宽高比对尾向可见明火矩形喷管红外抑制特性影响研究

以国外某型先进无人机上使用的涡扇发动机为基础,缩比4.3倍得到轴对称收敛喷管AR0,并在出口面积相同的条件下改变喷口形状得到5组不同宽高比(W/H=1～1)的矩形喷管模型(AR1～AR1).用傅立叶红外光谱仪对喷管与热喷流在3～5 μm波段上的红外辐射进行了测试.研究发现,与轴对称喷管相比,矩形喷管减小了红外源的辐射,起到了明显的红外抑制作用,并且其红外抑制特性随着宽高比的增大是逐渐增强的.      

丢失数据帧的预处理

由于存在干扰和机械故障使飞行参数系统所记录的数据往往会发生数据帧丢失.研究了利用分形插值方法对丢失数据帧进行处理,比目前工程实际所采用的线性插值方法精度明显提高.     

Compression Creep Behavior of High Volume Fraction of SiC Particles Reinforced Al Composite Fabricated by Pressureless Infiltration

The compression creep deformation of the high volume fraction of SiC particles reinforced Al-Mg-Si composite fabricated by pressure-less infiltration was investigated. The experimental results show that the creep stress exponents are very high at temperatures of 673 K, 723 K and 773 K, and if taking the threshold stress into account, the true stress exponent of minimum creep strain rate is still approximately 5, although the volume fraction of reinforcements is very high. The creep strain rate in the high volume fraction rein- forced aluminum alloy matrix composites is controlled by matrix lattice diffusion. It is found that the creep-strengthening effect of high volume fraction of silicon carbide particles is significant, although the particles do not form effective obstacles to dislocation motion.     

A Polynomial Prediction Filter Method for Estimating Multisensor Dynamically Varying Biases

The estimation of the sensor measurement biases in a multisensor system is vital for the sensor data fusion. A solution is provided for the estimation of dynamically varying multiple sensor biases without any knowledge of the dynamic bias model pa- rameters. It is shown that the sensor bias pseudomeasurement can be dynamically obtained via a parity vector. This is accom- plished by multiplying the sensor uncalibrated measurement equations by a projection matrix so that the measured variable is eliminated from the equations. Once the state equations of the dynamically varying sensor biases are modeled by a polynomial prediction filter, the dynamically varying multisensor biases can be obtained by Kalman filter. Simulation results validate that the proposed method can estimate the constant biases and dynamic biases of multisensors and outperforms the methods reported in literature.

Pd-Co-Ni-V钎料钎焊SiC陶瓷的接头组织及性能

采用座滴法研究了PdCo合金及PdCo-V合金对SiC陶瓷的润湿性.设计的PdCo-(4～20)V-(2～4)Ni-Si-B钎料可用于SiC的连接,在1463 K,1493 K两个温度,保温时间均为10 min的连接条件下得到的接头室温三点弯曲强度分别为52.0 MPa和56.8 MPa.微观分析表明,接头中在紧靠SiC的界面交叉分布着Pd2Si相与CoSi (或Co2Si) 石墨的混合相,而元素V只在接头的中央富集,形成了弥散分布的V2C相.     

改装苏-80飞机的尾翼抖振研究

以苏-80运输机作为研究对象,设想将它改装成预警机,安装三种不同的雷达天线罩后,对其引发的尾翼抖振方面的特性,用弹性模型风洞实验进行对比定性研究。试验结果表明,只有装有圆盘型雷达天线罩的载机模型在0°俯仰角、12°偏航角的飞行姿态下才发生抖振,说明其加装各种雷达天线罩激发抖振的可能性都很小。     

连续PH分布拟合可靠性寿命数据的广义确定性退火EM算法

针对目前连续PH分布拟合可靠性寿命数据EM(Expectation-Maximization)算法存在的初值敏感问题,提出运用广义煞定性退火EM算法进行连续PH分布数据拟合。给出了详细的理论推导,并通过两个拟合实例与标准EM算法进行了对比;对比结果表明本文提出的方法可以有效的避免初值选择的不同对拟合结果的影响,减小陷入局部最优的可能性,能得到比标准EM算法更好的结果。     

钎焊式离心轮加工工艺研究

离心轮水力性能的优劣对泵的效率影响最大，离心轮加工质量好坏直接影响泵的特性。针对钎焊式离心轮加工的技术要求与技术难点进行分析、研究，结合现有数控设备对离心轮的加工工艺进行改进、优化及数控加工转化。
