The magnetic field experiment on ACE provides continuous measurements of the local magnetic field in the interplanetary medium. These measurements are essential in the interpretation of simultaneous ACE observations of energetic and thermal particles distributions. The experiment consists of a pair of twin, boom- mounted, triaxial fluxgate sensors which are located 165 inches (=4.19 m) from the center of the spacecraft on opposing solar panels. The electronics and digital processing unit (DPU) is mounted on the top deck of the spacecraft. The two triaxial sensors provide a balanced, fully redundant vector instrument and permit some enhanced assessment of the spacecraft's magnetic field. The instrument provides data for Browse and high-level products with between 3 and 6 vector s−1 resolution for continuous coverage of the interplanetary magnetic field. Two high-resolution snapshot buffers each hold 297 s of 24 vector s−1 data while on- board Fast Fourier Transforms extend the continuous data to 12 Hz resolution. Real-time observations with 1-s resolution are provided continuously to the Space Environmental Center (SEC) of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) for near- instantaneous, world-wide dissemination in service to space weather studies. As has been our team's tradition, high instrument reliability is obtained by the use of fully redundant systems and extremely conservative designs. We plan studies of the interplanetary medium in support of the fundamental goals of the ACE mission and cooperative studies with other ACE investigators using the combined ACE dataset as well as other ISTP spacecraft involved in the general program of Sun-Earth Connections. 由于红外图像和可见光图像的成像特点不同,因此在航空监视领域红外图像和可见光图像融合有重要的研究意义。由于非下采Contourlet变换具有更好的方向性、较高的逼近精度和更好的稀疏表达性能,能有效的提取图像的特征信息。因此我们在非下采Contourlet域,以空间频率为度量标准对红外图像进行阈值分割,经过分割将红外图像和可见光图像分别划分为目标区域以及背景,随后对红外图像和可见光图像进行边缘检测从而得到边缘区域,针对三个不同区域分别选择不同的融合规则进行融合。通过两组不同灰度差异的红外与可见光图像的实验,将基于像素点,窗口策略的融合算法和本文所提出基于区域算法进行了主观和客观的对比,试验结果表明基于区域分割的红外与可见光图像融合算法不仅能有效提取出红外图像中的目标信息还能有效的保持可见光图像的所反映的光谱信息,因此本文提出的算法是一种有效且可行的图像融合算法。  相似文献

The magnetometer on the STEREO mission is one of the sensors in the IMPACT instrument suite. A single, triaxial, wide-range, low-power and noise fluxgate magnetometer of traditional design—and reduced volume configuration—has been implemented in each spacecraft. The sensors are mounted on the IMPACT telescoping booms at a distance of ~3 m from the spacecraft body to reduce magnetic contamination. The electronics have been designed as an integral part of the IMPACT Data Processing Unit, sharing a common power converter and data/command interfaces. The instruments cover the range ±65,536 nT in two intervals controlled by the IDPU (±512 nT; ±65,536 nT). This very wide range allows operation of the instruments during all phases of the mission, including Earth flybys as well as during spacecraft test and integration in the geomagnetic field. The primary STEREO/IMPACT science objectives addressed by the magnetometer are the study of the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF), its response to solar activity, and its relationship to solar wind structure. The instruments were powered on and the booms deployed on November 1, 2006, seven days after the spacecraft were launched, and are operating nominally. A magnetic cleanliness program was implemented to minimize variable spacecraft fields and to ensure that the static spacecraft-generated magnetic field does not interfere with the measurements.  相似文献

对民航运输系统发展程度的有效测度是实现民航运输系统协同发展的前提和基础,从民航运输系统性内涵出发,构建了民航运输系统性测度模型。借助数据包络分析评价方法,建立了民航运输系统总体评价方法,基于协同理论建立了民航运输子系统协调度测度模型和方法。并应用所建立的模型和方法,对中国民航运输系统性状况进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,中国民航系统的有效性有待提高,航空公司系统、机场系统与空管系统两两之间均处于中度协调状态,动态协调度呈现出上升趋势。  相似文献

We present a study of the temporal behavior of the systolic (SBP) and diastolic (DBP) blood pressure for a sample of 51 normotensive, healthy volunteers, 18 men and 33 women with an average age of 19 years old in Mexico City, Mexico, during April and May, 2008. We divided the data by sex along the circadian rhythm. Three geomagnetic storms occurred during the studied time-span. The strongest one, a moderate storm, is attributed to a coronal hole border that reached the Earth. The ANOVA test applied to the strongest storm showed that even though we are dealing with a moderate geomagnetic storm, there are statistically significant responses of the blood pressure. The superposed epoch analysis during a three-day window around the strongest storm shows that on average the largest changes occurred for the SBP. Moreover, the SBP largest increases occurred two days before and one day after this storm, and women are the most sensitive group as they present larger SBP and DBP average changes than men. Finally, given the small size of the sample, we cannot generalize our results.  相似文献

In this paper, the marginal Rao-Blackwellized particle filter (MRBPF), which fuses the Rao-Blackwellized particle filter (RBPF) algorithm and the marginal particle filter (MPF) algorithm, is presented. The state space is divided into linear and non-linear parts, which can be estimated separately by the MPF and the optional Kalman filter. Through simulation in the terrain aided navigation (TAN) domain, it is demonstrated that, compared with the RBPF, the root mean square errors (RMSE) and the error variance of the nonlinear state estimations by the proposed MRBPF are respectively reduced by 29% and 96%, while the unique particle count is increased by 80%. It is also found that the MRBPF has better convergence properties, and analysis has shown that the existing RBPF is nothing more than a special case of the MRBPF.  相似文献
