飞机主起落架的光弹性应力分析

讨论指出以词义相近的名词精密度、正确度、准确度来定义不同的概念值得商榷；认为精密度和正确度在实际中极少应用，我国文件将精密度译为ｐｒｅｃｉｓｉｏｎ的合理性值得探讨；详细阐述了名词精度在国内的应用发展情况及其在实际使用中的不成文的约定概念；认为我国计量名词应与国际一致，对我国名词精密度等提出了修改意见：建议从我国计量名词中删去精密度和正确度，将ａｅｃｕｒａｃｙ译为精度（准确度），即精度和准确度等同使用。此外，就目前如何翻译ｐｒｅｃｉｓｉｏｎ提出了想法。     

符合CCSDS标准的RS(255,223)码译码器的FPGA实现及其性能测试

RS（Reed-Solomon)码是差错控制领域中一种性能优异的非二进制分组循环码，由于它具有很强的随机错误和突发错误的纠错能力，被CCSDS，NASA，ESA等空间组织接受，广泛应用于深空探测中．本文采用改进的Berlekamp算法，用FPGA实现了符合CCSDS标准的RS(255，223)码译码器；介绍了该译码器的实现流程、性能测试方法和基于PCI总线接口的测试平台；给出了测试结果，并且对理论上RS(255，223)译码器的误码性能与实际测试的误码率结果进行了比较和分析．验证结果证明该译码器能工作在400Mbps以上的码率，使用FPGA资源180000门，译码效果与理论上译码效果一致．     

编队飞行卫星群构型保持及初始化

导出了基于相对轨道要素的编队飞行卫星群轨道相对运动控制的轨道机动方程；提出了编队飞行卫星群轨道相对运动控制的轨道机动控制策略，利用不同方向的脉冲控制相对运动的轨道参数，包括轨道平面内机动和轨道平面外机动控制。根据相对轨道要素的变轨机动控制，进行编队飞行卫星群构型的初始化。这样的构型初始化可以视作一次特殊的变轨机动控制，很容易实现编队飞行构型的初始化机动。     

直接数字式合成技术之研究

直接数字式合成(DDS)技术,是近几年来发展迅速的一种频率合成新技术。DDS具有输出相对带宽宽、频率转换时间短、频率分辨力高且输出相位连续、可产生宽带正交信号,易集成等优点。在通信、雷达、遥控遥测、电子对抗、电子扩频以及现代化的仪器仪表工业等许多电子领域显示出广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了直接数字式合成技术的特点及其应用情况,阐述了DDS的基本原理并对其在应用中的一些合成方法做了相互对比。     

太阳质量损失对行星轨道的影响

本文利用Ｇｙｌｄｅｎ－Ｍｅｓｈｃｈｅｒｓｋｉｉ方程和Ｅｄｄｉｎｇｔｏｎ－Ｊｅａｎｓ定律，讨论太阳质量损失对行星轨道的影响，结果表明由于太阳质量损失会产生轨道半长径α的一阶周期项和二阶混合项；近日点角距ω的一阶周期项、二阶长期项和混合项，行星轨道半长径的长期变化会影响太阳系的稳定性。     

INTERBALL statistical study of ion flow fluctuations in the plasma sheet

We use ion distribution measurements with CORALL instrument on-board the INTERBALL/Tail spacecraft to study plasma flows in the mid-tail (−9> X> −27 R_E) plasma sheet. Three velocity components computed every 2 minutes exhibit two types of velocity variations: Earthward bursty bulk flows (BBFs) and random flow fluctuations. Their properties are in a good agreement with the observations of the ISEE-2 spacecraft (Borovsky et al., 1997). The INTERBALL/Tail spacecraft configuration favors measurements of V_z component, in contrast to previous experiments in which only V_x and V_y were measured reliably. In the outer part of the plasma sheet V_y and V_z fluctuations were close to each other (variances σ(V_y) and σ(V_z) were about 160 and 110 km/s, respectively), but in the inner part at the dusk flank amplitude of V_y fluctuations increased and was 2 times higher than that of V_z component. This asymmetry of fluctuations should be taken into account during modern theoretical analysis and simulations.     

Theory of physical libration of the Moon with the liquid core: Forced librations

For a two-layer model of the Moon that consists of a solid nonspherical mantle and an ellipsoidal homogeneous liquid core, a theory of forced librations under the effect of gravitational Earth’s moments has been developed. The motion of the Moon over its orbit has been described by the high-accuracy theory of DE/LE-4 orbital motion. Tables have been constructed that present forced librations of the Moon caused by the second harmonic of its force function, in the neighborhood of its motion according to the generalized Cassini laws. Disturbances of the first-order with respect to dynamic compressions of the Moon and its core are obtained in analytical form for Andoyer variables and Poincare variables and for the projection of the angular velocity vector of Moon’s mantle rotation and the Poincare coordinate system (relative to which core’s liquid accomplishes simple motion) on its major central axes of inertia, as well as for the classical variables in the Moon libration theory, etc. Constructed tables of the forced librations theory give the amplitudes and periods of librations and combinations of arguments of the orbital motion theory that correspond to libration parameters. The interpretation of basic variations has been given and a comparison with the previous theories has been carried out, in particular with the modern empirical theory constructed based on the laser observation data.     

An approach to forming the design performance of the attitude control system for small spacecraft

The elements for various types of attitude control systems used in a number of small spacecraft are considered. An approach for assessment of such system effectiveness based on design requirements for spacecraft purpose and restriction in accuracy, mass and energy is proposed.
