基于压电阻抗法的采用统计学参数作为损伤指标评估螺栓松动的方法有着广泛的应用,然而采用该方法的试验对象多数为实验室条件下的板等结构,并非真实结构。因此,针对真实的法兰结构,这些损伤指标是否适用、是否需要改进仍需进一步研究。通过实验,得出不同损伤指标与法兰结构螺栓松动之间的规律:螺栓松动的程度越大位置越近,均方根偏差(RMSD)、平均绝对百分比偏差(MAPD)、相关系数差(CCD)的值越大,而指标Ry/Rx因无显著规律不适合作为评估法兰结构螺栓松动的损伤指标。通过对比结果发现:结构差异对前3个损伤指标均有不同程度的影响,改进后的损伤指标均方根变化率(RMSCR)只与法兰结构螺栓松动的位置和程度有关,受结构差异影响小。因此,RMSCR具有重要实践意义:当任一压电片损坏时只需更换为同型号的压电片即可,无需更新损伤指标库。通过实验验证了上述结果的正确性与基于RMSCR的法兰结构螺栓松动检测方法的适用性。   相似文献

为提高硅橡胶胶黏剂胶接石英陶瓷和碳纤维增强复合材料的强度和耐温性能,研究了胶接面湿热状态、打磨程度、胶层厚度、操作等待时间等工艺参数对胶接强度的影响。在试片正常烘干、打磨的情况下,当胶层厚度为0.4 mm、操作等待时间小于0.5 h时,胶接效果最优,其压缩剪切强度达到了3.06 MPa。探索了底涂剂处理对胶接强度和耐温性能的影响。在温度不高于100℃时,底涂剂A的效果较好。经底涂剂A处理后,胶接试片常温下的强度提高了13.7%,达到3.48 MPa;100℃时的强度提升率达到37.7%。在更高温度下,底涂剂B的效果更为显著。经底涂剂B处理后,胶接试片常温下的强度提升了10.1%,达到3.37 MPa;300℃时的强度提升了44.0%,达到1.57 MPa;200℃时的强度提升率最高,为49.0%。测试结果为高温条件下石英陶瓷胶接结构的胶接工艺优化及其应用提供了参考。  相似文献

频率选择表面(FSS)技术为电子战射频隐身提供了新的实现技术途径,散射参数的测量验证是射频隐身系统FSS设计的关键环节.针对非理想测量环境,以一种小型化带阻频率选择表面为例,提出了一套频率选择表面散射参数的测量和校准方法,有效消除了测量中信号的衰减、测量天线间的耦合以及信号多径传播等对真实结果造成的影响,使之尽可能接近在理想环境中的测试结果.该方法极大改善了周期性人工电磁结构散射参数测量对环境的依赖,降低了射频隐身FSS设计的研发成本,在电子战领域具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

重力大小的改变(微重力和超重力)可以对植物的生长发育、生理生化特性、细胞超微结构、基因和蛋白的表达等产生广泛的影响,而Ca~(2+)可能在此过程中起信号物质的作用.重力刺激在植物细胞中引发事件的顺序可能是:重力刺激的感受—细胞膜系统张力改变—膜理化特性改变—膜透性、离子转运、膜连接酶活性等改变—Ca~(2+)信号的产生和转导—新陈代谢变化—生理反应.植物对重力水平变化应激响应的至关重要一步是引起细胞内Ca~(2+)分布区域和浓度的变化,这是将细胞外重力刺激转换为细胞内化学信号的关键步骤.由于机械力敏感的C~(2+)通道的活化和Ca~(2+)-ATPase酶活性受到抑制,重力改变时细胞质中自由Ca~(2+)浓度增加,随后Ca~(2+)作为第二信使介导相关酶活性发生改变,最终引起一连串的生理生化反应.本文探讨了重力变化对植物细胞质内自由Ca~(2+)浓度的影响、Ca~(2+)信号的产生机制.以及Ca~(2+)作为次级信号对细胞生理生化过程调节作用的途径和机制,介绍了常用的Ca~(2+)研究方法,并分析了研究的关键点和难点.  相似文献

