多传感器静态数据分配问题的匈牙利解法

多目标多传感器数据关联中的分配问题一直是数据融合领域中的一个关键问题，众多的研究都提出了一系列不同的方法来解决这个NP-hard问题，本文提出了用2维分配问题的匈牙利解法来解决该问题，给出求解2－D，3－D分配的方法，经仿真计算表明，该法能较大程度地降低计算量，是一种实用性很好的方法，同时也值得向更高维的情况作进一步的研究和仿真比较。     

充气式月球基地防护结构技术综述

综述了充气式月球基地防护结构技术,包括总体设计要求和关键设计要点、柔性热防护结构的服役环境、功能需求、设计方法、材料选用等。并从结构冲击定位和强度分析、破坏响应分析、系统组成分析和自修复材料等方面,指出了对结构进行健康监测的必要性。介绍了现有的地面测试技术,包括热防护材料性能测试、展开动力学性能测试和太空环境模拟技术等,最后对防护结构技术的发展方向进行了展望。     

Friction compensation for low velocity control of hydraulic flight motion simulator: A simple adaptive robust approach

Low-velocity tracking capability is a key performance of flight motion simulator (FMS), which is mainly affected by the nonlinear friction force. Though many compensation schemes with ad hoc friction models have been proposed, this paper deals with low-velocity control without friction model, since it is easy to be implemented in practice. Firstly, a nonlinear model of the FMS middle frame, which is driven by a hydraulic rotary actuator, is built. Noting that in the low velocity region, the unmodeled friction force is mainly characterized by a changing-slowly part, thus a simple adaptive law can be employed to learn this changing-slowly part and compensate it. To guarantee the boundedness of adaptation process, a discontinuous projection is utilized and then a robust scheme is proposed. The controller achieves a prescribed output tracking transient performance and final tracking accuracy in general while obtaining asymptotic output tracking in the absence of modeling errors. In addition, a saturated projection adaptive scheme is proposed to improve the globally learning capability when the velocity becomes large, which might make the previous proposed projection-based adaptive law be unstable. Theoretical and extensive experimental results are obtained to verify the high-performance nature of the proposed adaptive robust control strategy.     

面向海洋机动目标跟踪监视的卫星重构组网优化与仿真

摘要： 针对海洋机动目标跟踪监视问题，提出通过卫星相位重构调整进行机动目标搜索跟踪的监视策略，构建地理坐标系下机动目标航位预测模型及基于霍曼转移的卫星调相组网方式，并采用NSGA II算法进行优化求解，对比分析卫星重构组网前后的机动目标发现概率.仿真结果表明：在卫星能量消耗允许范围内进行重构组网，能够有效提升对机动目标的发现概率，为海洋机动目标的搜索跟踪问题提供了一定的方法支持.     

基于原子内聚力与表面能等效的内聚裂纹模型

 从非局部连续介质理论出发,采用一种新的理性力学方法对裂纹前缘内聚应力分布规律进行研究。首先,在内聚裂纹表面引入非局部应力边界条件,从而将内聚区内表面诱发张力(非局部表面残余)与内聚应力等价联系起来;然后,利用能量平衡关系,得到仅与表面能密度相关的I型裂纹内聚力新的本构方程。最后,在推导结果的基础上,计算一个具体的脆性断裂算例研究内聚区内表面能与内聚应力随裂纹张开位移(COD)变化的分布规律。由计算结果发现,裂纹尖端应力奇异性消除,且应力最大值不一定出现在裂纹尖端,而是发生在裂纹尖端周围的内聚区内。     

航空发动机技术成熟度评价方法研究

技术成熟度评价是控制新型航空发动机研制中技术风险的有效途径,在国外航空发动机研制、技术发展中得到广泛应用。本文介绍了美国国防部成熟度评价方法和国外航空发动机技术成熟度评价的现状,提出了开展航空发动机技术成熟度评价的设想和初步的评价方法,并以虚拟的高压压气机技术验证项目为例进行了技术成熟度模拟评价。     

Reliability Analysis of Aircraft Condition Monitoring Network Using an Enhanced BDD Algorithm

The aircraft condition monitoring network is responsible for collecting the status of each component in aircraft. The reliability of this network has a significant effect on safety of the aircraft. The aircraft condition monitoring network works in a real-time manner that all the data should be transmitted within the deadline to ensure that the control center makes proper decision in time. Only the connectedness between the source node and destination cannot guarantee the data to be transmitted in time. In this paper, we take the time deadline into account and build the task-based reliability model. The binary decision diagram (BDD), which has the merit of efficiency in computing and storage space, is introduced when calculating the reliability of the network and addressing the essential variable. A case is analyzed using the algorithm proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that our method is efficient and proper for the reliability analysis of the real-time network.     

碳纳米管在吸波材料中的研究与应用

碳纳米管是一种有前途的微波吸收剂,可以作为潜在的隐身材料、电磁屏蔽材料或暗室吸波材料使用.本文综述了近年来国内外通过碳纳米管碳化学镀改性、纳米管与聚合物共混、纳米管与铁磁材料杂化来制备微波吸收剂的研究成果和存在的问题,提出了碳纳米管作为吸波材料今后的发展方向.     

西部扶贫模式研究的文献综述

由于历史、社会、自然、经济、文化等诸多方面的原因,西部12个省、市、自治区目前仍属欠发达地区,生态环境脆弱,基础设施落后,产业结构单一,群众生活困难,经济和社会发展水平大大滞后于全国,西部贫困地区扶贫任务非常艰巨。西部扶贫问题日益成为学界广泛关注的热点。当前学界的探讨主要集中于西部扶贫现状及存在的问题、西部扶贫的实践模式、建立和完善西部扶贫制度的政策建议三大方面。但目前已有研究仍存在不足,这些不足正是在今后的西部扶贫工作中需要重点考虑的问题。
