为了提高动力调谐陀螺的静态漂移误差测试精度,针对简化静态漂移误差模型,并且考虑陀螺安装角误差的影响,依据D-最优试验设计理论以及正交设计的均匀分散性试验设计思路,设计了一种满足D-最优性质的正交八位置试验方案,并在整个正交空间内采用全局搜索的方法验证了其D-最优性。在相同试验环境下,采用力反馈位置试验法,以全正交空间预测误差平方和最小为评价准则,对该八位置试验方案和国军标GJB1183—91中的八位置试验方案进行比较与评价,试验结果表明该八位置试验方案优于国军标GJB1183—91中八位置试验方案。 相似文献

Taking into account the limitations of existing stealth performance analysis methods, a method termed as the integrated stealth performance analysis method is proposed for evaluating the stealth ability of the penetration aircraft. Based on various target radar cross section (RCS) scattering characters, this article integrates the relevant parameters needed for building up target circumferential RCS scattering model and proposes the RCS scattering controlling parameters to control the changing trends of the relevant model RCS scattering characters. According to the radar dynamic detecting characters during the whole penetration course, a dynamic stealth performance evaluating model is proposed accompanied by a series of stealth ability estimation rules. This new analysis method can enhance the integrality and dependability of the stealth analysis conclusions and summarize the relationship between the target RCS scattering characters and their effects on stealth performance. Visual sensors are used to measure the relative state of the chaser spacecraft to the target spacecraft during close range rendezvous phases. This article proposes a two-stage iterative algorithm based on an inverse projection ray approach to address the relative position and attitude estimation by using feature points and monocular vision. It consists of two stages: absolute orientation and depth recovery. In the first stage, Umeyama's algorithm is used to fit the three-dimensional (3D) model set and estimate the 3D point set while in the second stage, the depths of the observed feature points are estimated. This procedure is repeated until the result converges. In order to reduce the development cycle of mechanical products and corresponding toolings, a large number of components are utilized in these structures. Accordingly, automatic location method for components is a key issue in the research on intelligent computer aided design (CAD) techniques. Integrated with the investigation into intelligent design techniques for aircraft manufacturing toolings, in-depth researches on this issue are conducted. Formalized automatic location principles, representative methods and implementation algorithms are proposed and established. The samples of single crystal superalloy DD6 are grit blasted and then heat treated either with the standard heat treatment procedure or in the temperature range of 1 000-1 250 °C for 4-16 h at vacuum atmosphere, then the recrystallization behavior of DD6 alloy is investigated. The results show that the equiaxed recrystallization grains form in the γ phase region where the as-cast γ′ phases have been dissolved completely, and cellular recrystallization forms in the region where the as-cast γ′ phases have been dissolved partially. The cellular recrystallization area consists of cellular grains, and the cellular grain consists of cubic γ′ phase, lamellar γ′ phase and γ+γ′ The coexistence of the equiaxed recrystallization zones and cellular recrystallization zones is a recrystallized characteristic of the cold worked single crystal samples which are heat treated at a temperature lower than the solution temperature. When the heating temperature is higher than 1 150 °C, with the increase of heat treating temperature, the equiaxed recrystallization zone expands, whereas the cellular recrystallization zone shrinks. All the deformed regions are consumed by equiaxed recrystallization after annealing at solution temperature. 相似文献

本文提出加速多重扫描耦合推进方法,并用于非对称突然膨胀槽道流动计算。数值结果与实验数据吻合得很好,从而表明这个方法是有效的,精确的。依据对数值结果的分析,作者给出能够描写存在大范围分离的不可压缩简化Navier-Stokes方程组的最优形式,并且对这组方程的椭圆型数学性质作了进一步的分析。作者还对扫描过程的收敛性,推进过程的稳定性进行了理论分析,此外还讨论了不同精确度的差分格式对解的影响。 相似文献
