BTi-62421S是一种先进的近α型耐温钛合金,以1.5mm轧制板材为例,开展了瞬时热曝露试验。运用金相显微镜和力学性能试验机对组织和性能进行了分析和测试。结果表明,合金由片状α组织和极少量β转变组织组成,随热曝露温度变化,合金呈现出明显不同的温色特征。在热曝露参数600℃/5h条件下,合金组织较稳定,氧化膜致密度下降,并有富氧α层产生,随着曝露温度的提高,β转变组织开始积聚粗化,次生α相增多,组织稳定性开始下降,氧向基体扩散加剧,富氧α层厚度呈倍数增加,组织变化对合金强度无明显影响,但富氧α层严重降低合金塑性。 相似文献

A robust adaptive control scheme is proposed that can be applied to a practical autopilot design for feedback-linearized skid-to-turn (STT) missiles with aerodynamic uncertainties. The approach is to add a robust adaptive controller to a feedback-linearizing controller in order to reduce the influence of the aerodynamic uncertainties. The proposed robust adaptive control scheme is based on a sliding mode control technique with an adaptive law for estimating the unknown upper bounds of uncertain parameters. A feature of the proposed scheme is that missile systems with aerodynamic uncertainties can be controlled effectively over a wide operating range of flight conditions. It is shown, using Lyapunov stability theory, that the proposed scheme can give sufficient tracking capability and stability for a feedback-linearized STT missile with aerodynamic uncertainties. The six-degree-of-freedom nonlinear simulation results also show that good performance for several uncertainty models and engagement scenarios can be achieved by the proposed scheme in practical night conditions 相似文献

This article proposes a new type of electrode for micro-electro-discharge machining (micro-EDM), which can produce ultra fine micro components from various kinds of materials including those that cannot be processed by the silicon or the Lithographie Galvanoformung Abformung (LIGA) processings. This electrode is made by way of the electrodeposition process on the basis of the difference between the discharging performance of the electrodeposited coating and that of the matrix to ensure uniform wear of electrode bottom faces. With this electrode, micro-holes on ANK80 steel can be successfully manufactured in a short period of time. Compared to the traditional electrodes, Cu-ZrB2 composite coating electrodes display better wear resistance on the same experimental conditions. A relative dynamics equation-set based on orbital element differences with J2 effects is derived, based on which a two-level approach is proposed to optimize the Mars orbital rendezvous phasing with a large difference in the initial ascending node. The up-level problem uses the revolution deviation between the target spacecraft and the chaser as the design variable, and employs a linear search to find the optimum. The low-level problem uses the maneuver revolutions, locations, and impulses as the design variables, and is solved using a hybrid genetic algorithm combined with sequential quadratic programming. To improve the solution accuracy, an iteration method is developed to satisfy the terminal constraints of the absolute numerical integration trajectory. Test cases involving Mars sample return missions with large initial node differences are presented, which show that the relative dynamics, two-level optimization model, and hybrid optimization algorithm are efficient and robust. Compared with previously published results, the total velocity increment has been further reduced by utilizing this proposed approach. It is found that a five-impulse plan requires the least quantity of propellant, and a propellant-optimal minimum rendezvous duration exists for this long-duration, large non-coplanar rendezvous problem. 相似文献

以CZ-2C/FP为例,对长征系列火箭大发动机涡轮泵转速遥测及判读方法进行了分析.通过分析认为,现用的发动机涡轮泵转速遥测及判读方法存在较大误差,在发动机额定工作转速(10500r/min)附近,误差可达187r/min.同时分析了转速遥测值的离散化问题,通过分析认为,转速遥测值只能在若干个间距较大的特定的离散点上取值,并且不能反映发动机转速在工作过程中的动态变化情况.在理论分析的基础上,对发动机涡轮泵转速遥测值的一些经常出现的现象进行了解释. 相似文献
