多输入多输出随机振动试验变参数PID控制

 对多输入多输出(MIMO)随机振动试验控制的基本过程进行了系统分析。定义了一种新的在对数坐标下的控制误差表达式,然后在控制算法中引入了新的比例-积分-微分(PID)控制策略,并给出了PID参数随误差变化的规律。以悬臂梁为控制对象,完成了两输入两输出随机振动试验。结果表明：变参数PID控制方法能在保证快速均衡的基础上,有效地减小功率谱和参考谱之间的相对误差以及加速度总均方根值的控制误差,提高随机振动试验的控制精度。     

Multi-functional SiC/AI Composites for Aerospace Applications

Multi-functional Al-matrix composites with high volume fraction (55%-57%) of SiC particles are produced with the new pres-sureless infiltration fabrication technology, X-ray detection and microscopic observation display the composites which are macroscopi-tally homogeneous without porosity. The investigation further reveals that the SiC/Al composites possess low density (2.94 g/cm3), high elastic modulus (220 GPa), prominent thermal management function as a result of low coefficient of thermal expansion (8 × 10-6 K-1) and techniques, the multi-functional SiC/Al composites have managed to be made into near-net-shape parts. Many kinds of precision com-ponents of space-based optomechanical structures and airborne optoelectronic platform have been turned out. Of them, several typical products are being under test in practices.     

航天员出舱活动地面试验系统设计与实现

为了完成航天员的出舱活动任务,必须建设可以验证航天员出舱活动适应性的地面试验设备。文章描述了航天员出舱活动地面试验设备的系统构成、性能指标以及实现方法,给出了航天员出舱活动试验过程的实际过程曲线。试验结果表明:该地面试验设备可以满足航天员出舱活动试验任务的要求,拓宽了空间环境地面试验的领域范围,提升了空间环境地面模拟的能力,并为后续有人参与的空间环境地面试验提供了能力保证。     

地球反照对数字太阳敏感器的影响分析

地球反照对太阳敏感器性能有重要影响,同时也制约着太阳敏感器在卫星上的安装。由于数字太敏感器本身独特的结构模型,所以需要采取有针对性的方法对其进行影响分析。本文在此模型基础上提出了利用图像技术的地球反照影响分析方法,为太阳敏感器在航天器上的应用与安装提供了技术支持。     

Control of Lunar and Martian dust--experimental insights from artificial and natural cyanobacterial and algal crusts in the desert of Inner Mongolia, China

Studies on the colonization of environmentally extreme ground surfaces were conducted in a Mars-like desert area of Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China, with microalgae and cyanobacteria. We collected and mass-cultured cyanobacterial strains from these regions and investigated their ability to form desert crusts artificially. These crusts had the capacity to resist sand wind erosion after just 15 days of growth. Similar to the surface of some Chinese deserts, the surface of Mars is characterized by a layer of fine dust, which will challenge future human exploration activities, particularly in confined spaces that will include greenhouses and habitats. We discuss the use of such crusts for the local control of desert sands in enclosed spaces on Mars. These experiments suggest innovative new directions in the applied use of microbe-mineral interactions to advance the human exploration and settlement of space.     

VO2热致变色薄膜的结构与光电性能研究

研究了用磁控溅射制备的ＶＯ２热致变色薄膜,用Ｘ射线衍射,Ｘ射线光电子谱和原子力显微镜对薄膜的结构进行了分析,对薄膜的光学和电学特性也进行了研究。     

动态气流温度的测量

用试验和计算的方法来求温度探头的动态特性,即求出τ0值。然后,用相似理论推导出了时间常数τ的通用公式,以解决在任何高度、任何飞行状态的动态气流温度测量问题。     

一种基于SFEM的构件振动疲劳强度可靠性的分析方法

由于构件的材料参数、几何参数及所受的载荷等均为随机变量,所以构件振动时的疲劳强度应通过随机参数来进行分析。振动构件疲劳强度的可靠度计算的随机有限元法可以有效地分析振动构件的疲劳强度可靠性,为提高构件疲劳强度的可靠性提供了理论依据。以悬臂梁为例进行了分析,通过实验验证了所给出方法的正确性。      

Φ8mm2A10铝合金铆钉电磁铆接工艺试验研究

对Φ8mm 2A10铝合金铆钉进行了电磁铆接放电电压和预制孔径影响工艺试验研究,针对沉头和圆头铆钉电磁铆接和气动铆接的接头进行宏观剪切试验、拉脱试验和微观形貌对比分析。结果表明,在电压380V、预制孔径8.2mm匹配条件下得到满足技术要求的铆接接头,其力学性能和微观形貌均优于常规气动铆接接头。
