本文针对电子设备的"三防"性能设计问题,从不同方面阐述实现电子设备的"三防"性能的方法和措施.     

考虑微加工误差的微机械陀螺的健壮性优化

 为减小微加工误差对音叉振动式微机械陀螺设计性能的影响、提高其批量性能稳定性,以对其加工后性能变异影响最大的若干关键参数为设计变量,在分析了几何约束条件、模态性能约束条件、基于模态的加工灵敏度约束条件的基础上建立了微机械陀螺健壮性优化的数学模型。在无需事先知道微机械陀螺尺寸／性能的详尽统计信息的条件下,采用一阶摄动技术和遗传算法实现了微机械陀螺的健壮性优化设计。     

Experimental Study on Effects of Fuel Injection on Scramjet Combustor Performance

In order to investigate the effects of fuel injection distribution on the scramjet combustor performance, there are conducted three sets of test on a hydrocarbon fueled direct-connect scramjet test facility. The results of Test A, whose fuel injection is carried out with injectors located on the top-wall and the bottom-wall, show that the fuel injection with an appropriate close-front and centralized distribution would be of much help to optimize combustor performances. The results of Test B, whose fuel injection is performed at the optimal injection locations found in Test A, with a given equivalence ratio and different injection proportions for each injector, show that this injection mode is of little benefit to improve combustor performances. The results of Test C with a circumferential fuel injection distribution displaies the possibility of ameliorating combustor performance. By analyzing the effects of injection location parameters on combustor performances on the base of the data of Test C, it is clear that the injector location has strong coupled influences on combus- tor performances. In addition, an inner-force synthesis specific impulse is used to reduce the errors caused by the disturbance of fuel supply and working state of air heater while assessing combustor performances.

 面向先进主动流动控制,在国内率先研发了一种基于微机电系统(MEMS)的气泡型微致动器阵列技术。分析了气泡型微致动器用于主动流动控制的原理,阐述了致动器结构及其加工工艺。通过对气泡样件的压力载荷 变形行为的测试,表明其具有较好的线性和较大承载能力。结合不同翼型的风洞试验表明,微致动器作动可以影响翼型表面的压强分布,从而可用于增升等控制目的。     

Scientific objectives and payloads of Tianwen-1, China’s first Mars exploration mission

This paper describes the scientific objectives and payloads of Tianwen-1, China’s first exploration mission to Mars. An orbiter, carrying a lander and a rover, lifted-off in July 2020 for a journey to Mars where it should arrive in February 2021. A suite of 13 scientific payloads, for in-situ and remote sensing, autonomously commanded by integrated payload controllers and mounted on the orbiter and the rover will study the magnetosphere and ionosphere of Mars and the relation with the solar wind, the atmosphere, surface and subsurface of the planet, looking at the topography, composition and structure and in particular for subsurface ice. The mission will also investigate Mars climate history. It is expected that Tianwen-1 will contribute significantly to advance our scientific knowledge of Mars.

一种基于承载效率准则的复合材料机翼结构布局优化方法(英文)

提出一种针对大型复合材料机翼结构的二级布局优化策略。系统级根据结构形变调整设计指标,子系统级优化结构布局以满足系统级约束。将机翼壁板中各种临界失效载荷的接近程度作为评判结构效率的标准,通过将结构效率作为优化目标,保证了所求解问题的连续性。加筋壁板通过等效的正交异性板模拟,并根据能量原理预测总体失稳载荷。讨论了加强筋支持弹性对于蒙皮抵抗局部失稳性能的影响,并通过神经网络代理模型对其进行逼近。采用解析模型对失效特性做出评估,减少了计算资源的占用。最后以一种大型机翼结构的综合优化作为算例,计算结果满足设计要求,验证了该方法的可行性。     

基于数据包络分析的民航发动机维修效果评价
