浅析大学生就业心理辅导

就业是大学生人生的重大转折，面对目前不容乐观的就业形势，给大学生带来了很大的思想、心理压力，也使部分大学生产生这样或那样的心理障碍，这既不利于就业，也影响了大学生的工作和学习。通过分析大学生存在的一些就业心理状况，进行合理引导，开展就业心理辅导，使每位大学生都能拥有一个理想的工作岗位。     

关于单叶解析函数一类子族的增长、掩盖定理

本文研究了单叶解析函数的一类子族βα族,令f(z)∈βα且z=0是f(z)-z的k+1阶零点,我们得到了f(z)的较为精细的增长、掩盖定理,所得结论推广了某些已知结果。     

Applied superconductivity and superfluidity for the exploration of the Moon and Mars.

We discuss how superconductivity and superfluidity can be applied to solve the challenges in the exploration of the Moon and Mars. High sensitivity instruments using phenomena of superconductivity and superfluidity can potentially make significant contributions to the fields of navigation, automation, habitation, and resource location. Using the quantum nature of superconductivity, lightweight and very sensitive diagnostic tools can be made to monitor the health of astronauts. Moreover, the Moon and Mars offer a unique environment for scientific exploration. We also discuss how powerful superconducting instruments may enable scientists to seek answers to several profound questions about nature. These answers will not only deepen our appreciation of the universe, they may also open the door to paradigm-shifting technologies.     

Synthesis of CME-Associated Moreton and EIT Wave Features from MHD Simulations

Soft X-ray (SXR) waves, EIT waves, and Hα Moreton waves are all associated with coronal mass ejections (CMEs). The knowledge of the characteristics about these waves is crucial for the understanding of CMEs, and hence for the space weather researches. MHD numerical simulation is performed, with the consideration of the quiet Sun atmosphere, to investigate the CME/flare processes. On the basis of the numerical results, SXR, EUV, and Hα images of the eruption are synthesized, where SXR waves, EIT waves, and Hα Moreton waves are identified. It confirms that the EIT waves, which border the expanding dimmming region, are produced by the successive opening (or stretching) of the closed magnetic field lines. Hα Moreton waves are found to propagate outward synchronously with the SXR waves, lagging behind the latter spatially by ～27 Mm in the simulated scenario. However, the EIT wave velocity is only a third of the Moreton wave velocity. The synthesized results also suggest that Hα± 0.45Å would be the best off-band for the detection of Hα Moreton waves.     

计算机辅助工业设计（CAID）技术研究与展望

Si含量对Fe-Si合金渗碳处理组织和性能的影响

以Fe-Si二元合金为基体进行表面渗碳处理,研究了Si含量对渗碳层组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响。结果显示基体中的Si原子在渗碳过程中氧化形成SiO2沿奥氏体晶界分布,随Si含量增加,SiO2含量增加并呈连续网状分布。渗碳处理后Fe-Si合金表面硬度在64HRC以上,硅原子对渗碳过程产生阻碍作用,渗碳有效硬化层深度随Si含量增加显著降低。干摩擦条件下Fe-Si合金渗碳层抗平面滑动摩擦磨损性能随Si含量增加逐渐提高,Fe-3%Si合金耐磨性高于高铬铸铁。     

星载FlexRay总线应用层传输方法研究

现代卫星星上综合电子分布式拓扑结构,作为电子系统信息交互媒介的数据总线,其性能直接影响着星上电子系统的信息交流与共享。文章选择了新一代车载FlexRay总线作为星上电子系统数据总线,结合星载应用,阐述了FlexRay总线的数据帧结构,给出了卫星应用FlexRay总线静态段时隙和动态段"微时隙"大小的计算方法,并定义了FlexRay总线动态段、静态段的时隙参数。最后,分析了星上电子系统的工作模式,配置了FlexRay总线星上时隙。此应用层传输方法能够满足卫星应用FlexRay总线的通信实时性和稳定性要求。     

高性能环氧树脂配方研究

研制出一种用于纤维增强复俣材料基体的环氧树脂配方体系。浇注体力学性能良好，其用于φ１５０ｍｍ压力容器缠绕，得到了比较令人满意的结果，容器特性系数ＰＶ／Ｗ平均值为３７．４０ｋｍ，其最大值为３９．１５ｋｍ。     

Mars Global MHD Predictions of Magnetic Connectivity Between the Dayside Ionosphere and the Magnetospheric Flanks

Atmospheric photoelectrons have been observed well above the ionosphere of Mars by the ASPERA-3 ELS instrument on Mars Express. To systematically interpret these observations, field lines from two global MHD simulations were analyzed for connectivity to the dayside ionosphere (allowing photoelectron escape). It is found that there is a hollow cylinder behind the planet from 1–2 R _M away from the Mars-Sun line that has a high probability of containing magnetic field lines with connectivity to the dayside ionosphere. These results are in complete agreement with the ELS statistics. It is concluded that the high-altitude photoelectrons are the result of direct magnetic connectivity to the dayside at the moment of the measurement, and no extra trapping or bouncing mechanisms are needed to explain the data.
