Integrated Safety Culture Model and Application

A new safety culture model is constructed and is applied to analyze the correlations between safety culture and SMS. On the basis of previous typical definitions, models and theories of safety culture, an in-depth analysis on safety culture＇s structure, composing elements and their correlations was conducted. A new definition of safety culture was proposed from the perspective of sub-culture. 7 types of safety sub-culture, which are safety priority culture, standardizing culture, flexible culture, learning culture, teamwork culture, reporting culture and justice culture were defined later. Then integrated safety culture model （ISCM） was put forward based on the definition. The model divided safety culture into intrinsic latency level and extrinsic indication level and explained the potential relationship between safety sub-culture and all safety culture dimensions. Finally in the analyzing of safety culture and SMS, it concluded that positive safety culture is the basis of im plementing SMS effectively and an advanced SMS will improve safety culture from all around.

1 Introduction Looking back to the 20th century, the science and technology have never influenced and changed all aspects of the people's lives as profoundly as they do today. With the birth of space technology in late 1950s, space science emerged accompanying the space activities as a unique comprehensive discipline. Mankind started exploring various natural phenomenon and their laws in space by use of innovative spacecraft to reveal the mysteries of the universe. The space science research provides theoretical basis for mankind to understand the universe and develop application technologies, and drives the development of high and new technologies.     

缓磨时工件烧伤过程的计算机仿真研究

在关于缓磨时的磨削热、接触弧区换热过程以及工件表层非稳态温度场的深入研究的基础上构造了一个可用于计算工件表层温度场畸变历程的数学模型，并据此完成了缓磨时工件烧伤过程的计算机仿真研究。仿真结果与缓磨时的实际烧伤过程吻合良好。本文率先阐明了缓磨烧伤的热机理，并证实了缓磨烧伤是一典型的渐变过程，它有明显的前兆特征，因而是可以被预报和控制的。此项创造性工作可以被看作是对磨削基础理论的一项重要贡献。     

计算机翼跨声速绕流的全速位积分方程数值解

本文利用格林定理将全速位方程转换为全速位积分方程，应用高斯定理对沿激波面的显式积分进行简化。将全速位积分方程的解表示成为面元项和场元项之和，然后离散进行数值求解。本文将激波捕捉方法和激波装配技术结合起来，对机翼跨声速绕流进行数值实验，计算结果令人满意。
