The EMBH model, previously developed using GRB 991216 as a prototype, is here applied to GRB 980425. We fit the luminosity observed in the 40–700 keV, 2–26 keV and 2–10 keV bands by the BeppoSAX satellite. In addition we present a novel scenario in which the supernova SN1998bw is the outcome of an “induced gravitational collapse” triggered by GRB 980425, in agreement with the GRB-Supernova Time Sequence (GSTS) paradigm [Ruffini, R., Bianco, C.L., Chardonnet, P., Fraschetti, F., Xue, S.-S. On a possible GRB-supernova time sequence. Astrophys. J. 555, L117–L120, 2001c]. A further outcome of this astrophysically exceptional sequence of events is the formation of a young neutron star generated by the SN1998bw event. A coordinated observational activity is recommended to further enlighten the underlying scenario of this most unique astrophysical system. 相似文献

“天问一号”火星探测器超高频(Ultra high frequency, UHF)频段中继通信系统作为中国首次火星探测任务实现的重要组成部分,负责为着陆巡视器与环绕器之间在火星进入、下降、着陆阶段(Entry, descent and landing, EDL)与火面巡视阶段提供高效可靠的通信服务。本文对中国火星探测器UHF频段中继通信方案进行了介绍,给出中继通信系统的组成、技术指标及链路设计方法,并对在轨飞行试验数据进行了分析。结果表明,全新研制的“天问一号”探测器UHF频段中继通信系统圆满完成了任务目标,其设计、实现和应用为后续中国深空中继通信系统研制提供了技术参考。 相似文献

为了研究电子回旋共振中和器内静磁场和微波电磁场的分布规律,设计合理的磁路结构以形成电子回旋共振区,并使微波强电场区与电子回旋共振区重合,采用有限元分析软件对中和器内的静磁场和微波电磁场进行了数值计算。计算结果表明:永磁体及磁轭的尺寸均影响电子回旋共振区的分布;天线伸入长度越长,微波电场越强。微波频率为4.2GHz时,六块相同的长12mm,宽8mm,高5mm的条形永磁铁与磁轭组成的磁路结构,可以产生合理的电子回旋共振区。L型天线伸入长度为5mm时微波强电场区可与电子回旋共振区重合。 相似文献

Dynamic modeling of a hose-drogue aerial refueling system(HDARS) and an integral sliding mode backstepping controller design for the hose whipping phenomenon(HWP) during probe-drogue coupling are studied. Firstly, a dynamic model of the variable-length hose-drogue assembly is built for the sake of exploiting suppression methods for the whipping phenomenon.Based on the lumped parameter method, the hose is modeled by a series of variable-length links connected with frictionless joints. A set of iterative equations of the hose's three-dimensional motion is derived subject to hose reeling in/out, tanker motion, gravity, and aerodynamic loads accounting for the effects of steady wind, atmospheric turbulence, and tanker wake. Secondly,relying on a permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-precision position sensors, a new active control strategy for the HWP on the basis of the relative position between the tanker and the receiver is proposed. Considering the strict-feedback configuration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, a rotor position control law based on the backstepping method is designed to insure global stability. An integral of the rotor position error and an exponential sliding mode reaching law of the current errors are applied to enhance control accuracy and robustness. By using instrumental micro-indentation technique, the microhardness and Young's modulus of SiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites were investigated with microcompression-tester(MCT). The micro-indentation experiments were performed with different maximum loads, and with three loading speeds of 2.231, 4.462 and 19.368 mN/s respectively. During the investigation, matrix, particle and interface were tested by micro-indentation experiments. The results exhibit that the variations of Young's modulus and microhardness at particle, matrix and interface were highly dependent on the loading conditions(maximum load and loading speed) and the locations of indentation. Micro-indentation hardness experiments of matrix show the indentation size effects, i.e. the indentation hardness decreased with the indentation depth increasing. During the analysis, the effect of loading conditions on Young's modulus and microhardness were explained. Besides, the elastic–plastic properties of matrix were analyzed. The validity of calculated results was identified by finite element simulation. And the simulation results had been preliminarily analyzed from statistical aspect. 相似文献

裸芯片die、硅通孔TSV(Through Silicon Via)硅转接板、高温共烧陶瓷HTCC(High Temperature Co-fired Ceramics)管壳等多材质多基板立体堆叠和高密度集成的微系统封装,因空间极度有限、跨尺度立体转换的失配、电磁效应的耦合,低电压大电流电源的电源分布网络PDN(Power Distribution Network)和GHz高速信号的通道设计成为难题。贴合微系统封装尺度越来越接近芯片尺度的特点,以及微系统模块的系统应用需求,研究了基于芯片、封装、系统CPS(Chip-Package-System)协同设计仿真的方法。针对核心电源PDN的设计,采用芯片功耗模型CPM(Chip Power Model),结合TSV硅基板、HTCC管壳、PCB三级去耦电容网络的布放和协同优化,有效降低了电源纹波,保证了电源完整性。针对高速信号通道设计,基于电磁场和电路结合的仿真,将芯片电特性配置与封装互连的拓扑匹配协同优化,封装与板级应用协同优化,保证了信号完整性,且不对封装版图和工艺提出严苛要求。 相似文献
