Investigation on the Thermal Conductivity of 3-Dimensional and 4-Directional Braided Composites

It is vital to choose a factual and reasonable micro-structural model of braided composites for improving the calculating precision of thermal property of 3-D braided composites by finite element method (FEM). On the basis of new microstructure model of braided composites proposed recently, the model of FEM calculation for thermal conductivity of 3-dimennsional and 4-directional braided composites is set up in this paper. The curves of coefficient of effective thermal conductivity versus fiber volume ratio and interior braiding angle are obtained. Furthermore, comparing the results of FEM with the available experimental data,the reasonability and veracity of calculation are confirmed at the same time.     

Periodic Error Compensation for Quartz MEMS Gyroscope Drift of INS

In order to improve the navigation accuracy of an inertial navigation system （INS）, composed of quartz gyroscopes, the existing real-time compensation methods for periodic errors in quartz gyroscope drift and the periodic error term relationship between sampled original data and smoothed data are reviewed. On the base of the results, a new compensation method called using former period characteristics to compensate latter smoothness data （UFCL for short） method is proposed considering the INS working characteristics. This new method uses the original data without smoothing to work out an error conversion formula at the INS initial alignment time and then compensate the smoothed data errors by way of the formula at the navigation time. Both theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate that this method is able to cut down on computational time and raise the accuracy which makes it a better real-time compensation approach for periodic error terms of quartz micro electronic mechanical system （MEMS） gyroscope＇s zero drift.     

基于牛顿欧拉法的3-RPS并联机构逆动力学分析

 以3-RPS机构为例,研究了对称少自由度并联机构的逆动力学问题。因其自由度数目小于6,该类机构的支链不仅传递驱动力,同时还需为动平台提供约束。然而,现有文献大多未对广义约束力给予足够的重视。采用牛顿欧拉法建立了3-RPS机构的刚体动力学方程,给定动平台的运动规律及外载荷后,可一并求解机构所需的驱动力与约束力矩。算例仿真表明,与动平台自由速度方向不一致的外载荷主要需由约束力矩平衡。因此,在对称少自由度并联机构动力学设计中,必须计入广义约束力的影响。     

某型飞机前起落架收放作动筒耳环螺栓断裂故障分析

从断口理化分析、故障件检查、静强度、压杆失稳、出现裂纹后的剩余强度以及特殊受载情况等方面对耳环螺栓断裂故障进行了综合分析,找出了耳环螺栓断裂的原因。     

Scientific objectives and payloads of Tianwen-1, China’s first Mars exploration mission

This paper describes the scientific objectives and payloads of Tianwen-1, China’s first exploration mission to Mars. An orbiter, carrying a lander and a rover, lifted-off in July 2020 for a journey to Mars where it should arrive in February 2021. A suite of 13 scientific payloads, for in-situ and remote sensing, autonomously commanded by integrated payload controllers and mounted on the orbiter and the rover will study the magnetosphere and ionosphere of Mars and the relation with the solar wind, the atmosphere, surface and subsurface of the planet, looking at the topography, composition and structure and in particular for subsurface ice. The mission will also investigate Mars climate history. It is expected that Tianwen-1 will contribute significantly to advance our scientific knowledge of Mars.     

基于TLE的Starlink星座第一阶段部署情况分析

近年来,随着卫星技术的快速发展和低轨（low earth orbit,LEO）卫星宽带互联网建设需求的不断增加,低轨大规模星座发展日新月异。针对Starlink星座初始化部署问题,首先论述了“星链”（Starlink）星座现状,分析在轨卫星高度变化。然后利用公开的两行轨道根数（two-line element,TLE）,从卫星发射入轨、轨道面分布两个方面,简要分析了Starlink星座的部署情况,给出升交点的变化规律;同时仿真分析了Starlink星座对地面的覆盖性能。最后,给出星座轨道面和相位分布、故障卫星处置以及可见卫星数量。所分析的结果以期为中国未来部署大规模LEO星座的建设提供借鉴。

虚拟装配技术的研究与应用现状

虚拟装配将从根本上改变传统的产品设计和制造模式,在实际生产之前,首先在虚拟制造环境中完成虚拟产品原型代替实际产品进行试验,对其性能和可装配性等进行评价,从而达到整个产品全局最优,缩短产品设计与制造周期,降低产品开发成本,提高产品快速响应市场变化的能力.     

飞翼布局无人机变形机翼设计与模型验证研究

对飞翼布局无人机变形机翼和变形机翼传动机构进行了设计,根据设计结果制作验证模型进行风洞实验和外场飞行试验,以此研究伸缩段机翼对飞行器机翼整体气动性能的影响。结果表明:采用变形机翼技术,可以通过实时控制机翼的气动外形保持较高的气动效率,提高飞机在巡航状态下的升力和高速飞行状态下的机动性,满足飞机在各种任务剖面的战术性能要求。     

两种质量多元诊断理论(英文)

工厂中,多工序、多指标系统是常见的。在该系统中推行质量控制与诊断必须考虑下列两点：上工序对下工序的影响以及指标间的相关性。由于这两点是同时存在的,使得问题更加复杂。我们需要应用张公绪教授在１９９６年提出的两种质量多元诊断理论来解决此复杂问题。本文介绍了其基本原理和具体应用,实际应用结果与理论是一致的。
