超高速主轴单元温升特性分析

对超高速主轴单元的内部热源进行了分析与计算,建立了超高速主轴单元温度场的有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了温度场分析,并在此基础上研究了对轴承外圈进行强制冷却时前后轴承的温升情况,结果表明对轴承外圈进行强制冷却能够很好的降低轴承的温升。     

多目标跟踪的概率假设密度粒子滤波

在多目标跟踪中,当目标数很大时,目标状态的联合分布的计算量会非常大。如果目标独立运动,可用各目标分别滤波来代替,但这要求考虑数据互联问题。文章介绍一种可以解决计算量问题的方法,只需计算联合分布的一阶矩——概率假设密度(PHD),PHD在任意区域S上的积分是S内目标数的期望值。因未记录目标身份,避免了数据互联问题。仿真中,传感器为被动雷达,目标观测值为距离、角度及速度时,对上述的PHD滤波进行了粒子实现,并对观测值是否相关的不同情况进行比较。PHD粒子滤波应用在非线性模型的多目标跟踪,实验结果表明,滤波可以稳健跟踪目标数为变数的情况,得到了接近真实情况的结果。     

A type of 2D magnetic equivalent circuit framework of permanent magnet for magnetic system in AEMR

Modeling of permanent magnet(PM) is very important in the process of electromagnetic system calculation of aerospace electromagnetic relay(AEMR). In traditional analytical calculation, PM is often equivalent to a lumped parameter model of one magnetic resistance and one magnetic potential, but great error is often caused for the inner differences of PM; based on the conception of flux tube, a type of 2D magnetic equivalent circuit framework of permanent magnet model(2D MECF) is established; the element is defined, the relationship between elements is deduced, and solution procedure as well as verification condition of this model is given; by a case study of the electromagnetic system of a certain type of AEMR, the electromagnetic system calculation model is established based on 2D MECF and the attractive force at different rotation angles is calculated; the proposed method is compared with the traditional lumped parameter model and finite element method(FEM); for some types of electromagnetic systems with symmetrical structure, 2D MECF proves to be of acceptable accuracy and high calculation speed which fit the requirement of robust design for AEMR.     

Effects of cerium salts on corrosion behaviors of Si–Zr hybrid sol–gel coatings

The present work examines the effects of cerium salts on corrosion behaviors of Si–Zr hybrid sol–gel coatings. The Si–Zr hybrid sol–gel coatings on a 2A12 aluminum substrate were prepared through hydrolysis and condensation of glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxy-silane(GTMS) and zirconium(IV) n-propoxide(TPOZ). Used as inhibitors for corrosion, three types of cerium salts(Ce(NO_3)_3, CeCl_3, and Ce(CH_3COO)_3) were doped into the sol–gel coatings. Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were employed to investigate the structures and morphologies of various coatings, and the corrosion resistances of the coatings were evaluated by electrochemical methods and neutral salt spray tests. Experimental results indicate that the addition of cerium salts can hinder the process of corrosion due to their self-healing abilities. Furthermore, the sol–gel coating doped with Ce(CH_3COO)_3 has the best corrosion resistance because of the promotions of hydrolysis and condensation provided by CH_3COO.

Sensitivity analyses of satellite propulsion components with their thermal modelling

Performing the sensitivity analyses of the contact conduction and the position of thermostat on the basis of the thermal model established, the study of thermal design is accomplished for the preparation of possible mechanical interface change of the satellite propulsion system depending on the satellite system design. A relatively simple thermal model is taken into consideration for the convenience of the analysis. A variety of the spacecraft bus voltages and the contact resistances are examined as well as the position of thermostat on propulsion components. As a consequence, even though the mechanical interface condition is changed on the same module, the successful thermal design could be achieved if we design the heater to have sufficiently large power with reference to the heritage value of contact resistance. Besides the reasonable performance on the thermal control is assured with the thermostat location errors, if the uncertainty in the position of thermostat is not quite large when assembling tank module.

Theorem for the combination of bistatic radar measurements using least squares

In order to improve position finding performance, least squares method is often used to combine the measurement sets of bistatic radar system. However, which measurement sets can be combined by least squares method and which cannot have received little attention until now. We address this issue based on 2 measurements of bistatic radar system, for example (/spl rho/, /spl theta//sub T/), and present a new theorem, with proof, which shows that the least squares estimator can be obtained by combining any two measurement sets if these measurement pairs are disjoint. We provide an example that satisfies this condition, which shows that the least square combination of measurement sets yield improved performance especially in the vicinity of the transmitter and the receiver.
