针对某航天制造企业的实际生产环境,分析和讨论了复杂作业模式下车间生产的调度问题,并根据实际的业务流程建立了数学模型,通过自动调度与人工调度相结合的方法对其进行优化,最后采用实例对调度结果进行了验证.事实证明,这种调度机制可以同时增强系统的灵活性和稳定性,对提高车间生产效率和管理水平有很大帮助.     

Occurrence of medium-scale travelling ionospheric disturbances identified in the Tasman international geospace environment radar observations

The occurrence characteristics of medium-scale travelling ionospheric disturbances (MSTIDs) were investigated using the Tasman International Geospace Environment Radar (TIGER). From the occurrence study of sea echoes, we found two maxima, one pre-noon and the other after noon. They are less obvious with increase of magnetic activities, and more obvious when B_z is northwards. It is suggested that this maxima were related to fore- and after-noon maxima in the distribution of net field-aligned currents flowing from the magnetosphere to the ionosphere, and that these two regions were sources of atmospheric gravity waves (AGWs) due to enhancement of Hall conductivities in the ionosphere. The Lorentz force is suggested to be a possible mechanism for the excitation of MSTIDs in the dayside ionosphere.     

一种节省存储资源的Turbo码译码算法

针对Turbo码译码过程需要占用大量存储资源的问题，在Max—Log-MAP算法的基础上介绍了一种节省存储资源的译码方法^[1]。通过逆运算在反向递推计算后向路径度量的过程中同时计算部分前向路径度量，节省了近50％前向路径度量的存储资源；通过使用一种性能良好的线性运算代替查表法求得Jacobian（雅可比）对数函数，避免了查找表资源的使用。在避免路径度量溢出进行的归一化操作中，采用了一种有效的方案，进一步节省了计算资源。实验表明，文章方法在有效节省存储资源的同时保证了良好的译码性能。

浅谈航空机载设备履历本和产品合格证的编制要求

简介了ＧＪＢ２４８９９５《航空机载设备履历本和产品合格证编制要求》的编制背景，阐明了它与ＨＢ６５６９９２《航空机载设备履历本及产品合格证》相比所具有的优点，并针对ＧＪＢ２４８９９５中存在的问题提出了修改建议。     

新型直线振荡电机建模与动态特性实验

针对提出的直接驱动液压伺服泵新原理，设计了一种短行程永磁直流直线振荡电机，阐述了基于最小磁阻理论的电机工作原理，采用一种哈尔巴赫磁极阵列空心动子设计结构，用于提高电机动态响应能力，并利于谐振弹簧的安装.利用Matlab/Simulink建立了电机的集中参数数学模型并给出传递函数，通过正弦电压扫频激励，获取了电机空载下的电流频率特性以及恒定负载下的效率频率特性.基于电机模型设计了电流环与位置环双闭环控制结构，用于提高电流的频响与位置跟踪能力.最后对设计的电机进行了空载谐振与闭环动态实验研究，实验与分析仿真结果基本吻合，验证了电机模型与闭环控制结构的有效性.     

The First Chinese Ocean Color Satellite HY-1A

HY-1A is China's first ocean color satellite, and was launched on 15 May 2002as a piggyback satellite on the FY-1D satellite using the Long March rocket.There are two sensors on the satellite: China's Ocean Color and Temperature Scanner (COCTS), and the CCD Coastal Zone Imager (CZI). In the report,first, the properties and characteristics of HY-1A are briefly introduced; Second, the quality and availability of the data are evaluated by the mean of the Complex Signal Noise Ratio (CSNR) which is simulated theoretically; Third,the received HY-1A data are compared with SeaSTAR data to understand the accuracy of radiance measurement by the HY-1A; Finally, the remote sensing products of ocean color and temperature are mapped by HY-1A to study its application potentiality. The results show that the HY-1A has a latent capability for the application of marine environment detection, the management and protection of marine resources, and the furthering of national rights and interests.Meanwhile, some modifications are proposed for the next ocean satellite, suchas adding the case of tilt scanning, modification of the CCD element uniformity,and adding more ocean satellite receiving stations.     

垂线偏差对导弹命中精度影响研究

在目前垂线偏差研究的基础上，求出了法线坐标与垂线坐标系之间的转换关系，而且通过重力分析、空气动力分析和控制基准分析，认为两会标系内导弹受力不同，运动参数也不相等，不仅如此，垂线偏差还从几何和动力学两方面影响瞄准方位角。最后通过计算给出垂线偏差的影响量级工得出了几个结论。
