Miura-ori is a rigid origami structure utilized in the packaging of deployable solar panels for use in space or in the folding of maps. It's pattern can largely reduce the membrane stress and improve the work efficiency. Inspired by origami structures, we numerically and experimentally studied a scalable solar sail structure. As an improvement of the existing membrane simulations, a variable Poisson's ratio model considering the wrinkling effect of the membrane was introduced. We focused on a quadrant shape and studied how its geometry parameters and initial imperfections affect the membrane mechanical behavior. We also designed and fabricated a pantographic mechanism as an origami membrane actuator. In addition, design protocols of deployment applied to a scalable gossamer structure were proposed.  相似文献

Doppler, which is an instantaneous GNSS observable signal, has been proven effective in determining velocity and acceleration due to its high availability and accuracy. We propose a real-time triple-frequency cycle slip correction (CSC) method based on Doppler-aided signals because Doppler shift is time-independent and immune to cycle slips. When the sampling interval is less than 1 s, cycle slips on triple-frequency can be detected and repaired using pure Doppler data with high reliability; however, this method cannot be used when the sampling interval exceeds 1 s because the integral cumulative error of Doppler increases significantly. For such cases, a modified triple-frequency CSC approach has been developed based on the raw phase and smoothed code data that was refined using the Doppler signal. To suppress the effect of the integral Doppler error, a balance factor is introduced to adjust the contributions of the raw code and Doppler observables. After the refinement of the GNSS data, three independent combinations need be selected to detect and repair cycle slips with triple-frequency observations. Four constrained criteria have been proposed to select optimal combinations that can reduce the residual ionospheric delay (RID) and measurement noise to a low level. Finally, experiments were carried out to test the performance of the new method using real triple-frequency BDS observations (GPST: 3:15:00–5:55:00, March 23, 2018). The results show that pure Doppler can detect and repair cycle slips effectively with small intervals, and modified Hatch-Melbourne-Wübbena (HMW) method based on Doppler-aided signals can achieve 99.7% success rate in cycle slip correction with large intervals (up to 30 s).  相似文献

The tropopause is an important boundary in the Earth’s atmosphere, and has been the subject of close attention from atmosphere and climate researchers. To monitor the global tropopause using radio occultation (RO) data, there are two primary methods, one is the widely used temperature lapse rate method, and the other is the bending angle covariance transform method which is unique to RO data. We use FengYun3-C (FY3C) and Meteorological Operational Satellite Program (MetOp) RO data and European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) operational analysis data to determine differences in RO tropopause height calculated by these two methods. We compute biases of the RO lapse rate tropopause height (LRTH) and the RO bending angle tropopause height (BATH) relative to the ECMWF LRTH. The dependences of the tropopause height biases on tropopause height (TPH) retrieval method, latitude, season and RO mission are investigated. The results indicate that BATH show a consistent 0.8–1.2 km positive bias over the tropics and high latitude regions compared with LRTH, however, over 25° to 40° latitude in both hemisphere, BATH results are less stable. Furthermore, the mean bias between BATH and LRTH displayed a different symmetrical characteristic from 2017.12 to 2018.2 (DJF) compared to 2018.6–2018.8 (JJA). However, except for some bias over Antarctica, the mean value of both LRTH and BATH show a similar tropopause variation, indicating the consistency of both methods.  相似文献

Electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) pumps are usually characterized as high speed and small displacement. The tilting inertia moment on the cylinder block produced by the inertia forces of piston/slipper assemblies cannot be ignored when analyzing the cylinder block balance. A large tilting inertia moment will make the cylinder block tilt away from the valve plate, resulting in severe wear and significantly increased leakage. This paper presents an analytical expression for the tilting inertia moment on the cylinder block by means of vector analysis. In addition, a high-speed test rig was built up, and experiments on an EHA pump prototype were carried out at high speeds of up to 10,000 r/min. The predicted nature of the cylinder block tilt at high speeds corresponds closely to the witness marks on the dismantled EHA pump prototype. It is suggested that more attention should be given to the tilting inertia moment acting on the cylinder block of an EHA pump since both wear and leakage flow between the cylinder block and the valve plate are very much dependent on this tilting moment.  相似文献

