研究了甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(Me THPA)和4,4-二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)两种固化剂对1,1,2,2,-四(对羟基苯基)乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂(TGE)固化反应及固化性能的影响。通过DSC研究了树脂的固化行为,结果表明Me THPA体系与DDS体系的固化反应活化能分别为65.8和68.4 k J/mol;同时通过DMA、TGA以及万能材料试验机等方法对树脂的热力学和力学性能等进行研究。Me THPA体系的Tg为188℃,初始热分解温度为219.9℃,拉伸强度为33 MPa,弯曲强度为48 MPa。而DDS体系的Tg为203℃,初始分解温度为292.3℃,拉伸与弯曲强度分别为61和93 MPa。 相似文献

Residual stresses can have a strong effect on the usability of machined parts,and the X-ray diffraction(XRD)measuring equipment,which is commonly used to measure residual stresses,is very expensive.This paper presents a method of measuring the residual stresses induced by boring in the internal surface of a tube with much cheaper equipment.The method,called the strain-based method is mainly based on the strains measured on the external surface of the tube.It is proposed on the basis of the very long tube assumption.The finite element method(FEM)analysis is thus used to validate the length of the tube.Guided by the FEM results,an appropriate length of the tube is chosen,and the residual stresses are obtained from both the strain-based method and the XRD method.Stress profiles obtained from both two methods are compared.The comparison result indicates that the profiles of the two methods agree well with each other.Therefore,it can be concluded that the accuracy of the strain-based method is high enough,and it can be applied to residual stress measurement in practice. 相似文献

运输机采用扁平后体的设计形式可使舱门结构简单、重量轻,并且舱门机构的可靠性高,具有很好的使用性。但是扁平后体在巡航时横向流动比较严重,造成横向逆压梯度大且后体边界层易出现分离形成旋涡流动,带来压差阻力的增加。并且,后体分离涡在偏航时使垂尾两侧压力分布变差,降低了航向稳定性。导流片是特别针对扁平后体所采用的特殊气动力部件。其能够对后体涡的生成和发展进行抑制,削弱后体低压区,降低压差阻力;在偏航状态下,导流片改变了垂尾和后体的压力分布形态,可有效增加航向稳定性。导流片的减阻增稳作用使得采用扁平后体的运输机装载效率和气动特性得以兼顾。 相似文献

Swarm intelligence embodied by many species such as ants and bees has inspired scholars in swarm robotic researches. This paper presents a novel autonomous self-assembly distributed swarm flying robot-DSFR, which can drive on the ground, autonomously accomplish self-assembly and then fly in the air coordinately. Mechanical and electrical designs of a DSFR module, as well as the kinematics and dynamics analysis, are specifically investigated. Meanwhile, this paper brings forward a generalized adjacency matrix to describe configurations of DSFR structures. Also, the distributed flight control model is established for vertical taking-off and horizontal hovering, which can be applied to control of DSFR systems with arbitrary configurations. Finally, some experiments are carried out to testify and validate the DSFR design, the autonomous self-assembly strategy and the distributed flight control laws. 相似文献

With the development of rapid-response Earth-observing techniques, the demand for reducing a requirements-tasking-effects cycle from 1 day to hours grows rapidly. For instance, a satellite user always wants to receive requested data in near real-time to support their urgent mis- sions, such as dealing with wildfires, volcanoes, flooding events, etc. In this paper, we try to reduce data transmission time for achieving this goal. The new feature of a responsive satellite is that users can receive signals from it directly. Therefore, the traditional satellite control and operational tech- niques need to be improved to accommodate these changes in user needs and technical upgrading. With that in mind, a data transmission topological model is constructed. Based on this model, we can deal with the satellite data transmission problem as a multi-constraint and multi-objective path- scheduling problem. However, there are many optional data transmission paths for each target based on this model, and the shortest path is preferred. In addition, satellites represent scarce resources that must be carefully scheduled in order to satisfy as many consumer requests as possible. To efficiently balance response time and resource utilization, a K-shortest path genetic algorithm is proposed for solving the data transmission problem.
