Early effects of low dose C ion or X-ray irradiation on human peripheral blood lymphocytes

The aim of this study was to estimate the acute effects of low dose ¹²C⁶⁺ ions or X-ray radiation on human immune function. The human peripheral blood lymphocytes (HPBL) of seven healthy donors were exposed to 0.05 Gy ¹²C⁶⁺ ions or X-ray radiation and cell responses were measured at 24 h after exposure. The cytotoxic activities of HPBL were determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT); the percentages of T and NK cells subsets were detected by flow cytometry; mRNA expression of interleukin (IL)-2, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interferon (IFN)-γ were examined by real time quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR); and these cytokines protein levels in supernatant of cultured cells were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). The results showed that the cytotoxic activity of HPBL, mRNA expression of IL-2, IFN-γ and TNF-α in HPBL and their protein levels in supernatant were significantly increased at 24 h after exposure to 0.05 Gy ¹²C⁶⁺ ions radiation and the effects were stronger than observed for X-ray exposure. However, there was no significant change in the percentage of T and NK cells subsets of HPBL. These results suggested that 0.05 Gy high linear energy transfer (LET) ¹²C⁶⁺ radiation was a more effective approach to host immune enhancement than that of low LET X-ray. We conclude that cytokines production might be used as sensitive indicators of acute response to LDI.     

GNSS Satellite Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (SAIM) using inter-satellite measurements

Integrity is the ability of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) to detect faults in measurements and provide timely warnings to users and operators when the navigation system cannot meet the defined performance standards, which is of great importance for safety of life critical applications. Compared with both Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM) and ground based GNSS Integrity Channel (GIC) methods which are widely adopted nowadays, the Satellite Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (SAIM) method can be used to monitor orbit/ephemeris and clock errors, and has advantages in monitoring orbit and clock quality and providing instantaneous responses when faults happen.     

Coupled Stress-Electricity Model for Electromagnetic Emission Induced by Concrete Fracture

Electromagnetic emission induced during concrete fracturing is of great significance to health monitoring of concrete structures.A coupled stress-electricity model is established by analyzing the interaction between stress and electricity during concrete fracturing.And based on this model,the electromagnetic radiation parameters are calculated.The theoretical calculation is well coincident with experimental results.This work provides theoretical support for concrete testing system.     

一种飞机大仰角飞行的模糊控制方法

提出了一种飞机大仰角飞行的动态逆模糊集成控制方法。首先使用动态逆方法求得系统的逆，使系统反馈线性化，然后，用具有在线规则自调整的模糊控制方法来确保系统的最终特性。该方法应用在高性能收音机俯仰机动指令系统的设计中，仿真结果表明，所设计的控制器满足操纵品质的要求，并且，在大仰角飞行时具有较好的鲁棒性。     

带失调叶片的盘片耦合系统振动特性

本文以带16个叶片的平面盘片结构作为试验件和计算模型,研究了叶片频率失调分布形式、失调幅度,失调阶次对盘片耦合系统的动力特性及受迫振动的影响。实验和计算表明这个力学模型能较全面地反映系统的特性。     

复合材料飞机结构损伤容限特性

 复合材料用于飞机结构已有10多年的历史,由于复合材料的特点,必须重新研究原来适用于金属结构的损伤容限设计的一系列规范、手册和数据在复合材料结构中的适用性。本文介绍了欧美各国在复合材料飞机结构损伤容限特性方面的研究概况,并且从对有关规范的补充说明、缺陷性质和验证标准、飞机结构损伤容限评定方法、分析方法和设计方法等几个方面进行了综述。     

高频振荡器噪声分析

 本文将高频振荡器视为具有深度正反馈噪声放大器。对它分析,给出正弦波信号的谱、等效带宽及相位噪声谱;同时还提出诸如高频振荡器内部产生的随机游走噪声形成机理等新看法。     

毫米波鳍线平衡混频器研究

 本文研究了一种八毫米波段平衡混频器的工程设计方法,并给出了实验测试结果。在针对实际电路结构建立起等效电路模型后,采用最优化方法对电路结构参量作了优化。对实际制做的混频器性能作了初步测试,最佳双边带噪声系数约为6dB(其中包括1.4dB中放噪声贡献在内)。     

三路功率分流恒星式减速器的动态特性

 本文用Fourier级数法求解了三路功率分流恒星式减速系统的运动微分方程，获得了系统的频域和时域响应，计算了系统的动载和载荷在各路传动上分配的动态均匀性以及太阳轮中心的浮动轨迹，包括了各级联接刚度以及各类偏心误差的影响，以定量的分析为减速器改善动态性能的优化设计提供了依据。     

航空橡胶密封件力学与密封性能检测技术

介绍了航空橡胶密封件的力学、泄漏、损伤、接触变形等特性的无损检测技术及应用情况。其中,橡胶密封件泄漏压差测量方法,用于获得不同压差下的气体泄漏率;橡胶密封件接触应力超声检测技术,实现了橡胶密封接触应力的准确测量;橡胶密封件损伤与泄漏的红外热成像测试技术,可以得到泄漏点的定位与泄漏量的精确测量;橡胶密封件接触变形数字图像相关技术,获得了织物接触界面变形场与应力场的演化规律等。同时,对航空橡胶密封件的非接触测量技术进行了展望。
