舱外航天服热试验外热流模拟方法研究

出舱行走所必需的舱外航天服具有复杂外表面形状,其空间外热流极其复杂。文章对舱外航天服在热试验中所采用的外热流模拟方法进行了对比分析研究,结合航天服的特点对热试验中外热流模拟的方式进行了探讨, 论证了用接触式电加热片及红外加热笼两种外热流施加方式的可行性,并通过分析的手段对不同热试验方法中施加的热流和太空中的热流大小及分布进行了对比。     

超高真空设备的放气分析

文章介绍了超高真空设备放气的理论,并给出两种放气模型:schram吸附模型和吸附-扩散模型;对设备的放气理论值进行了计算,并通过四极质谱仪得出的残余气体质谱图分析出材料放气的成分. abstract： this paper discusses the outgassing theory and two outgassing models of materials,that is,schram adsorption model and the adsorption-diffusion model based on malev's theory.the values of outgassing are calculated and outgassing of materials is analyzed by the residual gas spectrum obtained from quadmpole mass spectrometer(qms).     

Departure Trajectory Design Based on Pareto Ant Colony Algorithm

Due to the ever-increasing air traffic flow,the influence of aircraft noise around the airport has become significant.As most airlines are trying to decrease operation cost,stringent requirements for more simple and efficient departure trajectory are on a rise.Therefore,a departure trajectory design was established for performancebased navigation technology,and a multi-objective optimization model was developed,with constraints of safety and noise influence,as well as optimization targets of efficiency and simplicity.An improved ant colony algorithm was then proposed to solve the optimization problem.Finally,an experiment was conducted using the Lanzhou terminal airspace operation data,and the results showed that the designed departure trajectory was feasible and efficient in decreasing the aircraft noise influence.     

基于独立桨距控制的电控旋翼主动振动控制

电控旋翼利用桨叶后缘襟翼偏转通过气弹作用带动桨叶变距,从而实现对旋翼的控制。但由于其系统的复杂性,桨叶间易存在扭转刚度和质量不相似,从而引起较严重的旋翼振动。针对该情况,提出了基于独立桨距控制的主动振动控制方法,并以某原理性电控旋翼为算例进行了数值仿真,验证了所提出控制方法对电控旋翼由扭转刚度和质量不相似引起振动的减振有效性,最佳减振水平可达90%。     

敏捷制造模式下的质量保证信息系统

客户驱动的动态的全球市场及地理上分布的合作伙伴给开发敏捷制造模式下的质量保证信息系统(QAIS)带来了新的挑战,本文先对敏捷制造模式下的QAIS进行了需求分析,提出了新的分布式QAIS的实现框架,利用当前迅速发展的信息技术,建立了QAIS的开发环境并对有关关键技术进行了初步研究,最后开发完成了一个基于Web的QAIS原型系统.     

空间站力矩平衡姿态和动量平衡姿态的研究

研究了空间站的力矩平衡姿态(TEA)及动量平衡姿态(MEA)的求解方法。首先定义了瞬时TEA、平均TEA和MEA的概念并建立了环境力矩在本体系下的数学模型;其次用迭代法确定出瞬时TEA,进一步通过求解非线性方程组计算平均TEA,仿真表明在一个轨道周期中空间站保持在平均TEA时所受外力矩的平均值远小于保持在零姿态的情况;最后提出求解MEA的方法,仿真表明空间站保持在MEA的动量积累及其峰值远小于保持在零姿态的情况。     

Aerodynamic Performance and Aeroacoustic Characteristics of Model Rotor with Anhedral Blade Tip in Hover

Experimental investigation on the aerodynamic performance and aeroacoustic characteristics of model rotors with different tip anhedral angles in hover are conducted in the paper.Three sets of model rotors with blade-tip anhedral angle 0°(reference rotor),20°and 45°respectively are designed to analyze the influence of the anhedral angle on the hovering performance and aeroacoustics of rotor.In the environment of anechoic chamber,the hover experiments under the different collective pitch and blade numbers,are carried out to measure the figure of merit(FM),time history of sound pressure and sound pressure level(SPL)of the three rotor models.Based on test results,the comparison and analysis of hovering performance and aeroacoustic characteristics among the three rotor models have been done.Meanwhile,for the sake of analysis,the rotor wake and blade pressure distribution are simulated by means of computational fluid method(CFD).At last,some conclusions about the effects of blade-tip anhedral angle on the aerodynamic performance and aeroacoustic characteristics in hover are obtained.An anhedral blade tip can enhance the FM of the rotor,and decrease the rotor loads noise to some extent.     

Investigation of dynamics of discrete framed structures by a numerical wave-based method and an analytical homogenization approach

In this article, the analytical homogenization method of periodic discrete media (HPDM) and the numerical condensed wave finite element method (CWFEM) are employed to study the lon-gitudinal and transverse vibrations of framed structures. The valid frequency range of the HPDM is re-evaluated using the wave propagation feature identified by the CWFEM. The relative error of the wavenumber by the HPDM compared to that by the CWFEM is illustrated in functions of fre-quency and scale ratio. A parametric study on the thickness of the structure is carried out where the dispersion relation and the relative error are given for three different thicknesses. The dynamics of a finite structure such as natural frequency and forced response are also investigated using the HPDM and the CWFEM.     

仿生四足六旋翼无人机自适应着陆性能分析

旋翼无人机在民用和军用领域被广泛应用,但传统撬式起落架在复杂地形下难以起降,为了扩大旋翼无人机的降落面积和应用范围,设计一种仿人腿式两级缓冲自适应起落架。通过对仿生腿的正逆运动学分析,提出一种自适应起落架姿态调整策略;建立仿生四足六旋翼无人机着陆动力学模型,基于多体动力学软件sim?center 3D 开展了着陆动力学仿真,并与传统撬式起落架进行着陆性能对比研究。结果表明：着陆腿式的两级缓冲自适应起落架及其姿态调整策略,能够使滚转角减小95.69%,过载系数降低34.06%,两级缓冲自适应起落架在面对复杂地形时具备主动调节姿态安全着陆的地形适应能力和极好的减震缓冲能力。     

Fatigue crack propagation of new aluminum lithium alloy bonded with titanium alloy strap

A new type of aluminum lithium alloy (Al-Li alloy) Al-Li-S-4 was investigated by test in this paper. Alloy plate of 400 mm · 140 mm · 6 mm with single edge notch was made into samples bonded with Ti-6Al-4V alloy (Ti alloy) strap by FM 94 film adhesive after the surface was treated. Fatigue crack growth of samples was investigated under cyclic loading with stress ratio (R) of 0.1 and load amplitude constant. The results show that Al-Li alloy plate bonded with Ti alloy strap could retard fatigue crack propagation. Retardation effect is related with width and thickness of strap. Flaws have an observable effect on crack propagation direction.
