“宙斯盾”战斗机器人——驻伊拉克韩军营区的高效率“门神”

韩国派驻军队到伊拉克参与美国规划的维安任务，由于在伊拉克各种爆炸袭击事件频传，不仅街头执勤的联军常遭武装团体放冷枪，就连营区也不安全，最惨的袭击事件是摩苏尔的美军军营在2004年12月惨遭袭击，造成美军在当地最严重死伤。有鉴于此，韩国国防部在2004年底宣布，当地韩军营区将部署“宙斯盾”机器人（AEGIS ROBOT），以保护韩国驻军安全。     

High LET-induced H2AX phosphorylation around the Bragg curve.

We investigated the spatial distribution of the induction of the phosphorylated form of the histone protein H2AX (gamma-H2AX), known to be activated by DSBs. Following irradiation of human fibroblast cells with 600 MeV/nucleon silicon and 600 MeV/nucleon iron ions we observed the formation of gamma-H2AX aggregates in the shape of streaks stretching over several micrometers in an x/y plane. Polyethylene shielding was used to achieve a Bragg curve distribution with beam geometry parallel to the monolayer of cells. We present data that highlights the formation of immunofluorescent gamma-H2AX tracks showing the ion trajectories across the Bragg peak of irradiated human fibroblast cells. Qualitative analyses of these distributions indicated potentially increased clustering of DNA damage before the Bragg peak, enhanced gamma-H2AX distribution at the peak, and provided visual evidence of high-linear energy transfer particle traversal of cells beyond the Bragg peak in agreement with one-dimensional transport approximations. Spatial assessment of gamma-H2AX fluorescence may provide direct insights into DNA damage across the Bragg curve for high charge and energy ions including the biological consequences of shielding and possible contributors to bystander effects.

一种叉齿式微硅加速度计的设计与分析

本文介绍了一种适合军民两用市场的、中低精度的叉齿式微硅加速度计的设计和仿真 ,其敏感轴平行于检测质量平面 ,微结构梁采用了折叠梁结构。对这种加速度计的结构参数进行了理论设计和优化选择 ,利用Ansys结构分析软件重点研究了折叠梁结构参数对加速度计固有谐振频率和力学特性的影响。最后给出了一个符合仪表性能要求的微加速度计 ,其中心摆片大小为 1.6 mm× 1.0 mm ,量程为 2 5 g,分辨率为 0 .5× 10 - 3g。     

Novel AC line conditioner for power factor correction

A new ac line conditioner is presented for high input power factor and clean ac output voltages for isolating the linear or nonlinear loads. A three-phase two-leg switching mode rectifier with neutral-point-clamped topology is proposed to draw the sinusoidal line currents from the ac mains. The carrier-based current controller is used in the inner control loop to track the line current commands with unity power factor. The dc bus voltage controller is adopted in the outer control loop to regulate the dc-link voltage. A voltage compensator is used to balance the neutral point voltage on the dc tank. A three-phase two-leg inverter with neutral-point-clamped topology is adopted in the system to provide the clean ac output voltages to the critical or sensitive loads. The carrier-based current control scheme is adopted to improve the instantaneous output voltages. Experimental results show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

目前多传感器融合技术能够有效地提高精度和容错能力 ,所以它广泛应用于目标识别领域中。本文描述了一种基于旋转机械故障诊断多传感器融合系统 ,在数据融合处理中利用模糊神经网络 ,比较了采用基于数据融合实验结果和没有融合的原始数据 ,显然前者比后者更精确。

著作权集体管理组织应是不以营利为目的的民间团体,其管理的权利范围应仅限于著作权中的财产权利,著作权集体管理组织与著作权人或者与著作权有关的权利人之间在法律关系上一般是一种信托关系。在我国,建立和完善著作权集体管理组织是著作权法律制度对作品传播的市场份额进行合理分配、从而实现作者利益与社会公众利益间平衡的必由之路。

Measurements of low energy electrons and ions during long-lived solar particle events

Following a solar flare in April 1979, a stream of ions and electrons appeared in interplanetary space for about 8 days. The ions follow a classic ESP pattern. Large fluxes of low energy (2–11 keV) electrons are also present throughout the event. Several distinct populations of these electrons can be identified in association with filaments of interplanetary magnetic field. The electron energy spectrum is remarkably well fit by a power law exponent -2.7 during most of the event.The pitch angle distribution of the low energy electrons are complex and undergo many changes. Weak pitch angle scattering and adiabatic effects play a role in shaping these distributions. Error analysis of quaternion transformations [inertial navigation]

Three transformation formulas that relate the quaternions to the direction cosine matrix used in strapdown inertial systems are derived. An error model associated with the computed direction cosine matrix is briefly discussed. Error analysis is fully evaluated analytically and tabulated for comparison. Transformation errors associated with these formulas are analyzed. The drift errors evaluated under constant angular velocity are shown to vary slightly among three different transformations. It is shown that the skew errors in three transformation schemes are not all intrinsically zero. The scale errors may differ largely by two orders of magnitude among transformation schemes. This may become a criteria for selection of altitude transformation schemes
