用离子束辅助沉积(IBAD)工艺制备TiCxNy膜的研究

TiC_xN_y films were formed on 9Cr18 and GCr15 substrates using ion beam assisted deposition and studied with TEM, AES and XPS. TEM results showed that the films have polycrystalline structure with preferential growth orientations in (111),(200) and (220) directions. The AES and XPS results confirmed that the TiC_xN_y films contain oxygen coordination. The dry friction test indicated that oxidation resistance of the films is excellent, formation of the oxide film in the friction process can be effectively inhibited because of its presence on the steel substrates. At the same time,the wear properties of substrates were obviously improved because of high hardness and excellent lubriction of the films. However, the mechanical properties of TiC_xN_y films deposited by different N fluence appear different variance rule with the diffrent substrates. Microhardness and friction properties of TiC_xN_y films are relative to its N content and a excessively high N content has a harmful influence on the hardness and friction properties.

第八届环太平洋国际空间会议(Eighth International Space Conference of Pacific-basin Societies,简称ISCOPS)于1999年6月23至26日在西安召开.本届会议有来自中外航天界的领导、专家学者近200人,其中外方代表及陪同共计50人,他们分别来自美国、日本、德国和希腊等不同的国家.

基于空间分层组合设计的火箭落点实时计算模型

为保证航天发射任务航区安全,实现火箭落点的高精度实时快速计算,提出一种基于空间分层的数学模型,对落点计算几何模型与动力学模型进行组合设计.该模型将弹道空间分层为自由段和再入段,自由段采用地球扁率修正的落点计算几何椭圆模型,而再入段采用考虑了空气阻力的动力学模型,并加入地球摄动及旋转等因素的修正.经与实际落点数据对比验证,该模型实现了精度和效率的最佳融合,能够满足航天发射任务火箭落点高精度、快实时的计算要求.      

La2O3纳米晶的制备与表征

La₂O₃ Nanocrystals were prepared by polyethylene glycol method. The structure and morphology of La₂O₃ nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and BET specific surface area absorption meter.La₂O₃ nanocrystals with different size of particles and different type of morphology were produced at different heat-treatment temperatures. Mixed La₂O₃ nanocrystals of monocline and hexagonal were obtained at 600℃ and completely transformed to the hexagonal phase when the heat-treatment temperature raised above 850℃. The Raman spectra of the La₂O₃ nanocrystals are also analyzed in this paper.

空间生命科学与航天医学学术研讨会

中国空间科学学会空间生命科学专业委员会、中国宇航学会航天医学工程专业委员会于１９９９年８月７－８日在长春市联合举办了学术研讨会，８位学者做了学术报告．国家８６３计划空间站专家组组长范剑峰教授做了专题报告，介绍了有关未来空间站的发展设想和可能工作模式．专业委员会主任魏金河研究员在介绍了美国空间生物学和航天的新发展战略后，提出了我国空间生命科学未来发展的建议．与会代表一致认为，这次会议以我国空间站发展要求为依据，目标明确，为将来科研项目的确定，统一了思想、明确了方向．这种将专家咨询和学术讨论相结合的…     

SHS/PHIP合成TiC-Al2O3-xFe 金属陶瓷的工艺及性能

Compact TiC-Al₂O₃-xFe cermets are successfully prepared by SHS/PHIP. The influence of pressing parameters (delay time, pressure and time) on density of TiC-Al₂O₃-xFe cermets are evaluated. The properties of TiC-Al₂O₃-xFe cermets with different contents of Fe are analyzed.
