、离子轴向运动速度、电子温度等特征参数，将模拟结果和氙工质进行比较。结果表明:相较于氙工质，碘工质霍尔推力器存在解离区，宽度约为2 mm，位于近阳极区之后、电离区之前。
