浅谈高校财务预算的编制与执行

高校财务预算是财务管理的核心，一切财务活动都是对预算执行情况的反映。因此，编制科学、合理的预算，就要遵循一定的编制原则，按照一定的方法，使预算更加接近实际，切实可行。     

中国航天专用集成电路实现途径研究

分析比较了现有的专用集成电路 (ASIC)实现途径及其特点 ;详细阐述了中国航天ASIC的需求特点 ;分析中国国内通过不同途径实现航天ASIC的可行性 ,提出了适合于中国航天的ASIC实现途径和ASIC发展策略。就中国开发航天ASIC面临的几个主要问题 ,提出了自己的观点     

基于遗传算法的故障诊断规则提取方法的研究

针对粗糙集应用于故障诊断过程中存在的决策表属性连续值离散化和属性约简之间分离的问题,根据粗糙集的约简思想,本文研究了一种新的基于遗传算法的规则自动提取方法,可以在知识获取过程中同时实现属性连续值离散和属性约简。将该方法用于卫星电源系统故障诊断,可以从故障决策表中直接提取规则,得到超过90%的故障诊断准确率,进一步验证了这种方法的可行性和有效性。     

Parallel algorithm and its convergence of spatial domain decomposition of discrete ordinates method for solving radiation heat transfer problem

To improve the computational efficiency and hold calculation accuracy at the same time,we study the parallel computation for radiation heat transfer. In this paper, the discrete ordinates method(DOM) and the spatial domain decomposition parallelization(DDP) are combined by message passing interface(MPI) language. The DDP–DOM computation of the radiation heat transfer within the rectangular furnace is described. When the result of DDP–DOM along one-dimensional direction is compared with that along multi-dimensional directions, it is found that the result of the latter one has higher precision without considering the medium scattering. Meanwhile, an in-depth study of the convergence of DDP–DOM for radiation heat transfer is made. Analyzing the cause of the weak convergence, we relate the total number of iteration steps when the convergence is obtained to the number of sub-domains. When we decompose the spatial domain along one-,two- and three-dimensional directions, different linear relationships between the number of total iteration steps and the number of sub-domains will be possessed separately, then several equations are developed to show the relationships. Using the equations, some phenomena in DDP–DOM can be made clear easily. At the same time, the correctness of the equations is verified.

采用寄生单元的PIFA三频手机天线的设计

采用附加寄生单元的方式扩展频段,设计一种新型的PIFA三频手机天线。运用时域有限差分法(FDTD)计算该天线的回波损耗和方向图。仿真结果表明,天线在相应的三个工作频带(GSM900/DCS1800/ISM2450)内回波损耗S11<7.5dB(VSWR<2.5),增益大于0dB i,满足了无线通信系统对频段和带宽的要求。     

无人机前开伞式降落过程动力学建模与仿真

文章分析了某型无人机降落伞回收阶段的动力学过程,对各工作阶段的无人机和降落伞的组合体进行了数学建模,使用Matlab软件中的Simulink组件搭建了无人机伞降过程的仿真模型,按照真实飞行和回收工况进行了计算,通过仿真结果与试验数据的比较,验证了模型的正确性.     

Design and testing of spacecraft power systems using VTB

A study is presented on the design and testing of spacecraft power systems using the virtual test bed (VTB). The interdisciplinary components such as solar array and battery systems were first modeled in native VTB format and validated by experiment data. The shunt regulator and battery charge controller were designed in Simulink according to the system requirements and imported to VTB. Two spacecraft power systems were then designed and tested together with the control systems.
