造血调控的新机制与新干预

造血功能不良是骨髓衰竭性疾病的共同特征,但是发病机制仍未完全阐明,是亟待解决的重要临床科学问题。 生理情况下,造血干细胞受到骨髓微环境的严格调控。造血干细胞移植不仅是治疗白血病的有效方式,而且是研究造血调控的理想模型。移植后造血重建不良是研究骨髓衰竭性疾病的良好疾病模型。总之,积极探索造血调控的新机制,对于建立骨髓衰竭性疾病的新型干预策略具有重要临床转化价值。     

Multi-objective Optimization Method for Automatic Drilling and Riveting Sequence Planning

 There are numerous riveting points on the large-sized aircraft panel, irregular row of riveting points on delta wing. It is es-sential to plan the riveting sequence reasonably to improve the efficiency and accuracy of automatic drilling and riveting. Therefore, this article presents a new multi-objective optimization method based on ant colony optimization (ACO). Multi-objective optimization model of automatic drilling and riveting sequence planning is built by expressing the efficiency and accuracy of riveting as functions of the points’ coordinates. In order to search the sequences efficiently and improve the quality of the sequences, a new local pheromone updating rule is applied when the ants search sequences. Pareto dominance is incorporated into the proposed ACO to find out the non-dominated sequences. This method is tested on a hyperbolicity panel model of ARJ21 and the result shows its feasibility and superiority compared with particle swarm optimization (PSO) and ge-netic algorithm (GA).     

一类滞后不确定相似组合系统的分散控制

本文给出了一个使滞后的相似组合大系统镇定的分散鲁棒控制器的设计方法。不确定性是时变的,是以不确定参数出现在每个子系统中,而存在于互联项中的不确定性假设可能知道它的边界,当系统具有某种特征时,简化了一般控制器的设计。     

Structure and kinetic properties of slow-mode shocks associated with magnetic reconnection in the near-Earth magnetotail

We study the structure and kinetic properties of slow-mode shocks near the plasma sheet boundary layer (PSBL) associated with magnetic reconnection by Cluster observation. The presence of slow-mode shocks is confirmed by traditional Rankine–Hugoniot (RH) analysis and Monte-Carlo shock fitting method. The Walén analysis, applied to the tailward flow associated with slow-mode shocks, also supports that plasma was accelerated across a Petschek-type slow-mode shock connected to the diffusion region. Back-streaming ions were observed on the shock layer, and cold ions were accelerated and heated by slow-mode shocks. In addition, whistler and electrostatic solitary waves were observed around the slow-mode shocks. These waves might be excited by the observed field-aligned electron beams near the shocks.     

三硝基间苯二酚中硫酸测定的研究

本文研究了硫酸钡在氨水溶液中与ＥＤＴＡ的反应条件，提出用ＥＤＴＡ滴定法测定三硝基间苯二酚中的硫酸。本法准确度较高，稳定性好，操作简单，与样品标准值对照，结果满意。     

复杂可修系统效能中可信度矩阵的构造方法

复杂可修系统可信度建模对保证效能的定量分析至关重要.本文在考虑不同维修状况的基础上,着重对不同任务剖面内相应任务阶段中武器装备可信度进行了深入的定量分析和综合,进而构造出武器装备的可信度矩阵,用于武器装备的效能分析;文中以某地面车辆为例,进一步论证了武器装备可信度矩阵的工程含义,旨在为合理确定一大类武器装备的效能和可信度指标提供理论依据.     

微量元素硒在人体中的生物作用

从以下几个方面论述：一、硒是人体必需的微量元素；二、硒与自由基、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）；三、硒的抗氧化作用与临床应用；四、有关硒的摄入量问题．     

提高机载电子产品的可靠性——某告警系统的故障分析

介绍电子产品设计时元器件选用对系统可靠性的影响。结合实际案例,总结并强调在电子产品设计时的元器件选用应从质量等级入手,充分进行降额设计和热设计。阐明合理选用元器件是实现电子产品系统设计高可靠性水平的基础。     

中间件技术的研究及应用

本文在分析了分布式应用系统体系结构发展变化的基础上．阐述了中间件的概念、功能和在可重用、多异构数据源应用系统的作用，对ODBC、BDE／IDAPIT、0LEDB／ADO和JDBC等分布式数据库中间件；CGI、lSAPI／NSAPI、ASP、JSP等中间件进行了分析比较，并给出了中间件技术在教务管理信息系统的应用实例。
