民用飞机复合材料结构制造工艺变化的等效性验证

高性能复合材料已经大量应用于民用运输飞机结构,并以飞机主制造商协同供应商的方式进行复合材料飞机结构的制造。介绍了航空器适航审定对复合材料结构制造的适航要求,引出了复合材料结构制造工艺变化的等效性验证方法。目前,复合材料结构制造工艺变化的等效性验证是通过所制造复合材料物理的、化学和基本力学的性能试验,并对试验结果进行统计分析来实现的。最后提供了等效性验证的接受准则。所述内容,对国内民用飞机复合材料结构在不同供应商处制造以及制造过程中工艺变化如何满足航空器适航审定要求提供借鉴;对其它行业复合材料结构制造的质量控制也有借鉴意义。

新型免抬式电动刀架的研究

本文介绍了一种ＣＮＣ机床新型免抬式电动刀架的机械结构及控制电路。该电动刀架采用梯形螺柱螺套副升降机构，可使刀架转位分度时无需抬起上刀体。刀架转位分度采用机－ 电结合的方法，即先在控制电路中使用霍尔元件进行粗定位，再在机械上采用三齿盘实现精定位。     

阵风缓和系统的组合控制规律

 本文给出具有阵风缓和和其他主动控制功能的组合控制规律。阵风缓和用测量阵风方法的开环控制。当缓和输出量时,闭环控制用以稳定阵风缓和系统并满足其他主动控制要求。本文用一组合的二次型性能指标,得到最优反馈控制规律与测量阵风的组合的控制规律。文末并附有算例。     

New VF-power system architecture and evaluation for future aircraft

Conventional aircraft power system is a constant-frequency (CF) supply based on mechanical-regulated constant-speed mechanism that has relatively low efficiency. Replacing the CF system with variable-frequency (VF) power improves overall efficiency, and reduce the system's weight and volume. However, this creates a new tier of requirements and design challenges. Novel VF-power architecture is developed with minimization of the power losses throughout the stages of power conversions. Optimal partitioning and grouping of onboard AC loads has been discussed with specific system data. New VF-input multi-functional power converters are also briefly discussed.

区域空中交通流量控制研究

运用排队论思想，结合区域控制的特点建立了区域流量控制模型，分析了郑州区域管制中心实施流量控制的实际效果，研究结果表明，仅考虑单独区域流量控制，将使航班延误的不利影响逐级放大，理想的流量控制应该全面考虑所有受影响的区域，合理地选择控制时段和控制间隔，最大限度地利用空域资源，减少航班延误，保证空中交通的安全畅通。     

粗糙表面偏振二向反射分布函数的影响参数及其反演

针对目标偏振二向反射特性研究中模型参数难以准确确定的问题,分析了粗糙表面偏振二向反射分布函数的影响参数,并通过理论推导和仿真计算,研究了各参数对粗糙表面散射特性的作用机理。总结分析了现有参数反演方法,针对现有方法存在的理论缺陷,在P-G(Preist-Germer)模型的基础上,提出了利用"相对偏振分量-角度"的相关关系进行参数反演的方法,设计了参数反演算法,进行了标准反射板和绿漆表面的偏振二向反射特性测试实验,并根据实验数据进行了参数反演和模型验证。实验结果表明,改进的参数反演方法可准确反演所有模型参数。利用反演参数进行模型验证,结果显示模型预测数据与实验数据具有较好的吻合度,验证了模型的准确性。     

Complexity,Forced and/or Self-Organized Criticality,and Topological Phase Transitions in Space Plasmas

The first definitive observation that provided convincing evidence indicating certain turbulent space plasma processes are in states of ‘complexity’ was the discovery of the apparent power-law probability distribution of solar flare intensities. Recent statistical studies of complexity in space plasmas came from the AE index, UVI auroral imagery, and in-situ measurements related to the dynamics of the plasma sheet in the Earth's magnetotail and the auroral zone. In this review, we describe a theory of dynamical ‘complexity’ for space plasma systems far from equilibrium. We demonstrate that the sporadic and localized interactions of magnetic coherent structures are the origin of ‘complexity’ in space plasmas. Such interactions generate the anomalous diffusion, transport, acceleration, and evolution of the macroscopic states of the overall dynamical systems. Several illustrative examples are considered. These include: the dynamical multi- and cross-scale interactions of the macro-and kinetic coherent structures in a sheared magnetic field geometry, the preferential acceleration of the bursty bulk flows in the plasma sheet, and the onset of ‘fluctuation induced nonlinear instabilities’ that can lead to magnetic reconfigurations. The technique of dynamical renormalization group is introduced and applied to the study of two-dimensional intermittent MHD fluctuations and an analogous modified forest-fire model exhibiting forced and/or self-organized criticality [FSOC] and other types of topological phase transitions.
