压剪联合载荷作用下复合材料壁板屈曲及后屈曲性能计算与优化方法研究

复合材料壁板被广泛用于航空航天结构,在外部复杂工况下壁板通常会受到面内压剪载荷的联合作用,其屈曲及后屈曲响应直接影响此类结构的极限承载能力。为此,基于改进的Koiter摄动理论,提出一种能够快速精确地开展复合材料壁板非线性屈曲分析的摄动有限元降阶方法,然后计算获得壁板的屈曲/后屈曲性能指标,即非线性屈曲载荷、后屈曲承载刚度以及承载刚度残余系数,最后将摄动降阶方法嵌套到复合材料铺层优化的分析流程中,获得压剪联合载荷下各种屈曲/后屈曲性能指标的最优铺层信息。数值算例验证了所提出方法的高效性和有效性。     

Expression of estrogen receptor α in human breast cancer cells regulates mitochondrial oxidative stress under simulated microgravity

This study investigated intracellular oxidative stress and its underlying mechanisms in a rotary cell culture system used to achieve a simulated microgravity (SMG) environment. Experiments were conducted with human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 (an estrogen receptor (ER) α positive cell line) and MDA-MB-231 (an ERα negative cell line) encapsulated in alginate/collagen carriers. After 48 h, SMG led to oxidative stress and DNA damage in the MDA-MB-231 cells but a significant increase in mitochondrial activity and minimal DNA damage in the MCF-7 cells. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) significantly increased in the MCF-7 cells and decreased in MDA-MB-231 cells in the SMG environment compared with a standard gravity control. Moreover, SMG promoted expression of ERα and protein kinase C (PKC) epsilon in MCF-7 cells treated with PKC inhibitor Gö6983. Overall, exposure to SMG increased mitochondrial activity in ERα positive cells but induced cellular oxidative damage in ERα negative cells. Thus, ERα may play an important role in protecting cells from oxidative stress damage under simulated microgravity.

Station-keeping control for a stratospheric airship platform via fuzzy adaptive backstepping approach

This paper presents a novel approach for station-keeping control of a stratospheric airship platform in the presence of parametric uncertainty and external disturbance. First, conceptual design of the stratospheric airship platform is introduced, including the target mission, configuration, energy sources, propeller and payload. Second, the dynamics model of the airship platform is presented, and the mathematical model of its horizontal motion is derived. Third, a fuzzy adaptive backstepping control approach is proposed to develop the station-keeping control system for the simplified horizontal motion. The backstepping controller is designed assuming that the airship model is accurately known, and a fuzzy adaptive algorithm is used to approximate the uncertainty of the airship model. The stability of the closed-loop control system is proven via the Lyapunov theorem. Finally, simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed control approach.     

Investigations of an integrated angular velocity measurement and attitude control system for spacecraft using magnetically suspended double-gimbal CMGs

This paper presents an integrated angular velocity measurement and attitude control system of spacecraft using magnetically suspended double-gimbal control moment gyros (MSDGCMGs). The high speed rotor of MSDGCMG is alleviated by a five-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet biased AMB control system. With this special rotor supported manner, the MSDGCMG has the function of attitude rate sensing as well as attitude control. This characteristic provides a new approach to a compact light-weight spacecraft design, which can combine these two functions into a single device. This paper discusses the principles and implementations of AMB-based angular velocity measurement. Spacecraft dynamics with DGMSCMG actuators, including the dynamics of magnetically suspended high-speed rotor, the dynamics of inner gimbal and outer gimbal, as well as the determination method of spacecraft angular velocity are modeled, respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed integrated system is also validated numerically and experimentally.     

一种敏感电路式露点测量方法

针对大气湿度测量问题,提出一种基于敏感电路的露点测量方法.把考比兹电路中的石英晶体作为湿敏元件,用半导体制冷器对其进行制冷直到有结露产生时使得石英晶体处于液相环境中,整个考比兹电路将停止振动,利用考比兹电路这一敏感特性对露点进行识别,可以得到相应的露点温度.通过理论数据与实验数据对比分析,露点温度的最大误差为1.59℃,此方法可以从定性的角度作为一种湿度快速识别方法,并具有测量方法简单、灵敏度高、可靠性好和成本低等优点.     

巡航导弹群突防舰载反导系统快速分析模型

针对巡航导弹初始设计阶段需要频繁进行人机对话的特点,引入拦截弹拦截性能修正因子的概念,综合运用导弹分析方法中的估计方法与检验方法,以突防效率为评价指标采用新思路建立了巡航导弹群突防舰载反导系统快速分析模型,为初始设计阶段提高巡航导弹作战性能提供快速、可靠的数学工具.基于所建立的快速分析模型,对影响巡航导弹突防典型舰载反导系统的主要因素进行灵敏度分析,分析结果可为巡航导弹设计指明方向.     

生物膜法在微污染水源水预处理中的应用
