碳化硅铝基复合材料的应用与加工

文中就近年来国内外对碳化硅铝基复合材料的研究、应用和加工进行综述,并就碳化硅铝基复合材料在中国航天仪器产品上的应用、测试状况进行了分析。主要内容包括:碳化硅铝基复合材料的制备、材料性能的对比分析、力学试验内容和结果、热平衡试验分析。并详细地介绍了这种材料的机械加工和热处理方法。此外还结合国外对碳化硅铝基复合材料的研究应用现状,提出了这种材料在中国航空航天高科技领域应用发展前景的看法。     

飞航导弹协同作战信息化体系构建及分布式仿真

分析了空/天平台与多导弹协同的作战信息化体系,提出了全体系下信息化协同作战典型作战使用流程,且利用HLA-RTI建立了信息化体系四导弹协同作战的仿真系统,并进行了信息化体系的多导弹协同作战侦察、指挥与控制功能演示.为多导弹协同作战信息化体系建设提供参考.     

Application of GPS to space vehicles: analysis of space environmentand errors

GPS based systems become extremely competitive for space applications because of their all-weather capabilities and continual information on position, velocity, precise time and even attitude to increase mission effectiveness, reduce mission cost, minimize requirements of on-board devices. In this paper, space application environment and error sources have been systematically analyzed, including geometric location of user with GPS satellites, dynamic state, physical environment and the effects on positioning accuracy. Several special differential GPS technologies to space use are proposed

舰载机拦阻着舰载荷谱编制技术

舰载机舰面载荷谱是航母服役环境下飞机结构长寿命和耐久性设计的关键。依据舰载机在拦阻着舰过程中的舰面载荷特点，论述了现有编制方法的局限性，结合多体动力学仿真模型探讨了载荷谱编制的方案和流程，建立了拦阻着舰多体动力学运动方程和仿真模型，并进行了仿真计算。通过对舰载机飞行剖面以及拦阻着舰任务剖面特点分析，确定了飞机拦阻着舰任务段载荷谱的主要工况以及比例关系，编制出飞机拦阻着舰过程的重心谱，绘制出载荷谱超越曲线，为舰载机的设计载荷谱编制提供依据，具有较高的工程应用价值。     

Microstructure and Property Analysis of AerMet100 Steel Manufactured by In-situ Rolling Mixed Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing

AerMet100 steel thick wall is fabricated by in-situ rolling composite wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM). The microstructure and mechanical properties of AerMet100 steel after heat treatment are studied. The results show that after the introduction of in-situ rolling force， the grain of AerMet100 steel is broken， the anisotropy is eliminated， and the microstructure is refined obviously. The microstructure of AerMet100 steel after heat treatment is mainly lath martensite and reverse austenite. There are 40 nm?68.6 nm alloy carbides precipitated in the martensitic matrix， and the hardening mechanism is mainly Orowan bypass strengthening. The film-like reverse austenite with the thickness ranging from 2 nm to 5 nm exists between the martensitic lath， which improves the toughness of the maraging steel. Good combination of strength and toughness can be achieved through proper heat treatment process.     

美国Dexter车轴公司零件项目国产材料的选用

对美国Dexter车轴公司芯轴零件材料及其在生产过程中暴露的问题进行了分析，提出了选用国产LHS-1材料进行零件生产的建议。通过对LHS-1材料及零件的性能测试和大批量生产的考核证明，用国产LHS-1低合金高强度结构钢生产的零件完全能够满足美国Dexter车轴公司芯轴零件的使用要求，在生产工艺上省去了调质热处理工序，显著降低了生产成本，获得了很好的经济效益。     

CCD遥感图像的实时压缩系统设计与实现

文章研究高速CCD遥感图像压缩的系统设计与实现。与其它图像数据相比,CCD遥感图像数据具有高速率、高量化位数的特点。针对CCD相机输出图像的数据特点,基于ADV212压缩芯片,提出了一种高速CCD遥感图像压缩系统的构架方案。该方案采用FPGA+ADV212+SRAM的硬件结构方式,以FPGA作为系统的主控,SRAM完成输入数据的缓存处理,ADV212完成图像数据的高效压缩处理。文章最后构建了压缩系统的实验验证平台,对系统的性能进行了实验验证。试验结果表明,文中提出的系统压缩方案,压缩前后图像品质没有明显差异,可以满足遥感图像压缩系统的实时处理要求。     

Relative navigation for multi-spacecraft system with GPS

A type of multi-spacecraft system with kinematical restraint but no structural restraint and force action is considered. Both the absolute and relative navigation information is required for this multi-spacecraft system, but the relative information is more critical and the accuracy requirements for relative information will be much higher than those for the absolute information. In this paper, the Global Positioning System (GPS)/Differential GPS (DGPS) are introduced and used for relative navigation. Relative motion of space vehicles is modeled. Relative position, relative velocity and relative attitude are represented and solved by GPS/DGPS measurements. Using a type of commercial GPS receiver onboard spacecraft and relative differential GPS technique, the relative navigation of space vehicles can be implemented in real-time     

盐酸清洗缓蚀剂的研究进展

本文介绍了我国九十年代盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂的研究现状。盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂研究的重点是开发新型的高效、低毒、低成本缓蚀剂，并充分利用工业生产的副产品进行深加工，或利用天然植物进行加工、改性制备缓蚀剂，扩展原材料的来源。