Space robotics is regarded as one of the most impressing approaches for space debris removal missions. Due to the residual momentum of debris, it is essential to stabilize the base rapidly after capture. This paper presents a novel control strategy for stabilization of a space robot in postcapture considering actuator failures and bounded torques. In the control strategy, the motion of the manipulator is not regarded as a disturbance to the base; in contrast, it is utilized to compensate for the limitation of the control torques by means of an inverse dynamical model of the system. Different scenarios where actuators are external mechanisms or momentum exchange devices have been carried out, and for actuator failures, both single- and two-actuator failures have been considered. Regarding to the performance of actuators, control torques are bounded. In cases that either single or two actuators have failed, the base can be stabilized kinematically when actuators are external mechanisms, but can only be stabilized dynamically when only momentum exchange devices are used. Finally, a space robot with a seven-degree-of-freedom manipulator in postcapture is studied to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed control scheme. Simulation results show that the whole system can be stabilized rapidly.  相似文献

The increase in space debris can seriously threaten regular activities in the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) environment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop robust, efficient and reliable techniques to understand the potential motions of the LEO debris. In this paper, we propose a novel signal processing approach to detect and estimate the motions of LEO space debris that is based on a fence-type space surveillance radar system. Because of the sparse distribution of the orbiting debris through the fence in our observations, we formulate the signal detection and the motion parameter estimation as a sparse signal reconstruction problem with respect to an over-complete dictionary. Moreover, we propose a new scheme to reduce the size of the original over-complete dictionary without the loss of the important information. This new scheme is based on a careful analysis of the relations between the acceleration and the directions of arrival for the corresponding LEO space debris. Our simulation results show that the proposed approach can achieve extremely good performance in terms of the accuracy for detection and estimation. Furthermore, our simulation results demonstrate the robustness of the approach in scenarios with a low Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and the super-resolution properties. We hope our signal processing approach can stimulate further work on monitoring LEO space debris.  相似文献

The time-frequency hop codes based upon extended quadratic congruences (TFHC-EQC) were developed previously (1988, 1991). The known results about the ambiguity functions of the TFHC-EQC are extended from aperiodic cases to periodic cases. Precisely, the following new results are proved: (1) The tight upper bound for the periodic auto-ambiguity function of the TFHC-EQC is 6; (2) the periodic cross-ambiguity upper bound of the TFHC-EQC is at least (N-1)/2; (3) there exists a subset TFHC-EQC of volume (N-1)/2 such that its periodic cross-ambiguity is tightly upper bounded by 8  相似文献

Some phytoplankton can be regarded as possible candidates in the establishment of Controlled Ecological Life Support System (CELSS) for some intrinsic characteristics, the first characteristic is that they should grow rapidly, secondly, they should be able to endure some stress factors and develop some corresponding adaptive strategies; also it is very important that they could provide food rich in nutritious protein and vitamins for the crew; the last but not the least is they can also fulfill the other main functions of CELSS, including supplying oxygen, removing carbon dioxide and recycling the metabolic waste. According to these characteristics, Nostoc sphaeroides, a potential healthy food in China, was selected as the potential producer in CELSS. It was found that the oxygen average evolution rate of this algae is about 150 μmol O2 mg−1 h−1, and the size of them are ranged from 2 to 20 mm. Also it can be cultured with high population density, which indicated that the potential productivity of Nostoc sphaeroides is higher than other algae in limited volume. We measured the nutrient contents of the cyanobacterium and concluded it was a good food for the crew. Based on above advantages, Nostoc sphaeroides was assumed to a suitable phytoplankton for the establishment of Controlled Ecological Life Support System. We plan to develop suitable bioreactor with the cyanobacterium for supplying oxygen and food in future space missions.  相似文献
