A novel BIST scheme for circuit aging measurement of aerospace chips

The avionics working environment is bad, easy to accelerate aging of circuits. Circuit aging is one of the important factors that influence the reliability of avionics, so circuit aging testing is of great significance to improve the reliability of avionics. As continuing aging would degrade circuit performance, aging can be monitored through precise measurement of performance degradation. However, previous methods for predicting circuit performance have limited prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose a novel Built-In Self-Test (BIST) scheme for circuit aging measurement, which constructs self-oscillation loops employing parts of critical paths and activates oscillations by specific test patterns. An aging signature counter is then used to capture the oscillation frequency and in turn measure the aging state of the circuit. We propose to implement this measurement process by BIST. Experimental results show that the proposed in-field aging measurement is robust with respect to process variations and can achieve a precision of about 90%. The application of this scheme has a certain value to improve the reliability of avionics systems.

现金流量表用于企业财务分析的实证研究

现金流量表是通过会计期间营业所得现金收入减除需用现金支付的费用以后的余额来说明企业财务状况的变动。比起营运资金即流动资金净额来，现金的增减变动更能反映企业的财务状况和偿债能力。为了说明现金流量表对于企业财务分析的重要性，通过一个企业的现金流量表实例，分析了该企业的生产经营状况，结果表明，这种分析具有较强的实用性。     

高超声速飞行器底层性能评价指标的可行性分析

针对控制性能指标是否适用于高超声速飞行任务评价，研究了底层指标的可行性分析方法。首先分析了高超声速飞行器的模型特性，指出底层指标具备高超声速飞行器评价可行性的两点要求。根据上述要求将可行性分析转化为对于任务变量到底层评价指标的映射分析，并提出了一种基于统计实验分析的检验方法。结合高超声速飞行器模型特点，进一步设计了可行性分析流程。然后，分别以静态任务要求和速度、高度跟踪任务要求为例，对应提出频域性能指标和时域性能指标的可行性分析方法。最后针对频域性能指标评价静态任务的可行性设计仿真实验加以验证。仿真结果表明可行性分析的结论与军标观点一致，而且所提出的分析流程具有较好的可实现性。     

Integrating BDS and GPS for precise relative orbit determination of LEO formation flying

Low-Earth-Orbit(LEO) formation-flying satellites have been widely applied in many kinds of space geodesy. Precise Relative Orbit Determination(PROD) is an essential prerequisite for the LEO formation-flying satellites to complete their mission in space. The contribution of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS) to the accuracy and reliability of PROD of LEO formation-flying satellites based on a Global Positioning System(GPS) is studied using a simulation method. Firstly, when BDS is added to GPS, the mean number of visible satellites increases from9.71 to 21.58. Secondly, the results show that the 3-Dimensional(3 D) accuracy of PROD, based on BDS-only, GPS-only and BDS + GPS, is 0.74 mm, 0.66 mm and 0.52 mm, respectively. When BDS co-works with GPS, the accuracy increases by 29.73%. Geostationary-Earth-Orbit(GEO) satellites and Inclined Geosynchronous-Orbit(IGSO) satellites are only distributed over the Asia-Pacific region; however, they could provide a global improvement to PROD. The difference in PROD results between the Asia-Pacific region and the non-Asia-Pacific region is not apparent. Furthermore, the value of the Ambiguity Dilution Of Precision(ADOP), based on BDS + GPS, decreases by 7.50% and 8.26%, respectively, compared with BDS-only and GPS-only. Finally, if the relative position between satellites is only a few kilometres, the effect of ephemeris errors on PROD could be ignored. However, for a several-hundred-kilometre separation of the LEO satellites, the SingleDifference(SD) ephemeris errors of GEO satellites would be on the order of centimetres. The experimental results show that when IGSO satellites and Medium-Earth-Orbit(MEO) satellites co-work with GEO satellites, the accuracy decreases by 17.02%.     

半球谐振陀螺控制及补偿技术

首先介绍了半球谐振陀螺(HRG)发展历程，分析国内外研究现状并总结了现阶段半球谐振陀螺发展趋势；其次讨论了半球谐振陀螺控制技术，包括不同条件下驻波的激励检测方法、陀螺工作模式、驻波控制方案，以及一种全新的频率调制控制方案；另外，分别以驻波调制补偿、电极增益补偿、多陀螺补偿以及环境载荷补偿为例，分析了控制方案补偿、器件补偿、系统补偿以及场景补偿等四种半球谐振陀螺补偿技术；最后通过对现有技术和研究的分析，提出了半球谐振陀螺控制及补偿技术未来的发展方向。     

EVA与现金流量在企业财务战略中的影响及应用

交互图是面向对象分析设计中一种对系统动态方面进行建模的图,顺序图是交互图中的一种,主要用于强调对象间消息的时间顺序,而且它能够容易地转换为协作图,它在不同的工具软件中实现有所差异.从它具体的实现可以看出工具体现的思想,Rose体现和开拓RUP、UML的思想,而Together是执行.     

发汗冷却中多孔壁面添质通道流动的实验和数值研究

发汗冷却相比常规主动冷却方式是冷却效率更高、覆盖性能更好的热防护技术。为了研究发汗冷却中的添质流动现象,通过带有红外热成像技术的发汗冷却实验平台,在雷诺数1.35×105和总温373K的来流条件下对金属颗粒烧结多孔材料的发汗冷却效果进行了研究,得到了在不同注入率条件下多孔壁面的温度分布,结果显示平均冷却效率与注入率之间近似呈线性关系,当氮气注入率为33.5%时平均冷却效率接近0.45。通过对比单温度方程的局部热平衡模型和双温度方程的局部非热平衡模型的模拟结果,显示局部非热平衡模型能正确反映发汗冷却过程中的换热过程,模拟结果和实验数据具有较高吻合度。模拟结果表明:多孔壁面边界层随注入率的增大而增厚,边界层增厚是发汗冷却具有较高冷却效率的原因之一。
