穿透式冷板的传热分析

对航空电子设备上采用的空心冷板冷却系统的传热特性进行了分析求解，得到了空心冷板稳态温度分布表达工和功率－温度－流量关系式，可作为空心冷板系统的设计依据，建立了空心冷板失效的动态温度模型，得到的温度－时间响应特性可用于评估冷板系统耐热冲击性能。     

同无黑子耀斑相协的微波爆发机制的探讨

1980—1984年期间,我们在云南天文台9375MHz,3653MHz和2902 HHz三个波段的射电观测资料中,查到11组微波爆发与无黑子耀斑相伴随。本文研究了这些爆发与耀斑的大气层高度,射电爆发类型以及通过落进峰值流量-时间图的位置,确认出爆发机制是活动区中作麦克斯韦分布电子的热轫致辐射。     

多机并联火箭羽流流场及其底部热环境分析

For the problem that the plume flow field structure of a multi engine parallel rocket is complicated and the bottom thermal environment is extremely harsh, which may cause the failure of the engine structural components, the plume flow field and thermal environment at different altitudes are studied through numerical simulation. The result is compared with the measured results in flight which shows that when the rocket is flying at a low altitude, the plume of the engines do not interfere with each other. As the flight altitude increases, the plumes gradually expand and begin to interfere with each other, and finally there is an obvious backflow at the bottom of the rocket. The maximum heat flux at the moment of take off is basically the same as the measured value in flight. Before the backflow occurs, the heat flux mainly consists of radiant heat, the convective heat flow increases as the flight altitude grows, but it is also much smaller than the peak heat flow at takeoff. The result has certain guiding significance for the optimal design of engine structure thermal protection.     

Mo M-PO/SBR Algorithm Based on Collaborative Platform and Mixed Model

For electromagnetic scattering of 3-D complex electrically large conducting targets,a new hybrid algorithm,Mo M-PO/SBR algorithm,is presented to realize the interaction of information between method of moment(Mo M)and physical optics(PO)/shooting and bouncing ray(SBR). In the algorithm,the COC file that based on the Huygens equivalent principle is introduced,and the conversion interface between the equivalent surface and the target is established. And then,the multi-task flow model presented in this paper is adopted to conduct CPU/graphics processing unit(GPU)tests of the algorithm under three modes,i.e.,MPI/Open MP,MPI/compute unified device architecture(CUDA) and multi-task programming model(MTPM). Numerical results are presented and compared with reference solutions in order to illustrate the accuracy and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.     

建立不等式约束条件提高三轴一体光纤陀螺装配合格率

共用光源的三轴一体光纤陀螺组件装配后,三轴光路探测器接收的光功率会存在差异,若差异较大导致注入电流超过规定值,则认为装配失败.针对当前缺乏有效的手段确保其装配合格率,根据光源光功率与注入电流的关系、现有光学器件的技术水平,建立了光路损耗不等式约束条件,给出了产品调试成功与否的区域.在装配过程中,引入了全光路检测设备进行光路参数检测,可提早发现并解决光路损耗异常的部件.实验表明,通过事先建立不等式约束条件,三轴一体产品的合格率由75％提高到98％,常温下零偏稳定性优于0.005(°)/h(100s,1σ),满足任务要求.该方法为同类产品的生产提供了一定的指导意义.     

An Improved Nonlinear Dynamic Inversion Method for Altitude and Attitude Control of Nano Quad-Rotors under Persistent Uncertainties

Nonlinear dynamic inversion(NDI)has been applied to the control law design of quad-rotors mainly thanks to its good robustness and simplicity of parameter tuning.However,the weakness of relying on accurate model greatly restrains its application on quad-rotors,especially nano quad-rotors(NQRs).NQRs are easy to be influenced by uncertainties such as model uncertainties(mainly from complicated aerodynamic interferences,strong coupling in roll-pitch-yaw channels and inaccurate aerodynamic prediction of rotors)and external uncertainties(mainly from winds or gusts),particularly persistent ones.Therefore,developing accurate model for altitude and attitude control of NQRs is difficult.To solve this problem,in this paper,an improved nonlinear dynamic inversion(INDI)method is developed,which can reject the above-mentioned uncertainties by estimating them and then counteracting in real time using linear extended state observer(LESO).Comparison with the traditional NDI(TNDI)method was carried out numerically,and the results show that,in coping with persistent uncertainties,the INDI-based method presents significant superiority.     

工业园区配套住房的成本分担机制——以东北某市谋划的“廉租家户式公寓”为例

农业转移人口市民化成本是新型城镇化推进的主要障碍,其中住房成本占有较大的份额。工业园区是农业转移人口的就业集聚区,现有的保障性住房供给体系并未将农民工全面纳入,尚未充分考虑农业转移人口的临时性居住问题。东北某市运用成本分担机制谋划的"廉租家户式公寓"项目,实现了农业转移人口短期居住的"优区位、高品质、全配套、低租金",形成了政府、企业、个人三方积极参与、合作共赢的格局。该模式的核心要义在于政府的克己惠民,或将成为工业园区周边配套住房供给的可推广模式。
