回归设计铝合金7075微弧氧化形膜控制及膜特性

通过二次回归通用旋转组合设计了铝合金7075微弧氧化实验,建立了回归模型,量化了对陶瓷膜的多变量互约组合的影响趋势,解决了对生长陶瓷膜可预测、可控制的工艺。通过工艺特性曲线、金相分析、X射线衍射、扫描断层分析、摩擦磨损实验等手段,对形成的陶瓷膜特性进行了分析。结果表明:采用回归设计铝合金7075微弧氧化工艺是可行有效的,可在很大范围内调节陶瓷膜的微观和宏观结构,调节陶瓷膜相的比例关系,获得防腐、耐磨、电绝缘等高品质陶瓷膜。     

判断矩阵的最少元素构造法

在层次分析法中构造判断矩阵并使判断矩阵具有一致性是非常关键的。为减少正互反矩阵两两比较的复杂性,降低计算难度,从判断矩阵的构造入手,首先确定相对独立的主对角线上(下)侧元素,而非独立元素就按照一致性原理计算。利用最少的元素构造判断矩阵,使构造矩阵过程简洁,效率提高,满足一致性的要求。     

总线通讯实验系统中矢量字的处理方法

研究了在1553B总线通讯实验系统远程终端（RT）仿真中矢量字的处理方法。设计了矢量字的手动单个设置、自动更新和使能RT中断更新三种处理方法。详细分析了各种方法中数据传输的执行过程。由于实验系统中能够灵活地设置矢量字,因此可以实现对采用更新机制传输消息的通讯过程的仿真。     

Adaptive suppression of passive intermodulation in digital satellite transceivers

For the performance issues of satellite transceivers suffering passive intermodulation interference,a novel and effective digital suppression algorithm is presented in this paper.In con trast to analog approaches,digital passive intermodulation (PIM) suppression approaches can be easily reconfigured and therefore are highly attractive for future satellite communication systems.A simplified model of nonlinear distortion from passive microwave devices is established in consid eration of the memory effect.The multiple high-order PIM products falling into the receiving band can be described as a bilinear predictor function.A suppression algorithm based on a bilinear poly nomial decorrelated adaptive filter is proposed for baseband digital signal processing.In consideration of the time-varying characteristics of passive intermodulation,this algorithm can achieve the rapidness of online interference estimation and low complexity with less consumption of resources.Numerical simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively compensate the passive intermodulation interference,and achieve a high signal-to-interference ratio gain.     

电子接插件在线质量检测研究

近年来,电子信息产业的迅猛发展,作为配套支持的接插件的生产规模也不断扩大。由于电子设备厂商对接插件的质量要求越来越高,接插件的检测也得到了越来越多的重视。由于检测速度快、运行稳定可靠的特点,机器视觉检测技术被广泛用于对接插件外观质量的在线检测。本文应用机器视觉检测技术对电子接插件质量进行了在线检测研究,并以其典型的冲压质量缺陷的检测为例对机器视觉在线检测系统的构成、核心处理模块、应用中存在的问题以及解决问题的新方法进行阐述,最后针对系统的可靠性进行了分析。     

An equilibrium multi-objective optimum design for non-circular clearance hole of disk with discrete variables

An Equilibrium Multi-objective Optimization Model(EMOM) with self-regulated weighting factors has been proposed for the optimum design of non-circular clearance hole on the front flange of turbine disk. In the ‘‘equilibrium design", both the stress decrease around the hole and the least hole's profile variation are considered, which balances two ambivalent design goals. Specific discrete variables are applied to realize the standardization design in the optimization process, in which a Surrogate Genetic Coding Algorithm(SGCA) is introduced, and a special check module is used to get rid of repeated fitness evaluation of the samples. The method offers an equilibrium design for the non-circular clearance hole of the turbine disk with great accuracy and efficiency.     

基于机器视觉的药用铝箔印刷品质检测系统

为适应制药行业对药用铝箔印刷品质的严格要求,在分析了印刷过程中对微小针孔、正面文字缺陷以及反面细小异物的检测需求后,开发了一套基于机器视觉的药用铝箔印刷品质检测系统。系统选配了线阵CCD相机、条形LED光源等硬件,搭建了高实时性、高清晰度的图像采集环境;采用基于Win Sock网络通信的系统架构作为检测软件,将多台工控机的处理结果通过网络通信传输给中控系统。经测试表明:此检测系统在现场能够稳定、高效运行,提高了药用铝箔印刷品质检测的自动化程度。

一种兼容GPS和BD系统的跟踪环路相干积分方法

在城市、峡谷等复杂环境下,卫星导航信号衰减严重,接收机导航定位性能变差,甚至不能工作,给国民生产生活带来诸多不便.提高接收机弱信号的跟踪能力,研究高性能的卫星导航接收机具有重要的意义和价值.在研究分析GPS、北斗D1导航电文的调制方式和相干积分方法的基础上,构建了一种改进直方图的位同步方法,该方法借鉴直方图的思想,通过设定比特跳变的统计门限上限和多组门限下限找到比特跳变边沿.在此基础上设计实现了一种长时间相干积分方法,该方法兼容GPS电文和北斗D1导航电文,可以有效地消除导航电文跳变或者NH码跳变带来的比特翻转.最后,在FPGA平台验证了该方法可以有效提高信号信噪比,以及接收机在弱信号环境下的跟踪能力.
