Deformation Compensation of Ram Components of Super-heavy-duty CNC Floor Type Boring and Milling Machine

Ram is a very important component of super-heavy-duty computer numerical control (CNC) floor type boring-milling machine, and deformation of ram is a significant source causing errors in machining process. To compensate the deformation error of super-heavy-duty CNC floor type boring-milling machine, based on force analysis theory, the law and compensation measures of deformation of ram are researched. Based on the principle of torque (force) balance of the ram components, the formulas of compensation forces and compensation torques are derived, the relations between compensation forces (compensation torques) and the stroke distance of the ram are given. According to theoretical analysis results and the structural characteristics of super-heavy-duty CNC floor type boring and milling machine of TK6932, rods compensation, hydrostatic pressure compensation and wire rope compensation measures are taken to compensate the deformation error of ram. The experiments and computer simulation results show that the straightness of the ram at its overhanging end meets the national machinery industry standards.     

Microbial rock inhabitants survive hypervelocity impacts on Mars-like host planets: first phase of lithopanspermia experimentally tested

The scenario of lithopanspermia describes the viable transport of microorganisms via meteorites. To test the first step of lithopanspermia, i.e., the impact ejection from a planet, systematic shock recovery experiments within a pressure range observed in martian meteorites (5-50 GPa) were performed with dry layers of microorganisms (spores of Bacillus subtilis, cells of the endolithic cyanobacterium Chroococcidiopsis, and thalli and ascocarps of the lichen Xanthoria elegans) sandwiched between gabbro discs (martian analogue rock). Actual shock pressures were determined by refractive index measurements and Raman spectroscopy, and shock temperature profiles were calculated. Pressure-effect curves were constructed for survival of B. subtilis spores and Chroococcidiopsis cells from the number of colony-forming units, and for vitality of the photobiont and mycobiont of Xanthoria elegans from confocal laser scanning microscopy after live/dead staining (FUN-I). A vital launch window for the transport of rock-colonizing microorganisms from a Mars-like planet was inferred, which encompasses shock pressures in the range of 5 to about 40 GPa for the bacterial endospores and the lichens, and a more limited shock pressure range for the cyanobacterium (from 5-10 GPa). The results support concepts of viable impact ejections from Mars-like planets and the possibility of reseeding early Earth after asteroid cataclysms.     

基于碰撞检测的自适应阻抗控制机械臂系统(英文)

针对柔性关节机械臂,本文阐述了机械臂能够像人手一样安全操作的方法。3种方法相结合,以便机械臂能够柔顺的接触操作对象并控制接触力在预设定范围内。首先,提出采用虚拟分解法的笛卡尔阻抗控制用来实现机械臂在笛卡尔空间的柔顺控制。其次,引入自适应关节动态补偿器使得机械臂能够实施更为精确的控制。最后,设计了基于笛卡尔力反馈的实时路径规划,从而使机械臂能够检测碰撞并控制接触力。基于碰撞检测的自适应阻抗控制器能够简化其在机械臂上的实施,保持机械臂对环境的友好操作,并且严格满足系统的全局稳定性。实验在4自由度的卫星在轨自维护机械臂平台得以验证。碰撞检测实验和轨迹跟踪实验结果证明了所提出方法的有效性和可行性。     

基于案例推理的机场应急预案管理

为提高机场应急处置能力,提出一种新的基于案例推理方法的机场应急救援模型。利用XML技术来表示案例和构造预案库,给出机场应急预案库的分类方法,构建预案特征属性的层次结构。采用两两比较打分法确定航空器紧急事件预案特征属性的权重．运用最邻近算法对已有救援案例进行检索与匹配。实例证明该方法能有效提高机场应急救援效率,检索结果客观合理。     

Energy input in solar flares and coronal explosions

A coronal explosion is a density wave observed in X-ray images of solar flares. The wave occurs at the end of the impulsive phase, which is the time at which the flare's thermal energy content has reached its maximum value. It starts in a small area from where it spreads out, mainly into one hemisphere, with velocities that tend to rapidly decrease with time, and which are between ～ 10³ and a few tens of km s^?1. We interpret them as magneto-hydrodynamic waves that (mainly) move downward from the low corona into denser regions.     

Dynamic and figure parameters of Venus and Mars

Parameters of the best-fitting tri-axial ellipsoids representing external equipotential surfaces of Venus and Mars have been determined from satellite data. The dynamic consequence of the equatorial flattening of Venus has been discussed from the point of view of the s.c. synodic resonance rotation. The major gravitational anomalies of Venus have been interpreted, space locations and magnitudes of anomalous masses determined and their contribution to the second zonal Stokes' constant in the gravitational potential computed. The conclusions were done: The figure of the aphroditoid is strange even if there is a relatively small polar flattening; an equatorial “disc” of Venus is enormous. Recent space data do not support hypothesis that the Earth controls the spin of Venus.     

Interpretation of 6 and 21 cm observations of Jupiter

Observations of Jupiter's radio emission were made at a frequency of 1412 MHz (21cm) in 1977 and at 4885 MHz (6cm) in 1978 using the Westerbork Synthesis Radio telescope in the Netherlands. The thermal disk temperatures at these wavelengths yield values of 320±20 K at 21 cm and 220±8 K at 6 cm. The first value requires an overabundance of ammonia by a factor of three with respect to the solar value, the second one is in agreement with the value expected for a convective model atmosphere with solar abundances for all chemical elements. The data at this wavelength however show no or very little limb darkening on the planet, indicating that there is a layered rather than a uniformly mixed atmosphere. A sudden increase in the ammonia abundance by a factor of about three below the 210–220 K level is proposed to explain this fact and also both derived disk temperatures.     

New information on Saturn and its rings from multi-frequency VLA data

High resolution radio data of Saturn have been obtained at 1.3, 2, 6, and 21 cm, at different inclination angles of the ring plane. Preliminary results of limb darkening curves on the planet and optical depth measurements in the rings are described.
