保证重叠网格边界数据插值的守恒性是计算流体力学面临的一大难题。基于超网格方法与格心格式有限体积法,发展了一种新型混合重叠网格守恒插值方法。详细研究了用网格切割技术在重叠网格边界构造局部超网格,用网格求交算法合理地扩大贡献单元模板,建立了一种适用于任意网格类型的隐式并行重叠网格守恒插值方法,以超网格为媒介可实现重叠网格二阶精度的守恒插值。数值结果表明,本文方法对二阶分布的流场变量具有严格的守恒性,相比三线性插值方法和逆向距离权插值方法,本文方法减小了数值误差,提高了重叠网格边界的插值精度,加快了计算收敛速度,改善了重叠区域网格尺度相差较大时流场的光滑性和连续性。  相似文献

针对超磁致伸缩致动器(GMA)输出位移有限的问题,采用柔性铰链放大机构放大GMA输出位移,利用材料力学理论、拉格朗日动力学方程和有限元法对柔性铰链放大机构的位移放大倍数、动力学特性进行了分析.结合Jiles-Atherton(J-A)模型和二次畴转模型建立了柔性铰链放大式GMA的磁弹耦合模型,并在软件AMESim&Simulink联合仿真环境中进行了数值仿真.制作了柔性铰链放大式GMA样机,对其进行了动态性能实验,仿真和实验表明:经过放大,柔性铰链放大式GMA输出位移可以达到0.4mm;频带宽超过100Hz;所建立的磁弹耦合模型是有效的.   相似文献

基于三维逐渐损伤理论和全程分析方法,对复合材料层合板在冲击载荷及冲击后静载荷下的损伤过程进行分析,重点研究不同冲击能量对两种不同铺层参数、不同几何尺寸的T300/BMP-316复合材料层合板的损伤产生与扩展过程以及剩余强度的影响规律.结果表明:复合材料层合板存在可使其剩余强度急剧下降的冲击能门槛值.对于T300/BMP-316复合材料层合板而言,其冲击能量的门槛值介于5.0~5.5J之间;在冲击过程中,冲头下落速度具有一定的波动性,且不同铺层参数将影响冲击后复合材料层合板表面的凹痕深度.   相似文献

The traditional absolute calibration based on oscilloscopic observation is not suitable for crosslink transmitter. A new calibration algorithm is developed by using a digital signal processing technique. The output signal of crosslink transmitter and the pulse per second signal are sampled in synchronization. At first, the delay reference is determined according to straight line fitting for the signal level stepping segment. The sampling data of crosslink transmitting signal is decimated and then phase acquisition processing is made to determine the initial synchronization point. A fine search for the start of the pseudo random code has been processed between front and rear of the initial synchronization point. Finally, the transmitter delay can be obtained according to the sampling frequency and the calibration delay of the test cable and attenuator. Compared with the oscilloscopic observation method, the analysis and test results show that the proposed technique has overcome the faults caused by whole chip ambiguity and the calibration accuracy can be improved by an order of magnitude.  相似文献

以丙烯为碳源气体,研究平板针刺预制体在不同倾斜角放置和不同进气方式条件下化学气相渗透( CVI)工艺制备C/C复合材料的致密化效果。采用工业CT、浸泡介质法和偏光显微镜对沉积样品的密度分布、开孔孔隙率和织构分别进行表征。沉积102 h后,倾斜17°、前进气条件下试件的密度最高,达到1.45 g/cm-3。结果表明,试样由底端到顶端的密度是有小幅递增的,开孔孔隙率是逐渐减小的。4块试件热解炭的织构以光滑层为主,试样消光角的测量结果表明直立状态和倾斜17°、后进气状态热解炭织构取向度从底部到顶端有增大的趋势,这种织构的增长趋势与锥形回转体扩张段的材料设计相符合。  相似文献

Numerical simulations are carried out to investigate the impact of asymmetric fuel injection on shock train characteristics using the commercial-code FLUENT. The asymmetry of fuel injection is examined by changing the fuel flow rates of the upper and lower wall fuel injectors. The numerical approach solves the two-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes (RANS) equations, supplemented with a k-ω model of turbulence. As a result, different ways of fuel injections will always lead to shock train transitions, with the variations of shock train structure, strength and leading edge position. For symmetric fuel injection, the flowfield of the isolator is quite asymmetric with the boundary layer of the upper wall side developing much stronger than that of the lower wall, which is due to the heterogeneity of the incoming flow. Regarding to asymmetric fuel injection with more of lower wall side, though the pressures in the combustor are nearly the same, the first shock of the shock train converts between ‘Distinct symmetric X type shock’ and ‘Obscure and weaker asymmetric shock’ and the shock train leading edge moves upstream with the increase of the asymmetry level. With regard to asymmetric fuel injection with more of upper wall side, ‘incomplete asymmetric X type shock’ occurs and the shock train structures keep nearly the same with low level of fuel injection asymmetry. Unexpected results like unstart will happen when increasing the level of fuel injection asymmetry. And the isolator will come back to normal state by decreasing the differential of upper and lower wall sides fuel injections.  相似文献

Pinpoint landing (within 100 m from the target) is essential for future Mars exploration missions. This paper deals with one aspect of the pinpoint landing architecture—the navigation performance improvement during the powered descent phase, and proposes an innovative navigation scheme to obtain the vehicle complete and accurate states. On the basis of dead reckoning relying on the Inertial Measurement Unit, measurements of the Integrated Doppler Radar are adopted to correct the vehicle velocity and altitude. Distance between the vehicle and one Mars Orbiter as well as their line-of-sight relative velocity is measured by a radio sensor, and integrated in the filter to correct the vehicle horizontal position. The innovative navigation system is based on an Extend Kalman Filter. Two observation schemes are developed. One considers measurements of the Integrated Doppler Radar and radio range measurement. Another further considers radio velocity measurement. The performance of the innovative navigation scheme is greatly influenced by the position of the Mars Orbiter with respect to the target. Stochastic analyses are performed to obtain optimal locations of Mars Orbiter. Finally, the innovative navigation scheme performances are assessed through stochastic simulations. Its performance improvements are demonstrated by comparison with the Integrated Doppler Radar only navigation scheme.  相似文献

The ability to generate O2 and absorb CO2 of several co-cultured vegetable plants in an enclosed system was studied to provide theoretical reference for the future man-plant integrated tests. Four kinds of salad plants (Lactuca sativa L. var. Dasusheng, Lactuca sativa L. var. Youmaicai, Gynura bicolor and Cichorium endivia L.) were grown in the CELSS Integration Test Platform (CITP). The environmental factors including O2 and CO2 concentration were continuously monitored on-line and the plant biomass was measured at the end of the test. The changing rules of O2 and CO2 concentration in the system were basically understood and it was found that the O2 generated by the plants could satisfy the respiratory needs of 1.75 persons by calculation. It was also found that the plants could absorb the CO2 breathed out by 2 persons when the light intensity was raised to 550 mmol m−2 s−1 PPF. The results showed that the co-cultured plants hold good compatibility and excellent O2-generating and CO2-absorbing capability. They could also supply some fresh edible vegetable for a 2-person crew.  相似文献

物理系统是铷频标的核心部件,通过分析影响频率稳定度的因素,对物理系统内部结构进行了改进。改进后的物理系统采用分离滤光的三泡结构,增加了光学滤光技术,此外,物理系统还选用了磁控管微波腔。经测试,改进后的铷频标温度系数为9.7×10-14/℃,频率稳定度约为1×10-12/τ(1s≤τ≤10 000s)。  相似文献
