关于文件类产品价格管理模式的探讨

文件类产品价格管理是总体设计部管理的重要组成部分,应予以关注和规范化。文章对此问题进行了分析和讨论。首先,以宏观经济学中有关价格的概念为理论基础,介绍了价格的职能和作用,并分析了价格管理应用于文件类产品管理的意义。在此基础上,对总体设计单位文件类产品价格管理的权利和义务进行了讨论。最后,结合航天产品价格管理特点,对文件类产品价格管理模式进行了总结,并提出了如何进一步完善的建议。     

战斗机滚转姿态快速性研究

介绍了战斗机中等幅度滚转姿态快速性的定义，应用欧拉法对19种飞机构形的滚转快速性进行了仿真计算．其结果与地面模拟战斗机攻击机动试验相比较，表明滚转姿态快速性与滚转模态时间常数、滚转操纵效能、副翼操纵速率和控制系统增益等飞行品质要求密切相关，飞行品质标准MIL—STD—1797没有完全涵盖中等幅度滚转姿态变化的要求。

Neutral buoyancy and sleep-deprived serum factors alter expression of cytokines regulating osteogenesis

We examined expression of genes associated with cytokine production, and genes implicated in regulating bone metabolism, in bone stromal and osteoblast cells incubated under standard ground conditions and under conditions of neutral buoyancy, and in the presence/absence of serum from normal or sleep-deprived mice. We observed a clear interaction between these two conditions (exposure to neutral buoyancy and serum stimulation) in promoting enhanced osteoclastogenesis. Both conditions independently altered expression of a number of cytokines implicated in the regulation of bone metabolism. However, using stromal cells from IL-1 and TNFx cytokine(r) KO mice, we concluded that the increased bone loss under microgravity conditions was not primarily cytokine mediated.     

低速壁压信息洞壁干扰修正方法两个重要的新改进

本文介绍了对美国洛克希德公司Hackett,J.E.等人研究的壁压信息洞壁干扰修正方法两个重要的新改进。建立了一个简便方法,消除了原方法必须要在模型下游测到壁压的渐近分布,才能进行准确修正的苛刻条件;建立了一个测压试验洞壁干扰的改进修正方法,使测压与测力试验的修正方法一致。文中给出了两组模型的验证结果。本文的两个新改进,消除了壁压信息法应用中的突出难关,不仅拓宽了应用,并大为提高了测力、测压试验洞壁干扰修正的准确性。

本文简述了求解结构稳定性问题的有限元理论基础。用张量的形式指导了一般层合板矩形单元的节点力和节点位移关系方程，详细推导了一般层合板四节点矩形单元的几何刚度矩阵的公式及其显式。     

卫星用半导体器件失效模式和机理分布

以中国空间技术研究院电子元器件可靠性中心1987～1990四个年度数百份失效分析报告为依据,得到卫星用半导体器件解剖前失效模式分布:逻辑失控占36.3%,开路占22.2%等;失效机理分布:铝腐蚀占1 6.3%,使用不当占14.6%等。该项研究以第一手数据首次全面、系统指出卫星用器件失效模式和机理。为卫星可靠性设计、优选器件厂及器件厂采取措施提供重要依据。     

Predicting performance in manually controlled rendezvous and docking through spatial abilities

Manually controlled rendezvous and docking (manual RVD) is a challenging space task for astronauts. This study aims to identify spatial abilities that are critical for accomplishing manual RVD. Based on task analysis, spatial abilities were deduced to be critical for accomplishing manual RVD. 15 Male participants performed manual RVD task simulations and spatial ability tests (the object-manipulation spatial ability and spatial orientation ability). Participants’ performance in the test of visualization of viewpoints (which measures the spatial orientation ability) was found to be significantly correlated with their manual RVD performance, indicating that the spatial orientation ability in the sense of perspective taking is particularly important for accomplishing manual RVD.     

过虚拟交班点的能量最优制导律

针对固定目标的导弹过虚拟交班点制导问题，在希尔伯特空间下，基于最优化理论设计了有无终端落角约束两种情况下的全局能量最优制导律。通过对模型进行线性化，将提出的最优制导模型转化为线性二次型最优控制问题，在此基础上利用零控脱靶量（ZEM）概念对系统模型进行降阶，并推导出解析解。设计的制导律可以使导弹准确经过虚拟交班点，并实现期望终端落角。仿真结果表明，与经典制导律对比，该制导律可以显著减少全局控制能量消耗。
