基于VXI总线的检测软件设计

基于VXI总线和虚拟仪器技术，研制开发了用于外场的模拟式电子控制器检测软件，并对软件开发的过程和要求进行了分析，重点解决了程序设计中的需求分析和模块化设计问题。     

Kalman filtering with state equality constraints

Kalman filters are commonly used to estimate the states of a dynamic system. However, in the application of Kalman filters there is often known model or signal information that is either ignored or dealt with heuristically. For instance, constraints on state values (which may be based on physical considerations) are often neglected because they do not fit easily into the structure of the Kalman filter. A rigorous analytic method of incorporating state equality constraints in the Kalman filter is developed. The constraints may be time varying. At each time step the unconstrained Kalman filter solution is projected onto the state constraint surface. This significantly improves the prediction accuracy of the filter. The use of this algorithm is demonstrated on a simple nonlinear vehicle tracking problem     

复合材料锥壳0°铺层的自动铺放成型方法研究

研究了一种基于自动铺带技术的复合材料锥壳0°铺层成型方法：根据锥壳构件尺寸将等宽预浸带数控分切成预定尺寸的直角梯形预浸带片，按特定方式铺放到锥壳表面并使每两片拼成一个等腰梯形单元，多个等腰梯单元形构成锥壳的0°铺层；并针对这种成型方法设计了一种实现锥壳0°铺层自动成型的装置。采用该方法及其设备可以实现锥壳0°铺层的自动化制造，提高成型效率、降低废料率、稳定工艺质量，降低装备制造成本。     

Modeling and Control for Magnetostrictive Hysteresis

To deal with the rate-dependent hysteresis presented in a magnetostrictive actuator, a new method of modeling and control is pro-posed. The relationship between inputs and outputs of the actuator is approximately described by a dynamic differential equation with two rate-dependent coefficients, each expressed as a polynomial of frequency. For a given frequency, the coefficients will be able to be estimated by approximating the experimental data of the outputs of the magnetostrictive actuator. Based on this model, a quasi-PID con-troller is designed. In the space of the coefficients and frequency, the stable domain of closed loop system with hysteresis is analyzed. The numerical simulation and experiments have born witness to the feasibility of the proposed new method.     

CAXA制造工程师在复杂模具数控加工中的应用

通过对可乐瓶底模具运用CAD／CAM技术进行数控加工这一实例，介绍了CAXA制造工程师软件在数控加工制造中应用的具体步骤：首先用CAXA制造工程师的CAD功能生成3D模型，再用其CAM功能自动生成数控加工程序及刀具轨迹，并进行仿真加工后再校核、修订，从而获得优化的实际生产结果；强调了CAD／CAM在现代制造技术中的地位及重要性，说明用CAD／CAM技术缩短设计和制造周期，提高零件加工质量的目的。     

不同生命周期项目组合的约束资本预算优化模型及算法

文章给出了约束资本预算优化模型的一般数学表达式.根据詹姆斯*范霍恩的共同生命周期法的理论,提出了一种对不同生命周期项目组合的约束资本预算优化的新算法.通过算例,说明了新算法与原有算法的差别,结果表明新算法考虑了项目的重置,在满足各种约束的前提下,按照净现值指数的大小选择项目组合,从总体上寻优,得到的净现值总和更大,具有更为优化的特征.     

面向飞机的装配方案索引技术

现代飞机设计多为改型设计,其装配方案具有一定的相似性。因此,在装配工艺规划工作中采用基于实例的推理技术,是有效利用以往设计经验和知识,实现产品快速研制的一种有效途径。本文在飞机产品结构特点和单元分解方法分析的基础上,提出一种对飞机零件进行分类的BP神经网络索引方法,用以支持飞机装配方案的获取。     

防静电白色热控涂层的耐空间环境及工艺性能

研究了防静电白色热控涂层（ACR-1）的耐空间环境性能及工艺性能。在模拟空间环境设施中研究了紫外辐照、电子辐照和质子辐照对涂层太阳吸收率（αs）的影响。结果表明ACR-1在地球静止轨道环境中具有较高的稳定性；经过3000当量太阳小时（ESH）的紫外光辐照后，△αs为0．02；质子辐照效应对涂层仅。的变化影响较大。另外，研究了涂层厚度对αs和其与基材结合力的影响，以及基材表面处理工艺对涂层在-196—150℃冷热交变循环试验中可靠性的影响。     

基于线性神经网络的滑油金属含量预测

利用神经网络方法对某型航空发动机滑油监控系统中需重点监控的金属元素含量建立了网络，并根据该模型对其含量变化趋势进行了预测分析。某部队通过对不同实测数据的检验证明，可根据该模型的预测结果预报金属含量是否超标。
