飞行高度摄动的鲁棒颤振计算方法

提出了一种以飞行高度作为摄动变量,利用结构奇异值理论来进行鲁棒颤振计算的方法。将标准大气模型中的高度与大气密度,高度与声速的关系拟合成为多项式表示的函数关系,从而将动压和飞行速度表示成飞行高度的函数,使得系统以飞行高度为惟一的摄动变量。然后利用线性分式变换考虑了广义刚度和广义阻尼的不确定性,建立整个系统完整的状态空间模型,使用结构奇异值理论计算颤振裕度。该方法适用于固定马赫数的飞行颤振试验和飞行包线扩展。     

农业转移人口市民化过程中地方政府行为激励问题研究——基于多任务委托代理模型

推进农业转移人口市民化的过程从本质上看是实现基本公共服务均等化的过程,而事实上,农业转移人口在享受公共福利方面与城市居民有着巨大的差别。现有体制下,地方政府作为提供公共产品的主要主体,同时面临着财政能力与体制的双重约束,从而在提供公共产品时表现出财力不足和意愿不足。文章主要是在已有研究的基础上,从地方政府意愿方面,基于一个多任务委托代理分析框架,研究在推进农业转移人口市民化过程中如何激励地方政府做出合理行为的问题,并尝试给出政策建议。     

Data-driven model-free adaptive attitude control of partially constrained combined spacecraft with external disturbances and input saturation

This study presents an improved data-driven Model-Free Adaptive Control(MFAC)strategy for attitude stabilization of a partially constrained combined spacecraft with external disturbances and input saturation. First, a novel dynamic linearization data model for the partially constrained combined spacecraft with external disturbances is established. The generalized disturbances composed of external disturbances and dynamic linearization errors are then reconstructed by a Discrete Extended State Observer(DESO). With the dynamic linearization data model and reconstructed information, a DESO-MFAC strategy for the combined spacecraft is proposed based only on input and output data. Next, the input saturation is overcome by introducing an antiwindup compensator. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed controller when the dynamic properties of the partially constrained combined spacecraft are completely unknown.     

一种便携式高精度超声流量仪

研究一种超声波传播方向平行于液体流动方向的流量管和以此为基础的超声流量仪。针对流量系统的新型流量管结构推导两种流量算法并进行误差分析,其中一种算法可以减小由声速变化引起的误差,从而提高系统的测量稳定性,也为流量管的改进方向提供了思路。使用测显比曲线修正管道中流体流速分布不均匀的影响以提升测量准确性,试验证明,在测量范围内,系统测量的平均示值误差不超过0.2%。     

连续磁活动对等离子体层演化的影响

利用嫦娥三号极紫外相机观测的2014年2月21日等离子体层极紫外对数图像，分析了一系列磁活动状态下等离子体层晨侧视角的演化.由等离子体层质子的相空间分布，模拟了2014年2月18—22日发生一系列磁暴事件时等离子体层在磁赤道面的演化.通过观测与模拟发现，等离子体层实际的填充速度大于模拟时等离子体层的填充速度.推测昏侧与日侧之间的羽结构对侧面视角下向阳侧等离子体层顶的位置会造成影响.模拟中等离子体层整体对磁暴的响应在3h内，大磁暴对等离子体层的影响时间较长，可以达到1～2天.连续的磁暴事件对等离子体层的影响有叠加的效果.等离子体层的回填比侵蚀需要更长的时间.      

UAV Velocity Measurement for Ground Moving Target

To satisfy the demand of measuring the velocity of ground moving target through unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)electro-optical platform,two velocity measurement methods are proposed.Firstly,a velocity measurement method based on target localization is derived,using the position difference between two points with the advantages of easy deployment and realization.Then a mathematical model for measuring target velocity is built and described by 15 variables,i.e.UAV velocity,UAV attitude angular rate,camera direction angular rate and so on.Moreover,the causes of velocity measurement error are analyzed and a formula is derived for calculating the measurement error.Finally,the simulation results show that angular rate error has a strong influence on the velocity measurement accuracy,especially the UAV pitch angular rate error,roll angular rate error and the camera angular altitude rate error,thus indicating the direction for improving velocity measurement precision.
