切削加工是一个复杂的切削变形过程,工作条件非常恶劣,传统的研究方法主要基于试验研究,物理过程跟踪观察困难,且试验成本非常高,如要想获得较多的试验数据,需采用较多的试验方法,做较多的试验,这样才能使得人们对各种材料的切削性能有较深刻的了解。然而,运用有限元分析、借助于计算机技术等可以用较低的成本揭示切削加工过程,且在较短的时间内能获得较为丰富的各种数据,这对实际生产有极大的帮助。  相似文献

在混合交通条件下,交通参与者成分复杂,各种交通方式速度各异,交通冲突频繁。特别是在交叉口机动车与非机动车相互干扰,带来了安全、效率、污染等多方面问题。本文首先介绍我国混合交通流的特点,然后对自行车个体微观行为进行定性的描述分析。通过对实际信号交叉口的调查研究,和对机动车流率与非机动车到达与释放规律的模型建立与定量计算。分析总结出平面交叉口机非干扰的一般规律和冲突避让原则。根据实测数据,结合视频处理和统计软件的使用通过计算直行与左转非机动车换算系数,提出了改进的机动车延误时间模型,并通过使用VISSIM3.6进行微观仿真验证了模型的有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents a two-level geometric calibration method for the permanent magnet (PM) spherical actuator to improve its motion control accuracy. The proposed actuator is com- posed of a stator with circumferential coils and a rotor with multiple PM poles. Due to the assembly and fabrication errors, the real geometric parameters of the actuator will deviate from their design values. Hence, the identification of such errors is critical for the motion control tasks. A two-level geometric calibration approach is proposed to identify such errors. In the first level, the calibration model is formulated based on the differential form of the kinematic equation, which is to identify the geometric errors in the spherical joint. In the second level, the calibration model is formulated based on the differential form of torque formula, which is to calibrate the geometric parameters of the magnetization axes of PM poles and coils axes. To demonstrate the robustness and availability of the calibration algorithm, simulations are conducted. The results have shown that the proposed two-level calibration method can effectively compensate the geometric parameter errors and improve the positioning accuracy of the spherical actuator.  相似文献

The effectiveness of grinding fluid supply has a crucial impact on grinding quality and efficiency in high speed grinding. In order to improve the cooling and lubrication, through in-depth research of self-inhaling internal cooling method and intermittent grinding mechanism, a new spray cooling method used in high speed grinding is proposed. By referring to the structure of bowl- shaped dispersion disk, the grinding wheel matrix with atomization ability is designed; through studying heat transfer of droplet collision and the influence of micro-groove on the boiling heat transfer, grinding segment with micro-groove is designed to enhance the heat flux of coolant and achieve maximum heat transfer between droplets and grinding contact zone. High-speed grinding experiments on GH4169 with the developed grinding wheel are carried out. The results show that with the micro-groove grinding wheel just 5.4% of pump outlet flow rate and 0.5% of spindle energy is needed to reduce the grinding temperature to 200℃, which means the developed grinding wheel makes cooling high efficient and low energy consuming.  相似文献

A theoretical model of semi-elliptic surface crack growth based on the low cycle strain damage accumulation near the crack tip along the cracking direction and the Newman–Raju formula is developed. The crack is regarded as a sharp notch with a small curvature radius and the process zone is assumed to be the size of cyclic plastic zone. The modified Hutchinson, Rice and Rosengren(HRR) formulations are used in the presented study. Assuming that the shape of surface crack front is controlled by two critical points: the deepest point and the surface point.The theoretical model is applied to semi-elliptic surface cracked Al 7075-T6 alloy plate under cyclic loading, and five different initial crack shapes are discussed in present study. Good agreement between experimental and theoretical results is obtained.  相似文献

A seal device as an important component of aeroengines has decisive influence on per- formance, reliability, and working life of aeroengines. With the development of aeroengines, demands on the performance characteristics of seal devices are made strictly. Finger seal as a novel kind of sealing device, recently attracts more and more attentions in academic circles and engineer- ing fields at home and abroad. Research on finger seals has been extensively developed, especially on leakage and wear performances under dynamic conditions. However, it is a pity that the work on finger seals has been limited with a single approach that is improving the performance by structural optimization; in addition, the technology of dynamic analysis on finger seals is weak. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, a distributed mass equivalent dynamic model of finger seals considering the coupling effect of overlaid laminates is established in the present paper, the dynamic perfor- mance of 2.5 dimension C/C composite finger seal is analyzed with the model, and then the effects of fiber bundle density and fiber bundle preparation direction on finger seal's dynamic performance are discussed, as well as compared with those of Co-based alloy finger seal. The current work is about dynamic analysis of finger seals and application of C/C composite in this paper may have much academic significance and many engineering values for improving research level of finger seal dynamics and exploring feasibility of C/C composite being used for finger seals.  相似文献

支持分布式卫星系统(DSS)开发和实验的仿真平台是DSS技术发展的关键技术之一,本文对DSS仿真平台现状和关键技术进行了分析。首先对比分析了现有3种典型的仿真平台,认为为追求尽可能高的逼真度,实时分布式仿真成为必然。继而从分布式计算角度分析了实时分布式仿真面临的分布性、实时性、仿真部件互操作性和可重用性的问题,而中间件技术可以很好地解决这些问题。最后讨论了中间件实现模式,并分析了中间件在DSS仿真中3种可能的应用方式。  相似文献
