预应力钢丝缠绕机架(PWWF)是一种先进结构,是大型装备中价值为高的部件。由于PWWF是变刚度、非线性受力及变形自协调的多体混合结构,其传统的设计方法是极其复杂、反复迭代且成本难以控制。本文提出了基于多岛遗传算法的大型钢丝缠绕机架的成本优化方法。在变张力缠绕理论基础建立了预应力钢丝缠绕承载机架的优化设计流程和优化模型。并给出结合轴向载荷为6000KN的等静压设备机架的优化设计实例。与传统设计方法相比,优化成本降低约了21.6%。该优化结果已通过数值模拟方法验证,并成功应用于实际设备的制造中。结果表明,该优化方法合理、可靠。该方法为超546MN和907MN超大规格多机架结构的成本优化提供指导。  相似文献

A novel heat transfer coefficient sensor is introduced and the design, manufacture,and calibration are described.The intended application of this instrument was on a high rotational speed test disc. In the experiments,the heat transfer coefficient sensor was calibrated under static state and rotational state respectively. The calibration under the static state was accomplished in a pipe: the inside diameter (ID) was 0.048m and the total length was 4m, the distance between the sensor and the inlet of the pipe was 3.5m; the standard value was measured using a self-made calibrator. The calibration under the rotational state was accomplished using a rotating disc: the diameter and thickness of the stainless disc were 800mm and 25mm, respectively;the sensor was installed at the location of r =250mm; the rotating disc driven by a 30kW direct current motor can supply the maximum rotational speed of 3000r/min. The standard value under rotational state was provided by an approximate empirical formula. The results show that the designed sensor can measure heat transfer coefficient directly under rotational state and static state with good accuracy and stability; the correlation factor of K are constant under static state and rotational state.   相似文献

The primary objective of the investigation is the search for a body-wide magnetic field of the near Earth asteroid Eros. The Near Earth Asteroid Rendezvous (NEAR) 3-axis fluxgate magnetometer includes a sensor mounted on the high-gain antenna feed structure. The NEAR Magnetic Facility Instrument (MFI) is a joint hardware effort between GSFC and APL. The design and magnetics approach achieved by the NEAR MFI effort entailed low-cost, up-front attention to engineering solutions which did not impact the schedule. The goal of the magnetometer is reliable magnetic field measurements within 5 nT, which necessitates the use of an extensive spacecraft magnetic interference model but is achievable with the full year's orbital data set. Such a goal has been shown viable with recent in-flight calibration data and comparisons to the WIND magnetometer data. The NEAR MFI effort has succeeded in providing magnetic field measurements for the first flight in NASA's Discovery line.  相似文献

The magnetic field experiment on ACE provides continuous measurements of the local magnetic field in the interplanetary medium. These measurements are essential in the interpretation of simultaneous ACE observations of energetic and thermal particles distributions. The experiment consists of a pair of twin, boom- mounted, triaxial fluxgate sensors which are located 165 inches (=4.19 m) from the center of the spacecraft on opposing solar panels. The electronics and digital processing unit (DPU) is mounted on the top deck of the spacecraft. The two triaxial sensors provide a balanced, fully redundant vector instrument and permit some enhanced assessment of the spacecraft's magnetic field. The instrument provides data for Browse and high-level products with between 3 and 6 vector s−1 resolution for continuous coverage of the interplanetary magnetic field. Two high-resolution snapshot buffers each hold 297 s of 24 vector s−1 data while on- board Fast Fourier Transforms extend the continuous data to 12 Hz resolution. Real-time observations with 1-s resolution are provided continuously to the Space Environmental Center (SEC) of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) for near- instantaneous, world-wide dissemination in service to space weather studies. As has been our team's tradition, high instrument reliability is obtained by the use of fully redundant systems and extremely conservative designs. We plan studies of the interplanetary medium in support of the fundamental goals of the ACE mission and cooperative studies with other ACE investigators using the combined ACE dataset as well as other ISTP spacecraft involved in the general program of Sun-Earth Connections. 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成NASICON固体电解质材料,并以其为基体材料制作管式SO2传感器,敏感电极采用Na2SO3-30?SO4或者Na2SO4-30?SO4(摩尔比)复合硫酸盐.SO2浓度在(10~100)×10-6体积分数范围内,两种器件的灵敏度分别为81.1和60.6mV/decade.敏感电极为Na2SO3-30?SO4的元件响应和恢复时间分别为28.2 s和57.7 s;敏感电极为Na2SO4-30?SO4的元件响应和恢复时间分别为39.8 s和67.4 s.  相似文献

当高速飞行器处于失稳失控等紧急情况时,现有航天器测控方法可能面临地面站天线无法及时跟踪和对准飞行器的问题,这将导致测控通信链路的中断,无法传输紧急的安控遥控指令。为了在飞行器失稳失控、非视距通信时与地面站维持通信,提出将短波通信应用于高速飞行器测控通信系统的应急通信,并进行非视距短波通信的飞行试验以验证方法的可行性。在试验中,地面站发射7 MHz的短波信号,高速飞行器内部安装的交流磁场计用于接收短波信号,获得了短波的磁场强度与飞行环境的本底噪声。试验结果表明,随着飞行器海拔的增加,磁场强度减小,高速飞行器始终能在非视距和天线不对准的情况下接收到短波信号,证实了短波应用于高速飞行器应急通信的可行性。试验是进一步验证高速飞行器在远距离、超视距以及拒止环境下应急通信的技术基础,同时,也为高速飞行器短波通信系统的研制提供重要的数据支撑。  相似文献

A new integrity monitoring mechanisms to be implemented on-board on a GNSS taking advantage of inter-satellite links has been introduced. This is based on accurate range and Doppler measurements not affected neither by atmospheric delays nor ground local degradation (multipath and interference). By a linear combination of the Inter-Satellite Links Observables, appropriate observables for both satellite orbits and clock monitoring are obtained and by the proposed algorithms it is possible to reduce the time-to-alarm and the probability of undetected satellite anomalies.  相似文献

We present a review on the interplanetary causes of intense geomagnetic storms (Dst≤−100 nT), that occurred during solar cycle 23 (1997–2005). It was reported that the most common interplanetary structures leading to the development of intense storms were: magnetic clouds, sheath fields, sheath fields followed by a magnetic cloud and corotating interaction regions at the leading fronts of high speed streams. However, the relative importance of each of those driving structures has been shown to vary with the solar cycle phase. Superintense storms (Dst≤−250 nT) have been also studied in more detail for solar cycle 23, confirming initial studies done about their main interplanetary causes. The storms are associated with magnetic clouds and sheath fields following interplanetary shocks, although they frequently involve consecutive and complex ICME structures. Concerning extreme storms (Dst≤−400 nT), due to the poor statistics of their occurrence during the space era, only some indications about their main interplanetary causes are known. For the most extreme events, we review the Carrington event and also discuss the distribution of historical and space era extreme events in the context of the sunspot and Gleissberg solar activity cycles, highlighting a discussion about the eventual occurrence of more Carrington-type storms.  相似文献
