小样本条件下多应力加速寿命试验预测方法

鉴于导弹中的电子设备价格昂贵、可用于试验的样本量少,在开展加速试验以及寿命预测的实际工作中通常为小样本的背景。文章研究探索小样本条件下多应力加速试验寿命预测方法,分别建立通用对数线性模型、 BAS-BP神经网络模型、灰色–支持向量回归模型,结合多应力加速试验数据在各应力条件下的样本容量分别为 56组、20组、10组、5组的情况下,比较 3种模型的预测效果,分析各模型的适用场合和时机,探索小样本条件下模型的选优问题,为小样本条件下多应力加速试验寿命预测提供有益的借鉴。

Decision-making of Aircraft Optimum Configuration Utilizing Multidimensional Game Theory

As multi-discipline coupling and components interference often affect the aircraft configuration decision-making and analysis during conceptual design process, this article presents an approach of multidimensional game theory based on aircraft components to deal with this problem. The idea is that the configuration decision-making process is regarded as the game for different disciplines and technologies, and the aircraft components are players. The payoff function with highest total gain means that according to the game protocols and multidimensional theory, the optimal aircraft configuration within the strategy set will be chosen. The decision-making model is applied to conceptual design process of the high altitude long endurance (HALE) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based on the assessment of technological risk. The obtained optimum configuration is quite consistent with the current HALE UAV development trends. Thus, taking into account the coupling and interference factors, the multidimensional gaming model based on aircraft components will be an effective analysis method in the decision-making process of aircraft optimum configuration.

文化创意产业作为新兴产业形式,其发展需要大量的创意型人才。及时地分析和认清目前我国文化创意人才现状和存在问题,提出创意人才培养新模式已成为当务之急。基于此,在分析目前我国创意人才现状和存在问题的基础上,有针对性地从四个方面提出了创意人才培养的新模式。     

椭球台高杆灯风荷载的实验研究

通过风洞实验研究了多钝体高杆灯在不同水平风向角和竖向风向角下的力与力矩系数。实验结果表明在一定的风向角下，法向阻力系数Cdmax=1.030,法向弯曲力矩系数Cmmax=-0.940,轴向力系数Camax=0.504和Camin=-0．600。     

在制品管理中条码技术的应用

针对面向订单的单件、小批量生产制造企业,设计了一套条码数据采集系统,分析了主要运作流程和功能模块.在在制品的管理中提出了基于不同级别的工件生产状态定义,并给出了相应的加工、检验判定准则.经实际使用证明条码技术运用于工业现场是可行的.     

STAP with medium PRF mode for non-side-looking airborne radar

Space-time adaptive processing (STAP) has been widely discussed for airborne radar systems to improve the system performance of detecting targets. This is especially true for airborne early warning (AEW) radar, which should find long-range and small radar cross section (RCS) targets such as the stealth aircraft and missiles. However, in existing airborne radar literature, STAP is mainly considered for clutter and jamming rejection in side-looking airborne radar (SLAR) applications. There have been fewer discussions on airborne radar with non-side-ways looking array radar (non-SLAR). The STAP of non-SLAR such as forward looking array radar is also very important and can not be avoided for airborne radar to detect targets in all directions. The STAP of the non-SLAR is studied here. A scheme has been proposed, which is processed by the way of STAP combined with multiple staggered medium pulse repetition frequencies (PRFs). We further study the selection of PRFs in order to make the scheme more available for non-SLAR radar. We analyze two typical non-SLAR cases, i.e., inclined-sideways looking array and forward looking array. We examine this scheme by comparing the performances of three processing systems under the criteria of range-velocity blind zone minimization. Computer simulation results show the multiple-PRFs STAP scheme is feasible for non-SLAR and can be applied to phased-array AEW radar systems     

Airborne adaptive MTI scheme with preventing the whitening of thetarget

A new airborne MTI scheme that applies to non-homogeneous clutter environment is presented. Results of simulation have proved that the scheme has a superior ground clutter suppression performance and can effectively prevent the whitening of a target

介绍了某型机机翼整体油箱的研制过程,针对总体气动、结构和使用维护等对整体油箱提出的性能要求,工程部门相应采用严格的环境措施、确保协调精度的预装配措施以及湿连接、密封装配措施等,解决了研制过程中诸多关键难题,保证了整体油箱的研制进度和产品质量,经各种试验检测和试飞考核,该整体油箱质量稳定可靠,性能良好。     

公允价值在我国新会计准则中的应用及对策

自20世纪90年代以来，公允价值在国际会计准则和美、英等国会计准则中的地位日益凸显，其应用范围一再扩展。受这一趋势的影响，我国于20世纪90年代后期在部分具体会计准则中开始引入公允价值，但公允价值在我国的应用并非一帆风顺，先后经历了“引入、回避、重新引入”的曲折过程。重新引入公允价值成为我国新会计准则的最大亮点，但面临着市场环境不完善、公司治理结构不完善、会计人员素质整体水平偏低、会计监督体制不健全等方面的突出问题。因此，我国应当采取加强公允价值理论研究、加强相关法规制度建设、进一步完善市场环境、完善公司治理结构、加强道德教育与业务培训、完善内部会计控制制度、强化外部审计监督等措施，以促进公允价值在我国的推广应用。
