复合材料波纹板刚度工程计算方法及其在结构分析中的应用

 将复合材料层合板理论拓展到复合材料波纹层合板,得到了其拉伸、耦合和弯曲刚度的解析表达式。其次,阐述了将波纹板刚度输入到MSC/NASTRAN材料卡中的技巧,以及如何对含波纹板结构进行有限元建模分析。最后,将波纹板的刚度计算方法及建模方法应用于对某型号的中厚蒙皮复合材料多墙结构翼盒静强度计算,得到了结构测点处的位移和应变计算值。同传统的有限元分析结果比较表明,采用本文分析方法得到的计算结果更接近于试验实测值：在纯弯工况中,位移和应变计算值相对误差的平均值从9.1%和17.4%分别下降到5.2%和4.1%;在弯扭工况中,相对误差的平均值从10.5%和18.3%分别下降到6.0%和5.7%。     

涡轮叶栅叶尖间隙流实验研究(英文)

This article describes the effects of some factors on the tip clearance flow in axial linear turbine cascades. The measurements of the total pressure loss coefficient are made at the cascade outlets by using a five-hole probe at exit Mach numbers of 0.10, 0.14 and 0.19. At each exit Mach number, experiments are performed at the tip clearance heights of 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% and 3.0% of the blade height. The effects of the non-uniform tip clearance height of each blade in the pitchwise direction are also studied. The results show that at a given tip clearance height, generally, total pressure loss rises with exit Mach numbers proportionally. At a fixed exit Mach number, the total pressure loss augments nearly proportionally as the tip clearance height increases. The increased tip clearance heights in the tip regions of two adjacent blades are to be blame for the larger clearance loss of the center blade. Compared to the effects of the tip clearance height, the effects of the exit Mach number and the pitchwise variation of the tip clearance height on the cascade total pressure loss are so less significant to be omitted.     

VIP工艺预成型体的压缩响应(英文)

The final thickness of a product after the vacuum infusion process （VIP）, which is equal to the fiber volume fraction, depends in part on the compression responses of the preform because one of the mold faces is flexible in VIE This study aims at investigating the compression responses of different fabrics under dry or wet conditions. The main factors affecting the compression response under investigation include, the vacuum pressure, the loading and unloading repeatability on the preform, the layup design, the kinds of fabrics, and the resin viscosity. Besides, the effects of some internal factors such as nesting and elastic recovery of fibers, lubrication of resin, friction between fibers, and so on, are also studied. In the end, this article expatiates the meaning of the matching requirements of the permeability of the preform and that of the distribution medium.

 曲面上射流和外流的相互作用是一个十分有趣的流动现象。控制环量翼型是这种流动应用的一个实例。近年来由于控制环量翼型在新型直升机上的有效应用,人们对曲面上射流和外流的相互作用作了许多研究。在此基础上发展了这种翼型的气动力计算方法。但至今这些工作只限于定常流动。翼面上引出射流这一概念在实际应用中往往涉及非定常流动。例如应用于直升机旋翼时,翼型主要工作于非定常流中。     

Unmanned space vehicle navigation by GPS

In this paper, flight-path deviation in the navigation of unmanned space vehicles by global positioning system (GPS) is analyzed. A new method to calculate flight-path deviation by means of coordinate transforming is presented and the software of navigation and control is designed. This software is practical and effective for navigation by GPS with some characteristics including high-speed, high accuracy, real-time positioning and the use of digital mapping technique
