A data-driven approach to modeling high-density terminal areas: A scenario analysis of the new Beijing,China airspace

Airports are being developed and expanded rapidly in China to accommodate and pro-mote a growing aviation market. The future Beijing Daxing International Airport (DAX) will serve as the central airport of the JingJinJi megaregion, knitting the Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei regions together. DAX will be a busy airport from its inception, relieving congestion and accommodating growth from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), currently the second busiest airport in the world in passengers moved. We aim to model terminal airspace designs and possible conflicts in the future Beijing Multi-Airport System (MAS). We investigate standard arrival procedures and mathematically model current and future arrival trajectories into PEK and DAX by collecting large quantities of publicly available track data from historical arrivals operating within the Beijing terminal airspace. We find that (1) trajectory models constructed from real data capture aberrations and deviations from standard arrival procedures, validating the need to incorporate data on histor-ical trajectories with standard procedures when evaluating the airspace and (2) given all existing constraints, DAX may be restricted to using north and east arrival flows, constraining the capacity required to handle the increases in air traffic demand to Beijing. The results indicate that the termi-nal airspace above Beijing, and the future JingJinJi region, requires careful consideration if the full capacity benefits of the two major airports are to be realized.     

Grinding temperature and energy ratio coefficient in MQL grinding of high-temperature nickel-base alloy by using different vegetable oils as base oil

Vegetable oil can be used as a base oil in minimal quantity of lubrication(MQL). This study compared the performances of MQL grinding by using castor oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, and palm oil as base oils. A K-P36 numerical-control precision surface grinder was used to perform plain grinding on a workpiece material with a high-temperature nickel base alloy. A YDM–III 99 three-dimensional dynamometer was used to measure grinding force,and a clip-type thermocouple was used to determine grinding temperature. The grinding force, grinding temperature, and energy ratio coefficient of MQL grinding were compared among the seven vegetable oil types. Results revealed that(1) castor oil-based MQL grinding yields the lowest grinding force but exhibits the highest grinding temperature and energy ratio coefficient;(2) palm oil-based MQL grinding generates the second lowest grinding force but shows the lowest grinding temperature and energy ratio coefficient;(3) MQL grinding based on the five other vegetable oils produces similar grinding forces, grinding temperatures, and energy ratio coefficients, with values ranging between those of castor oil and palm oil;(4) viscosity significantly influences grinding force and grinding temperature to a greater extent than fatty acid varieties and contents in vegetable oils;(5) although more viscous vegetable oil exhibits greater lubrication and significantly lower grinding force than less viscous vegetable oil, high viscosity reduces the heat exchange capability of vegetable oil and thus yields a high grinding temperature;(6) saturated fatty acid is a more efficient lubricant than unsaturated fatty acid; and(7) a short carbon chain transfers heat more effectively than a long carbon chain. Palm oil is the optimum base oil of MQL grinding, and this base oil yields 26.98 N tangential grinding force,87.10 N normal grinding force, 119.6 °C grinding temperature, and 42.7% energy ratio coefficient.     

Genetic differentiation induced by spaceflight treatment of Cistanche deserticola and identification of inter-simple sequence repeat markers associated with its medicinal constituent contents

The dried, fleshy stems of Cistanche deserticola (Orobanchaceae) are popular tonics in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to treat the inability of kidney in expelling extra fluid in the body, causing fluid retention, and reform reproductive system. However, the wild plants of C. deserticola have become endangered due to habitat downsizing and over-harvesting for its medicinal usages. The present research was carried out for the following purposes: (1) promoting the space-breeding research; (2) providing molecular evidence for agricultural selective breeding; and (3) protecting this endangered herbal medicine and conserving its genetic resources.     

工业园区配套住房的成本分担机制——以东北某市谋划的“廉租家户式公寓”为例

农业转移人口市民化成本是新型城镇化推进的主要障碍,其中住房成本占有较大的份额。工业园区是农业转移人口的就业集聚区,现有的保障性住房供给体系并未将农民工全面纳入,尚未充分考虑农业转移人口的临时性居住问题。东北某市运用成本分担机制谋划的"廉租家户式公寓"项目,实现了农业转移人口短期居住的"优区位、高品质、全配套、低租金",形成了政府、企业、个人三方积极参与、合作共赢的格局。该模式的核心要义在于政府的克己惠民,或将成为工业园区周边配套住房供给的可推广模式。     

Avoid online radiation risk: Theoretical simulation of chromosome breaks in cells exposed to heavy ions

In this study, we report an easy and quick method on simulating chromosome breaks in cells exposed to heavy charged particles. The theoretical value of chromosome break was calculated, and validated comparison with experimental value by using premature chromosome condensation technique. A good consistency was found between theoretical and experimental value. This suggested that higher relative biological effectiveness of heavy ions was closely correlated with its physical characteristics. Also, a safe approach on predicting chromosome breaks in cells exposed to heavy ions at off-line environment can be considered. Furthermore, three key factors influencing the theoretical simulation was investigated and discussed.

涡旋电磁波的产生方式有多种,使用涡旋相位板即为其中重要的一种方式。该文对螺旋相位板产生涡旋电磁波的情况进行了仿真.通过仿真。给出了在喇叭天线口面上覆盖螺旋相位板时生成的涡旋电磁波的幅度相位分布。     

ENERGY-SAVING MATCHING STRATEGY AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF PUMPING SYSTEM FOR TRUCK-MOUNTED CONCRETE PUMP

Aiming at the high fuel consumption and use-cost of truck-mounted concrete pump , an energy-saving matching strategy of pumping system is presented and the experimental study is conducted.Since pumping system occupies most resources of engine , the matching strategy between engine and main pump is analyzed to meet the load demand and reduce the engine rational speed drop.The testing method is established to measure the fuel consumption of engine under various working conditions , and the experimental data are analyzed to find the law of the fuel consumption of engine.The system performance can be improved by adjusting the system input value.Finally , the energy-saving matching strategy is established to reduce the fuel consumption of truck for unit workload , which provides a new approach for the energy-saving of truck-mounted concrete pump.     

基于响应面法的齿轮容差设计方法研究

随着附件传动系统不断向高速、重载方向发展,齿面接触可靠性问题越来越受关注.为提高齿轮可靠性,分析了齿轮传动系统常见误差类型及影响,开展了齿轮容差设计初步探讨.根据齿轮制造、加工及系统动态误差的产生原理和作用方式,基于齿轮接触应力仿真结果,确定了影响齿轮接触应力随机性的5种主要误差形式及其特征量分布规律,提出了基于响应面法的齿轮容差设计方法,给出了齿轮系统公差设计的改进方向:在进行齿轮公差设计时,重点控制H、V方向的轴向平行度公差.
