VIP工艺预成型体的压缩响应(英文)

The final thickness of a product after the vacuum infusion process （VIP）, which is equal to the fiber volume fraction, depends in part on the compression responses of the preform because one of the mold faces is flexible in VIE This study aims at investigating the compression responses of different fabrics under dry or wet conditions. The main factors affecting the compression response under investigation include, the vacuum pressure, the loading and unloading repeatability on the preform, the layup design, the kinds of fabrics, and the resin viscosity. Besides, the effects of some internal factors such as nesting and elastic recovery of fibers, lubrication of resin, friction between fibers, and so on, are also studied. In the end, this article expatiates the meaning of the matching requirements of the permeability of the preform and that of the distribution medium.     

Liquid-Solid Phase Equilibria of Nb-Si-Ti Ternary Alloys

To determine the liquid-solid phase equilibria of the Nb-Si-Ti ternary system, Nb-Si-Ti alloys of different compositions are prepared. By means of scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD） and electron probe microanalysis （EPMA）, the phases in the alloys, such as Si-based solutions, Ti（Nb）Si, Ti（Nb）Si2, Nb（Ti）Si2, Ti（Nb）5Si4, Nb（Ti）5Si3, Ti（Nb）5Si3, Nb（Ti）3Si and Nb-based solutions are identified, and the phase evolution is analyzed. As a result, the microstmctural and microchemical evidence provides a clear definition of the Nb-Si-Ti liquidus surface projection and indicates that the ternary phase diagram has seven transition reactions.     

一种加速度辅助“当前”统计模型距离跟踪方法

在经典的“当前”统计模型中,机动频率通常为经验值,并需预设加速度极限值。针对这一局限,利用递归线性平滑牛顿预测器对加速度进行预估后,得到“当前”统计模型中目标机动频率值的解析解,避免了机动加速度极限值的设置,同时实现了过程噪声协方差矩阵的自适应计算。此外,利用简化的Sage-Husa滤波方法实现了量测噪声协方差矩阵的自适应更新。通过计算机仿真验证了该算法相较于经典的“当前”统计模型的距离跟踪性能更优。
