人工智能在OODA 循环中的应用

当前人工智能(AI) 是商业和工业，甚至军事应用领域中最热门的流行语。军事国防领域也已经将人 工智能发展成为了一种技术，并应用到军事作战和决策系统中。最初OODA 循环是最知名的空战战术模型， 后来发展成为各国空军的作战方法。OODA 循环对于任务的定义和决策过程的理解起到了重要的作用。本文主 要研究了人工智能在OODA 循环决策中的应用。讨论了未来OODA 循环各阶段中所需的AI 作用和技术，包 括可解释的人工智能和基于学习的人工智能。     

便携式现场低频振动校准装置

针对大型结构的谐振频率低，用于其模态测试的振动通道多，系统复杂的特点。本文系统介绍了一种频率范围为0.1Hz～20Hz可用于现场低频振动测试系统校准的振动校准装置。可以有效地解决运载火箭等大型结构模态试验的振动测试系统的现场整体校准问题，对于提高模态试验的效率，节约送检时间等起到了重要的作用。     

Design and Fabrication of a Bio-inspired Acceleration Sensor Using Liquid Mass Blocks

A linear acceleration sensor,which is inspired by the human balance organ,is designed and prepared. It uses a liquid mass-block and a symmetrical-electrodes metal-core polyvinylidene fluoride fiber(SMPF)as the sensor element. The output signal of the sensor has an exponential relationship with the excitation amplitude of the impacting vibration. It is capable of detecting the amplitude and the correct frequency for sinusoidal excitations using an exponential correlation. The experiments indicate that both the output signal of the sensor and the resonance frequency increase substantially with increasing diameter of the metal core. The first-order resonance frequencies of the sensors with 40,60,and 80 μm diameter metal wires are below 10 Hz,which is near the range of human body motion frequencies.     

Postcapture stabilization of space robots considering actuator failures with bounded torques

Space robotics is regarded as one of the most impressing approaches for space debris removal missions. Due to the residual momentum of debris, it is essential to stabilize the base rapidly after capture. This paper presents a novel control strategy for stabilization of a space robot in postcapture considering actuator failures and bounded torques. In the control strategy, the motion of the manipulator is not regarded as a disturbance to the base; in contrast, it is utilized to compensate for the limitation of the control torques by means of an inverse dynamical model of the system. Different scenarios where actuators are external mechanisms or momentum exchange devices have been carried out, and for actuator failures, both single- and two-actuator failures have been considered. Regarding to the performance of actuators, control torques are bounded. In cases that either single or two actuators have failed, the base can be stabilized kinematically when actuators are external mechanisms, but can only be stabilized dynamically when only momentum exchange devices are used. Finally, a space robot with a seven-degree-of-freedom manipulator in postcapture is studied to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed control scheme. Simulation results show that the whole system can be stabilized rapidly.     

技术文件的标准化管理

我公司航空产品型号多,技术难度大,各型号系列飞机生产过程中暴露出的技术质量问题比较多;各机型的研制周期短、工作量大、任务集中,有的型号即使是同一研制阶段,其技术状态也不完全相同,技术文件管理起来很复杂。技术文件管理工作在航空制造业中起着举足轻重的作用,管理的好坏直接关系到能否及时给顾客提供满意产品,关系到企业的经济效益,关系到企业在激烈的市场竞争中能否占有一席之地。为避免因技术文件管理不善影响飞机的研制工作。针对公司目前在技术文件管理方面存在的一些问题,提出一些改进建议和措施,组织公司所有技术科室和各生产单位工艺室,对技术文件进行清理、完善,对存在的问题进行整改,按照实施计划,逐步实现技术文件的标准化管理。     

高阻尼铝基复合材料的研究动向

回顾了传统阻尼合金的阻尼特征和近年来高阻尼铝基复合材料研究的最新进展,分析了高阻尼铝基复合材料的阻尼机制,由此提出了其设计准则.特别展望了铝合金/石墨和铝合金/锌-铝合金两类高阻尼铝基复合材料的应用前景.     

磁射流抛光中磁场的分析与设计

介绍了一种新型抛光技术——磁射流抛光中磁场对磁流变液粘度的影响,设计了相适应的磁场形式,重点分析了铁磁喷嘴头部形状对磁场的影响,并通过ANSYS有限元软件仿真了结构形状对磁场空间特性的影响。     

无人机飞行品质规范浅析

未来无人机的飞行品质规范应是面向任务的飞行品质规范,其出发点是要保证无人机的飞行品质能够顺利完成规定的任务.规范中除了有关无人机的动态特性,特别是有关稳定性和机动性要求之外,还应该对无人机的信息管理、环境感知等提出有针对性的要求.规范不但针对特定的任务科目提供了相应的飞行品质客观评定指标,而且针对特定的任务作业要素提供了评定方法.     

空舰导弹对舰队防空系统的突防概率计算

导弹对编队的突防能力一直是一个较难分析的战术技术指标,文中从事件分析和状态转移的新角度,运用多对多服务系统的理论方法,建立了典型舰队防空系统的杀伤效率模型和某型空舰导弹突防概率模型,分析了此型空舰导弹在编队防空系统下的突防能力.     

具有线性回归特征的多组实验结果对比分析方法的研究

研究试验参数变化情况下．具有线性回归特征的多组试验结果差异性的对比分析方法。数学上谈问题转化为对回归直线的常数口和比例系数6两组随机样本的F检验。当这两个指标均无显著差异时，认为两组(或多组)试验数据无显著差异。谈法将判断的范围外推到了整个实数域，因此要求条件过高。本文提出了重合度法，即用试验参数的共同区域内回归直线置信带的面积重合度．判断实验结果的一致性。对试验数据的分析表明，该方法具有明显的合理性．但其临界值还需进一步研究确定。