High-speed axial piston pumps are hydraulic power supplies for electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs). The efficiency of a pump directly affects the operating performance of an EHA, and an understanding of the physical phenomena occurring in the cylinder/valve plate interface is essential to investigate energy dissipation. The effects of the splined shaft bending rigidity on the cylinder tilt behaviour in an EHA pump need to be considered, because the deflection and radial expansion of a steel shaft rotating at a high speed cannot be ignored. This paper proposes a new mathematical model to predict the cylinder tilt behaviour by establishing a quantitative relationship between the splined shaft deflection, the cylinder tilt angle, and the tilt azimuth angle. The moments exerted by the splined shaft are included in the equilibrium equation of the cylinder. The effects of solid and hollow splined shafts equipped in an EHA pump prototype are compared at variable speeds of 5000–10,000 r/min. With a weight saving of 29.7%, the hollow shaft is experimentally found to have almost no influence on the volumetric efficiency, but to reduce the mechanical efficiency by 0.6–2.4%. The results agree with the trivial differences of the simulated central gap heights of the interface between the two shafts and the enlargement of the simulated tilt angles by the hollow shaft. The findings could guide designs of the cylinder/valve plate interface and the splined shaft to improve both the efficiency and power density of an EHA pump.  相似文献

分析了固液混合火箭发动机的燃烧特点、燃烧中气相过程和固体燃料内部的传热过程,利用由传热理论得出的固体燃料燃速公式和阿累尼乌斯(Arrhenius)燃速公式耦合计算,得到了燃速与氧化剂流率、轴向距离、装药初温和时间的变化规律.计算结果表明固体燃料燃速主要受氧化剂流率和轴向距离的影响,随氧化剂流率的增加而增加,随轴向距离的增加而减小.固体燃料燃速温度敏感性小,在设计发动机时可以不考虑装药初温的影响.利用热力计算得到了绝热燃烧温度与氧化剂流率和药柱长度的变化规律,绝热燃烧温度随氧化剂流率的增加存在一最大值.计算结果与相关文献的报道比较吻合,为进一步研究固液混合火箭发动机的燃烧及流动问题打好了基础.  相似文献

气动发动机设计需要考虑多个参数间的耦合对性能优化的影响,且对理想功率、工作效率等多个性能指标难以建立客观的综合评价函数.为此以发动机进气压力和进排气机构部分控制参数为设计变量进行正交设计,利用灰色关联度分析法计算贴合期望指标组合的最优参数组合,并结合参数指标趋势图,依据计算结果对参数区间进行调整,通过有限次循环得到最优设计参数.经测试该算法快速有效,且设计参数与性能指标数量可扩展,对气动发动机的样机设计和实验具有重要的理论和工程意义.  相似文献

A fully flexure micro/nano transmission platform(MNTP)which has five degrees of freedom is designed on the basis of bridge type amplification mechanism.According to the kinematic theory and the elastic beam theory,the theoretical output displacement equation of the platform is derived,and then piezoelectric actuator(PZT)is calibrated.Meanwhile,a full closed-loop control strategy of the platform is established using the feedforward proportional-integral-derivative(PID)compound control algorithm based on the Preisach model.Moreover,the total transfer function of the micro positioning system is derived,and the calculation method of output signal is acquired.Finally,the theoretical output displacement is verified by finite element analysis(FEA)and positioning experiments.  相似文献

The tracking of orientation and angular velocity is a primary attitude control task for an on-orbit space- craft. The problem for a rigid spacecraft tracking a desired angular velocity profile is addressed using an adaptive feedback control. An angular velocity feedback tracking algorithm is firstly developed based on the precisely known attitude dynamics of the spacecraft, and the global tracking of the control algorithm is proved based on the Lya- punov analysis. An adaptation mechanism is then designed to deal with the dynamic uncertainties of the spacecraft. Such an adaptation mechanism enables the controller to track any desired angular velocity trajectories even in the presence of uncertain inertia parameters, although it does not guarantee the inertia tensor being precisely identified. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control policy, computer simulations on dynamic equations of a spacecraft are conducted and their results are discussed.  相似文献
