飞机螺栓双剪连接结构有限元应力分析

为了设计更加高效和安全的航空航天结构元件,对螺栓连接进行精确的应力和应变分析是相当重要的。对飞机结构中广泛使用的铝合金7075 T6螺栓连接板进行了有限元建模,采用单螺栓和双螺母配合的双搭接连接,在建立有限元模型后,模拟施加三个不同大小的预紧力并附加不同的纵向拉伸载荷。螺栓连接中各个部件之间的接触采用三维面面接触单元来模拟,数值分析中考虑了摩擦效应,此外,还模拟了螺栓和板之间的间隙。有限元计算结果显示,由于施加预紧力而在孔边缘附近产生有益的压应力,较高的预紧力可以显著降低在孔边缘处合成拉伸应力的大小,并且在经受纵向拉伸载荷时也能够显著降低接头处的应力水平。     

AIRCRAFT CONCEPT EVALUATION AND EFFECTIVENESS-BASED DECISION-MAKING

Based on effectiveness analysis, a novel method is presented for combat aircraft top-hierarchy concept evaluation and decision-making. Applying multi-criterion decision-making （MCDM） and analytic hierarchy process, the new method can help to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems and decision-make methods. The proposed method includes the following process~ （1） Establish a multi-criterion and multi-hierarchy evaluation attribute system by introducing combat effectiveness~ （2） Assign weight to the attributes and normalize them; （3） Evaluate and decision-make top-hierarchy aircraft concept based on effectiveness to reach a satisfactory design by comprehensively applying four multi-criterion decision-making methodologies, i.e. grey correlation pro- jection method, weighted summation method, weighted quadrature method and ideal solution decision-making method, while considering the attribute hierarchy system and the logical relations among the attributes. Finally, an example is given to indicate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

卫星用两种单相流体回路方案对比研究

单相流体回路系统是航天器主动热控技术中的一种重要方式。文章概述了流体回路的工作原理及理论基础，总结了单相流体回路的设计思路，结合某卫星型号，设计了两种流体回路方案，在SINDA／FLUINT中建立数值仿真模型进行分析计算，并比较了两种方案的应用性能。结果显示，将单相流体回路系统应用于卫星，可取得较好的控温效果。     

空基助推段拦截中制导律设计

给出了一种目标可用信息较少情况下的空基助推段拦截中制导律设计方法。该方法首先结合空基助推段拦截的特点,根据平行接近法的思想,将纵向平面内的中制导律设计问题转化成为如何控制惯性坐标系下纵向平面内弹目相对高度差趋于零并保持住的问题,并且建立了相应的输入-输出模型;其次,采用自抗扰控制器对因目标可用信息较少而导致的模型中的不确定项进行估计和补偿,求得所需的指令过载,并在自抗扰控制器设计过程中,说明了一些参数的调节方法;最后,通过仿真验证了文中制导律的可行性。     

蝴蝶翼面形状对绕流结构的影响

蝴蝶的扑翼飞行因其相对翼展较大、扑翼频率低等特点引起广泛关注,尤其是具有越洋迁徙特性的蝴蝶更是备受瞩目。本文以天堂鸟翼凤蝶和黑脉金斑蝶这两种长距离迁徙蝴蝶作为研究原型,利用氢气泡流动显示技术研究这两种不同外形的蝴蝶翼面绕流结构随迎角的变化。在相同的实验条件下,两种模型翼面绕流均出现前缘涡、翼尖涡等流动结构,且绕流结构随迎角的变化趋势基本相同。但由于翼面外形的不同,两种模型在前缘涡的形态、强度及后翼面翼尖绕流结构等方面表现出一定的差异。     

Numerical simulation of a rotary engine primary compressor impacted by bird

In order to examine the process of a rotary engine primary compressor impacted by bird, a finite element model of a bird impacted on plate is developed with the explicit code PAM-CRASH. The smooth particles hydrodynamic (SPH) method is used to simulate the bird because of the SPH method showing no signs of instability and correctly modeling the breaking-up of the bird into particles. Good agreement between the simulation results and experimental results indicates that the numerical method of bird strike used in the present paper is reasonable. Then a rotary engine primary compressor impacted by three different configurations bird named straight-ended cylinder bird, quadrangular bird, hemispherical-ended bird are investigated using the numerical simulation method. It is found that the whole process of bird strike sustained about 3.5 ms and the bird is slashed by blade during the strike. The geometry configuration of bird affected the displacement and von Mises stress of some blades severely, just because the breaking bird’s mass is affected by the bird’s configuration. In the event of bird striking on the site of"up"some blades may develop plastic deformation and it is very adverse for the safety work of the engine.     

基于实用参数控制的翼型参数化方法

在翼型的优化设计中,通常要对二元翼型进行参数化方法表示,其目标是利用较少的参数得到足够大的设计空间。分析了Hicks-Henne型函数叠加法和PARSEC几何参数法的特点和不足,提出了利用厚度、弯度等实用参数进行翼型定义的方法,该方法可以通过厚度和弯度参数更加直观地理解翼型轮廓和翼型基本气动性能。通过分析3种方法对5种翼型的最小二乘拟合结果得出结论:实用参数法的误差分布比较平均,且能够比另外两种方法更精确地表示翼型。     

过失速飞机纵向快速指向研究

研究了过失速飞机利用Cobra机动实现纵向目标快速指向的问题,并分析了俯仰敏捷性和推力矢量对快速指向的影响。首先建立了最短时间Cobra机动的轨迹优化模型,然后运用Legendre拟谱法将该轨迹优化问题转化为非线性规划问题,最后进行了数值仿真,对非线性规划问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,采用Legendre拟谱法能够快速得到问题的最优解,提高俯仰敏捷性和增大推力矢量,有利于加快目标指向的速度,特别是当俯仰敏捷性较差时效果更为明显。     

原型理论对中国大学生英语词汇学习的启示
